This place has a cool vibe, and I love that the patio's are pet friendly. They have a fully covered patio, which is great for the unexpected storms, and another patio that offers umbrella's. The pizza was absolutely mouth pleasing. My husband ordered the chicken Parmesan sandwich and it came with fries. The fries were searsoned and coated - definitely 10 outta 10. The parm sandwich was not as pleasing, I tasted it. The chicken was friend chicken breast, no Italian seasoning, and was missing the Parmesan all together. We stayed in Flagstaff (30 mins away) but came to this little town of Williams in search of Italian to satisfy our cravings. Found this little corner gem that's an old gas station theme that serves pizzas and pastas. There was no formal host. You grab a menu, order at the bar and seat yourself. We got spaghetti and meatballs ($18) that came with 2 large meatballs that was larger than a golf ball but smaller than a tennis ball. Also got a 14 inch supreme pizza ($21). Both dishes came with house made bread: two slices of garlic bread with the pasta and the dough of the pizza. Both dishes was extremely large and we had leftovers for the next day. Ouch, pizza was not made with quality ingredients. Chunks of meat that looked like they were from a can of spaghetti O's were what passed for sausage. The pizzas were greasy and soggy. The spaghetti and meatballs dish was ok except for the rubber meat like substances that were supposed to be meatballs. The macaroni and cheese was not even edible for any of the 3 kids at the table. But the soups were good and seemed homemade. Unlike the chicken tenders which were the cheapest version off the Sysco truck. Do not eat here! Although hostess was friendly upon arrival they don't mention that you wait 20-30 min for a table and it's actually counter service, the menu says "order at the bar." I did do that, and again the bartender very friendly, let me taste the wine. I ordered a pizza, a side salad and a glass of wine, (self service water.) When the food was taking super long to arrive I checked my text msg receipt and saw it was for completely different food! I went to the hostess, only person available, and she said she would check on it, I told her just make my order to go. Eventually an actual server who brings the food to the tables, came to me and said "Ok here's your salad (packaged up) and your pizza will be right up. Enjoy your complimentary wine we didn't charge you for." Pizza came out quickly and we took it to the hotel a half mile away. Literally the soggiest, undercooked pizza I've ever been served. Station 66 is located on Route 66 along many other local shops so this a a good tourist destination. I made sure to pick up some local wine and came to enjoy a nice pizza for dinner during my stay in Williams AZ . Station 66 is connected to the brewery for those interested in picking some beers or drinks while they wait for their meal or to bring over to their table since at average you wait 20 minutes for your fresh pizza to be served. William Locals are friendly and very welcoming. The views are spectacular so the outdoor seating is amazing, especially for to keep children entertained. Price is reasonable at 23.50 for a whole pizza cooked with love. Via Route 66 there is plenty of street parking . Not too busy during February and nice weather . Some of the best I've ever had. Perfectly crispy, dripping in delicious buffalo sauce... I'll be thinking about them for a while. The pizza was good, but it had pieces of woody rosemary stems. Unfortunately, it was all over the pizza and if you weren't careful to catch them and pull them off before eating, you'd get poked in the mouth. I probably wouldn't order it again due to that reason. The food was amazing! We are a family of 4; our kids are ages 8 and 6. The 14 inch margarita was cooked to perfection. The only issue is that it's too small; rectified by ordering another. The mac and cheese is the best I have ever had at a restaurant. The side salad was seasoned perfectly with a balance of balsamic vinegar and Parmesan cheese. It's definitely hard to find a place to eat in Williams during the holiday season. A lot of places were either closed or closed very early; not that there are a plethora of options in the first place. It was gold and dark and without a lot of choices Station 66 was open and lit. After we got asked whether it was for drinks or food we got seated in the small table. Ordering was all done at the bar, whether for food or drink. The special that night was housemade pork rinds and I made sure I got that order. I also tried their Old Fashioned made with a beer reduction instead of sugar, not bad. I'm usually not a big veggie only fan on pizza but the one here was all right. I would rate it higher, but basically Station 66 is Historic Brewing and vice versa. I thought that was a little disingenuous, particularly since I already had eaten at one and I wanted to try another location but instead it was just a clever repackage. read more

I would have appreciated a call to let me know but they stated they never call customers to let them know of being backed up. I realize things happen but a call would have sufficed. The food gets delivered by a waitress and you pretty much enjoy yourself after that. we had the supreme pizza, Caesar salad, and pesto pasta. Pizza was a bit low on the "supreme", Caesar salad used a different kind of lettuce, and the pesto was salty. However, what saved the meal was the abundance of different types of hot sauce. The food here is incredible! My friend and I split the baked Mac and cheese (which was to die for) and I enjoyed a side salad while she had the Italian soup. The salad had a light, refreshing lemon vinaigrette dressing that I thoroughly enjoyed. When you walk in, you order at the bar and they choose your own seating and someone will bring your order to you. We chose to go upstairs and sit on the patio - I recommend you do the same! They had nice picnic tables with umbrellas as well as some lounging chairs/couches which made for a cute, comfortable environment with a great view. The service here is great. The people that work here are friendly and welcoming. You order at the counter here and they bring your order to you at your table. The vibe is cute with a lot of Route 66 decor, primarily Texaco decorations. The strawberry margarita is really good. Not too sweet. The Tuscan soup was my favorite. A very well balanced soup with a a bit of spice from the Italian sausage. The bruschetta was well made. I would have like a little bit more balsamic in the topping. The mushroom pizza was good, but would have been a lot better with more goat cheese crumbles. That could be a personal preference, but there was not much goat cheese on this pizza. I came through Station 66 with my tour group. The staff was very kind and warm to us. The setting was nice, it was clean. I guess the reason for not giving more stars is that this felt a bit touristy, from ordering at the counter to plastic cups for water. The tables were what you find in a food court, for example. The french fries I had with my chicken parm were amazing, I am a sucker for good fries. The chicken parm sandwich was, as you can tell, a bit generic. Coming from Italian food on the East coast, it was odd to have a tomato slice and lettuce with this. But it wasn't poorly executed, it just felt a bit like frozen food into the fryer. I guess it was all just a bit underwhelming. Maybe, not knowing Williams, it's one of the top options. But for me, I would try elsewhere in the future and possibly come back later. read more

I REALLY wanted to like this place, BUT I was left underwhelmed and grease sick. You order inside, get your own fountain drinks, and they bring the food to your table. We sat outside where it seemed to be pet friendly and ordered the bruschetta appetizer and two pizzas: Cheese & Pepperoni. The bruschetta was on point in flavor but you did have to scoop the mix onto the bread yourself which made having enough a bit difficult towards the end. Now while I love food, I am pretty open minded when it comes to different takes on food and know there is varying quality, everywhere. But when these large pizza's arrived, smothered in grease, and with minimal pepperoni--red flags were raised. Picking up the first slice, the pizza quite literally flopped downwards and was waterfall dripping grease. The dough was thin and while it seemed to be cooked all the way through, it was soggy soft from the grease/sauce. To the point where it was like wet spaghetti and I tried my best not to gag and just folded the pizza slice in half to force it down. My kids, 13 & 9, who love pizza as much as I do, ate one slice each and said they didn't want to eat anymore. My 9 year old ended up only eating half of one slice of cheese in total. My 13 year old put in the effort since we got two large pizzas and ended up eating 2 cheese slices before she said nope. She did eat 1 slice of pepperoni towards the end but struggled to finish it. My husband and I tried both pizzas and he had to stop eating too. I did end up having to squeeze the grease off each slice with napkins after my first slice-tastrophe in an effort to save the meal without biting the price tag. We did not end up eating all the pizza and I felt grease sick for 2 days after this. Would not return, nor recommend. BEST CRUST EVER and great dinner treat post a family Grand Canyon hike. We got back to Williams later than expected and were happy to find the bistro was still open. (They close at 10pm.) We had walked by it a few times already and it was always filled with guests. I apologize for not having food pics but we were starvin'! Waited for 10 minutes then someone escorts us to brewery side to another counter, where bartender, with attitude, was not happy she suddenly got busy.
