The fries were the star of the show. The Burger was good but not mind blowing. It is conveniently located in the Casino so you can play blackjack afterwards. This filled up The Working Man Review.

This place is alright. I ended up using my points to pay. Is it overpriced you get as the double bacon steak burger with fries is $15 dollars. I wanted everything on it, but they missed the lettuce as I requested for it. The burger was loaded with mayo, ketchup and mustard and burger was alright. The service was alright however and it took awhile for the burger to be ready. This place was okay and the only positive is it was opened 24/7 and I was indecisive of where to eat.

Eight AM on a Tuesday morning at Steak 'n Shake located in Harrah's Gulf Coast and out of sour dough bread and creamer for coffee. Not doing a booming business, no one was waiting in line, so someone is not doing the job of ordering basic items needed for breakfast. My hash brown was packed in the bag so that it fell out of the paper wrapper and soaked the bottom of the bag in grease. Found out when I got back to my hotel room no ketchup was included for the hash brown potatoes. Also missing: salt and pepper packets for both breakfast orders. Unsatisfactory.

How do I spend my winnings from the penny slot machines? A couple of milkshakes from Steak 'n Shakes! Besides, it was right next to the machines! They have a few tables out next to the machines behind a railing and a few more inside the restaurant. The places was quite clean. The staff was very friendly and maintained positive attitudes as a crowd showed up behind me and wanted many shakes as well! They made the shakes quickly and had us on our way. The shakes were perfect in consistency and flavor! They were somewhat expensive, but to be expected inside Harrah's casino.

Anyone that knows me knows that i LOVE a good burger. Strolled in here to get a late night bite since this location is open 24 hrs. I ordered a single burger n fries bc i thought the double meat would be too large...first mistake. The burger was fine but the single patty was pretty thin. I liked the thin cut fries..wished they had been hotter. My coke came out in a glass with lipstick on it..eww. the server was apologetic n replaced my drink in a plastic cup instead. Service was friendly and efficient. The menu offers several different burgers and other non-burger options. Decor was sort of a throwback diner theme. It was an ok experience but not a burger i would crave.

"Don't give her no cheese." Guess they listened... "LG fry w/ extra cheese," is what I ordered/paid for (2xs) Unprofessional, childish.

The establishment itself serves a variety of quick bites in addition to fresh made pizzas, sandwiches, hotdogs, soups, and other snack like items. It was extremely busy during my visit, but they managed the line pretty well. I decided to grab a cup of gumbo in addition to a chicken salad sandwich on toasted bread. It took about 15 minutes for my order to be prepared, but when I did receive everything, it was freshly prepared and freshly plated. The gumbo was better than I expected for a fast food snack bar, however the rice that they add to the gumbo somehow winds up in a large ball in the gumbo itself, which makes for a messy eating experience. The chicken salad sandwich was not the greatest, because therethey truly was not a decent amount of chicken salad on the sandwich, and the salad itself was not very flavorful. Overall, though for a late night snack bar, they do have a lot of offerings; service is decent and you should be able to find something that you like despite me having one of two items that wasn't the best.

I ordered the Signature Club Sandwich for $13, which includes turkey, ham, bacon, lettuce, tomato, American cheese, and mayo on white bread. The display makes it appear as though the sandwiches are freshly made to order, but they are actually taken from a grab-and-go cooler. Staff told me the sandwiches are made fresh daily and per shift, but the bread on mine was hard and stale, and the meat was sliced very thick. For the quality I received, I don't believe the sandwich was worth $13. In my opinion, it was closer to a $3-$5 sandwich. I also ordered the buffalo chicken wings for $18, which are supposed to come with celery and your choice of ranch or blue cheese dressing. Although I specifically requested dressing, none was included with my order. The wings themselves were okay, but they were somewhat salty. Another issue is the wait time. This was not my first visit, and every time I've been there, the line has been extremely long. I've waited close to 30 minutes just to place or receive an order. The To-Go Bar appears to be understaffed, and management should consider adding more cashiers or team members during busy hours to help move customers through the line more efficiently. Overall, I think the food program could benefit from a complete review of both quality and pricing. The food isn't terrible, but it's not something I would go out of my way to order again. It's the kind of food that works if you're gambling late, hungry, and looking for something quick because other options are closed. It will satisfy your hunger, but don't expect an exceptional meal. Considering the taste, quality, portion size, service, wait times, and price, I would rate my experience 4 out of 10.

After losing the…read moretwo different Krystals we used to have in Gulfport, there was a void for small burgers that was first filled by Savvy Sliders on Highway 49, and now this new Smalls Sliders in Biloxi by the mall. First off, you should know this place has no inside seating. There are outdoor tables, but in this South Mississippi summer weather when the heat index often goes over 100 degrees, outdoor seating is a no-go. I ordered the triple slider combo which are three small cheeseburgers with fries and a drink. You can pay extra to get double meat or bacon, but I decided to go with the base model. The sliders are slightly smaller than a Jr. Cheeseburger from Wendy's (which happens to be across the street) if you want a comparison. The sliders were very impressive to me. The beef was fresh and the patty was thicker than I expected. It looks like it was made just there and not some uniform frozen patty like most places serve. The buns were soft and flaky, like brioche style. Three was plenty enough to fill me up. Their fries are cut just like Chik-Fil-A, but they are much crispier and have a seasoned coating that's fantastic. You also get quite a lot, which impressed me. I've noticed most places seem to skimp on french fries for some reason, so this was welcome. I did not pay extra for their dipping sauce because they were so good even without ketchup. I went here at 12:30pm on a weekday and service was quick. Only a couple of cars were ahead of me and I only had to wait a few minutes. I heard they were a little slow when the place first opened, but that was to be expected. Seems like they got it figured out now.
