I rarely feel compelled to give negative reviews, and this one is specific for Travelers staying at the Hilton Mosey hotel in Williamsville. The hotel is fantastic and I've stayed numerous times over the years. Steelbound has been an excellent Nima over this time, and the dinners are great (I take away to my room). Breakfast, however is a nightmare. Never sure if there is menu service or a really disappointing buffet on par with a bad, free, lower tier motel chain. The service is sparse, lazy, uninspired and distracted by the blaring cacophony of noise from the GMA hosts in the bar TV. (She's watching right now as I'm trying to order). Tomorrow I'm going to walk the two blocks to get fast food from Tom Horton's. Do better Steelbound, and you'll profit from the Hilton customers staying in your same building.

Steelbound did not disappoint. We have been to two other locations which were also good. We enjoyed a nice cocktail. The wings were amazing, good size, crispiness and sauce with quite a few on the plate to share. Good service. Lots of drinks to choose from. Fun beer. The atmosphere is nice and relatively casual. Parking was convenient.

Handcrafted, locally sourced, distillery, and brewery located on the ground floor of the Mosey Hotel in Williamsville, New York. Right off the 290 Thruway on Main Street. Very lively atmosphere. Seating at the bar or tables for dining. There's an outdoor area that is enclosed for all seasons. I like the modern, woodsy decor. Enjoyed an upside down pineapple martini. Ambiance 5/5. I didn't try any of the food since I was there for happy hour type event with my group. This is a nice addition to the Village of Williamsville. Other locations of this brewery/distillery are Ellicottville, Springville, and Dunkirk, south of Buffalo.

Burger was ok. Chips were tasty.

UPDATE: can you say food poisoning? Uuuurrrrgghhhh. Changing to 1 star cause I can't leave zero. Keep trying to patronize the various restaurants that are brought into this space at the Mosey Hotel, Hilton Tapestry collection. Even when it's a restaurant I've been to before (both Ellicottville and Springville locations) it just isn't right. Is there something about being in a hotel that says "we have to change our brand and make it a generic boring menu with mediocre food?!) Started out ok, seat yourself after passing through the lobby to the restaurant space. Three waitstaff standing at the bar as we enter, they acknowledge us with a hi- but no one follows with menus??? We wait 4-5 minutes before we are greeted and menus brought. At least our server was quick with waters (no ice?) and offer to bring drinks. Now I've been to quite a few breweries before and almost every single one provides a descriptive list of their brews. Not here. Menu is so plain it has descriptions of nothing. (what are "sizzlers"? 3 on menu with no words to describe) I asked for a list of beers with description and at least got one that gave me bare minimum of type of beer (lager, IPA, stout) with ABV listed. That's it. Type of hops? Taste profile? Anything? Oh well. I chose a good one- Clementine IPA. Light but full of flavor. (And discounted for Happy Hour which I had no idea it was - no signs or indications on The menus I saw) The menu- BORING but also weird. Neither other location had Butter chicken and this one had 2 or 3 mentions. 1 burger. 1 chicken sandwich. You can add chicken or shrimp to your salad- but the cost is a surprise - no mention of what the up-charge would be. I ordered prosciutto "pizza". Are you kidding?! Flatbread on naan bread at best. Barely one slice of prosciutto scattered over the 5 pieces. Cheese listed is Brie but more like PASTE (yellow and very very gummy). I'm Not even sure why I brought home the 2 slices I didn't eat oh well. Another fail at this hotel location

I really wanted to like this place it's very close to home. Brandon R. our bartender took a minute to warm up but was helpful. We ordered scallops with a very confusing sauce. The Loco beer on tap was good. Flatbread pizza is kinda lack luster but for 10 dollars it's worth it. Not many beers available for being a brewery. The Indian Fusion doesn't really go with the feel of the restaurant. It's attached to the Mosey Hilton. So it almost feels like they don't have to try that hard because of the built in business. Also we sat next to someone eating the Brussel sprouts and they stunk up the whole restaurant. Definitely would remove them for other guests benefit

The atmosphere was cozy and nice and food was good. I had the French onion soup and mushroom pasta with chicken, both were good.

This place is definitely gotten a lot busier. Bar was full, but there were definitely enough tables to sit down and have a drink. Their beer selection has a little bit of everything. Their IPAs are not super hoppy and a very refreshing. It is in a tapestry hotel, which is a version of Hilton hotels, which is a very high and boutique.

Stop in for breakfast!!!! The breakfast pizza was A-MAZIng! Crisp crust, tons of veggies and the aioli dressing was perfect. (It's big enough for two--I'm taking home leftove My husband had the eggs Benedict and it looked and tasted just as great. Highly recommend!

I'd like to nominate Steelbound Restaurant for an episode of Bar Rescue or Restaurant: Impossible. I've traveled coast to coast and have never had a burger this awful. The only decent part was the bun--which says a lot. The patty tasted like it was fried in burned, old oil, and the chips were rock-hard, stale, and carried the same rancid flavor. I only made it through two bites. I should've trusted my gut the moment I walked in. This was hands-down one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've had anywhere.

When I arrived, my order still had 15 minutes left (I had just ordered from up the street). I thought I would just sit at a table, and I think there were two tables, but it was cold in there. I wouldn't recommend planning to eat there during the winter. Also, like I said, it's small with limited seating. It's more of a take out place; no ambiance to speak of. I would plan to order takeout rather than meeting up with people to eat here. So I left and came back. The gentleman working packed my items very nicely. He asked if I wanted a bag and I said yes and he bagged for me. We both forgot I had a 20oz with my order so I came back again and then headed home to give their food a try. Appearance wise was good .. both the pizza and wings had that nice reddish orange look to it. The wings came with Ken's blue cheese and carrots. The wings were good. Average but satisfied my craving. They have what I considered the good old fashioned medium sauce .. that classic flavor you would expect back in the day, before came a million varieties of everything. I have no complaints really and appreciated that I asked for them crispy and they were! The pizza I wouldn't order again, but I would be willing to try the regular crust (I ordered the thin crust option and wasn't into it). Maybe the regular crust or even just a regular sized pizza may be tastier to me. The sauce/cheese ratio was just right! I would totally have their wings again and maybe try a different pizza option than the personal thin crust.

Wow. Hands down some of the best pizza we've had…read more We ordered the San Felice Pizza -- San Marzano tomatoes, house-made sausage, sweet and spicy peppers, onion, buffalo mozzarella, and fresh basil -- and it was absolute perfection. The flavors don't compete... they melt together into one big, perfect masterpiece. The peppers leaned sweet (no real heat), which made them the ideal companion to the delicious sausage. And that sausage? Made in-house and seasoned beautifully, with the perfect amount of fennel -- enough to give it that classic Italian character without overpowering the pie. Perfection! The buffalo mozzarella added creamy richness, the basil kept everything bright, and the San Marzano tomatoes were clean and balanced. We love pizza in all its forms -- New York style and Napoli alike -- but there is something about the rustic goodness of true Neapolitan pizza that has a special place in my pizza-loving heart. That airy, soft center and char-kissed crust from the wood-fired oven is magic. The use of such fresh ingredients makes Forno Napoli my favorite pizza on NY so far - authentic and intentional. There is a lot of love and pride in everything from the handmade crust to all of the toppings. They also serve a garlic butter and cheese dipping sauce for the crust -- indulgent and completely unnecessary in the BEST possible way. That blistered crust dipped in that sauce? Unreal. The cheese? Yes, they have the most beautiful wheel of pecorino they hand grate from to make this happen. No green shaker bottles here! We met Felix, the owner, and he was incredibly welcoming. He has such great energy -- warm, engaging, and clearly passionate. You can tell he's the heartbeat behind the recipes and the success of the business. It feels personal. He made us want to share just how great our entire experience was and he certainly made us want to return. Our only regret? We were too full to try another pizza. Do not hesitate. This truly is a slice of heaven.

It looked fantastic. But when I asked his rating, he gave it 6/10 stars. However, I wouldn't trust anyone who doesn't like cheese so take it with a grain of salt I was torn between the Bianca and Quattro pizza so I asked the kind man at the register for his suggestion; he said the Bianca is more popular so I went with that. I enjoyed my pizza, although I wouldn't order this one again. I do want to say that it is pricey but you will get a very big pie of great quality. The dough was excellent! It was actually my favorite part and I've never said that about any pizza! Atmosphere is extremely casual. There's fruit infused waters to have and you go and grab them yourself (back right corner). But you can order bottles of soda, alcohol, etc. Also in the back right corner are small pizza boxes for leftovers you can grab if needed. Well, they were on the list of Yelp Buffalo's top places to eat in 2025, so of course we had to give them a try. The space itself is really beautiful. Nestled alongside a river with a cabinesque vibe. Stone exterior, with wood floors, exposed brick, and large fermentation tanks on the interior. It's really quite cozy. As for food, our table shared one of their tasty dips - the elote one to be exact. Elote is delicious on its own, but in dip form with pickled red onions, fire! I could eat an entire bucket of this stuff. When it came to my main course I ordered what I call the basic girl dinner, a caesar salad and fries... but here I went with the tater tots because I was told they are heavenly. My salad was a good portion size and exactly what you want when you order a caesar. As for the tots, the amount you get is insane and they were in fact, fried to a crispy perfection. They definitely hit the spot. Overall, I really enjoyed my meal and I can see why Yelpers in Buffalo rate this spot so high. If I lived nearby I would definitely be a frequent flyer.
