Stefanina's is more than pizza: It's pasta, sandwiches and salads, too. There are several lunch combinations that are good values. Basically, you pick two items and portions are large enough to be filling. My soup and sandwich special, for example, included choices from a variety of deli sandwich options, and two soup possibilities. The roast beef sandwich was heavy on lean meat under melted mozzarella cheese on a 6" baguette. Included was a plateful of crispy fries. The Italian wedding soup was light on meatballs but heavy on mini pasta and spinach. All in all it was a large lunch serving. Service was very good. read more

Worked a very long day and wanted some pizza without provel. I know, sue me. I was recommended this place earlier in the week by a co-worker, and tonight as the time to strike. After a 12 hour shift, called the wrong location and headed here to pick up my pizza. We all had a laugh when I showed up, at my expense. The front gals were very nice about it. One helped put my order in, And the other called the other store to cancel my order. Awesome. Already love it. I went and had a drink in the bar to wait. The bartender had a great personality, and the drink was tall, cold, refreshing, and best of all, cheep. Feels and smells like walking into your grandma's house , so many delicious aromas and a homey comfortable atmosphere you can't help but enjoy anything you have here. I grew up in the area so I have been frequenting this restaurant many many times over the years but this is the first time I decided to do a review. They have great daily lunch specials from 11 am -3 pm and on Monday it's buy a large pizza for the price of a small pizza, kid friends o area for large group and a full bar for a few adult beverages! I had the lunch pizza and salad special today and the salad was fresh loaded with cheese and a nice creamy Italian dressing, the real star of the meal was the pizza , I love the crust with just a hint of yeast in the mixture and a perfect amount of sauce and toppings then a delicious layer of cheese. This location has been here since 1981 so they definitely are doing something right. read more

I love this restaurant. It's my favorite restaurant in the world. I would have it for my last meal. It's the best St. Louis style pizza. It isn't paper-thin like Imo's- the crust is nice and soft. I don't know what kind of sauce they use, but combined with the cheese, it's heavenly. I have been patronizing this restaurant at its various locations for twenty years. It has been my favorite place since my first visit when I was six and met Stefanina, who always greeted me and invited me back to make my pizza. I've probably eaten 100 pizzas. Pizzas are top notch for St. Louis style pizzas. I don't think k I've had better. The sandwiches were an A+ too! I love this place.

How this place is rated so highly is beyond me. We stopped in on the way through St Louis an ordered the pork chops and chicken cordon bleu. Both dishes were tasteless and microwaved. My wife is a potato fiend and this is the first time in history she didn't eat her potatoes. One bite and done. I hate leaving bad reviews but this one is deserved. read more

I'd consider myself a regular at the Stefanina's in the Chesterfield Valley. I had never been to this one but it turns out it's their original location and opened in 1981. They have table service here which I was not expecting. Also, the menu is much larger than Chesterfield. I ordered the breaded cauliflower and a pepperoni pizza. I'm a sucker for breaded cauliflower. It was hot and crispy and perfection. I'm sure it came out of a bag in the freezer but that's ok sometimes. I love their pizza and if you like St. Louis style pizza you will too. The crust is thin, crispy, and kind of free form and they top it with provel cheese that turns orange when it's cooked. Is there anything better? No, there isn't. I saw a lot of people eating pasta here. I would give it a shot on my next visit. It's so tough to turn down this pizza though... read more

Waited 45 minutes for mediocre food and service. The ravioli was as if I took it from my freezer and microwaved it, the worst I've ever had. The spaghetti was nothing to note and had very little sauce. The salads were 75% cheese and 25% lettuce, very bland. And lastly the girl who helped us ignored our car even when we tried to wave her down yet attended to every other surrounding car waiting for curb-side? I guess you pay for what you get. read more

Nothing like ordering a pizza for delivery and not taking almost and hour for it to make it to me. Simple and easy pizza but nothing like it arriving super super late and cold, absolutely no reason I should have to put a pizza as soon as it is delivered in the oven and warm it up. Was told would be delivered at 6:37 but was actually delivered at 7:21. Luckily can't leave a negative star review. Definitely will not be back. I try to support all local businesses, but this makes it super hard. Especially when I could have driven and picked it up way way sooner (3.6 miles away a grant total of a 10 min drive). Nice local restaurant in O Fallon. Tried this place on a Sunday afternoon and was easy to get a table. Service was very attentive and explained the menu to understand Missouri styles of pizza and pasta. Tried their signature Stefanina's pizza and was pleasantly surprised. Baked spaghetti and chicken parmigiana had huge portions, so be prepared to take some home. Reasonably priced and would recommend a try if you're in the area. read more

Came in this past weekend for the first time as I just recently moved to O'fallon and had to try this famous joint. We tried all of the classics- hot wings, toasted raviolis, and a large Stef's Special Pizza. The T-ravs came with like 10-12, which was shocking and awesome- considering we went to a place the day before that charged double and only gave us 5-6. The hot wings were awesome and came with a ton of bleu cheese and ranch. The pizza was to die for, huge and filled with tons of toppings and had the famous provel cheese on it. Absolutely great! Love the traditional, family atmosphere and the prices were right on. Great service, excellent prices, fabulous portion sizes. Will 100% be back!! read more

We ordered pizza,garlic cheese bread and a Stefanina's house salad tonight. We had ordered the same thing last week and the salad was soggy and the lettuce looked terrible. I called to talk to the manager and they gave us a credit for the next time we ordered a salad. We ordered the same thing again tonight and the woman who answered the phone was rude and once again the salad wasn't edible. We used to love Stefanina's but the food isn't what it used to be. Yum! Our go to order is the cauliflower pizza crust and it's the best in town. You can't go wrong with the dinner salad and the dressing is wonderful. The service was so slow and not exactly polite. The salad was soaking in dressing. We were given the wrong pizza. Like, completely wrong. It took another 20 or so minutes to get the right one.
