One thing we noticed right away was that the bonchon was already set on the tables before guests arrived. It wasn't a large spread--just a small tin of cheese corn and a divided tray with kimchi, bean sprouts, and fish cake--not sure how long they were left out and did look and taste dry. The servers seemed to work well together. Different team members checked on us, cleared dishes, served food, and helped other's tables. Once it got busier, they also used robot servers to help deliver food. We started with the salad with house dressing and the popcorn chicken. Both were good, and the chicken was nice and moist. For the BBQ, we ordered the Chardol, Ju Mul Luck, Hawaiian Steak, Tri-Tip Bulgogi, and Galbi (short ribs). Having eaten at quite a few Korean BBQ restaurants in Las Vegas, we noticed the portions here were a bit smaller. They also limit each round to three appetizers and four meat selections. Overall, the service was good, and we especially appreciated Eurie for being friendly and attentive. The only thing that concerned us was when another server changed our grill. Instead of lightly drizzling oil onto the grill, she forcefully squeezed the bottle, causing the oil to shoot out onto grill. It seemed like an unnecessary safety risk for both guests and employees. Our favorites were definitely the Tri-Tip Bulgogi and the Galbi. Both were flavorful and tender. The Chardol was good, but the slices were very thin and the portion felt a little small. The restaurant filled up quickly between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m., so it's clearly a popular spot. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and would come back for the Tri-Tip Bulgogi, Galbi, and the teamwork displayed by the staff.

As someone who occasionally likes to eat alone, I really appreciate that. I've visited several times over the years, including recently under the newer ownership. Unfortunately, some of my old favorites aren't quite the same. I used to love their deep-fried oysters, which are no longer on the menu and have been replaced with deep-fried mussels. The kimchi stew recipe also seems to have changed and wasn't as memorable as before. That said, they still serve my favorite gopchang (beef small intestine). When cooked properly, it gets wonderfully crispy and reminds me of Mexican tripas tacos--definitely worth ordering. I'd personally skip the bibimbap appetizer. The rice was hard, the ground beef was cold, and it felt like it relied too heavily on the gochujang sauce for flavor. Even with those changes, I'll continue supporting this business. Service was also attentive.

Shortly after being seated we were served wonton strips with sweet and sour and hot mustard dipping sauces. We opted to order hot tea and several dishes to share. Everything was served hot and fresh out of the kitchen. The vegetables were served still crunchy, very good. This is a great little spot to enjoy Chinese food. Our daughter shared that it was her Dad's birthday. The server turned on birthday music, brought out ice cream with a candle and we all sang. We really enjoyed the dinner. The food was great, the restaurant was clean, our service was great.

We decided to order the combination family meal so everyone could try a variety of dishes. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted like old friends. Even though it had been a while since our last visit, the staff remembered us, which made us feel so welcome. I love the ambiance here. It's quaint, clean, and comfortable, with soft lighting, relaxing background music, and cozy booths that make it a perfect place to enjoy a meal and catch up with friends. We started with soup. I had the hot and sour soup, which is always my favorite, and our friends tried the flower soup, similar to egg drop soup, for the first time. They really enjoyed it! For appetizers, we shared the prawn, egg rolls, and crab Rangoon, and everything was delicious. For our main course, we enjoyed the Szechuan chicken, Hunan chicken, sesame chicken, and the vegetable plate. Every dish arrived hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The service was outstanding. Our server checked on us often, kept our water glasses full, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. We always have a wonderful experience at Chin Chin, and this visit was no exception. Great food, excellent service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere keep us coming back. We highly recommend it!

This place is good for families as dishes ars big and carefully prepared. I would wish to give them a 4 or 5 star but the problem I had is they have too extensive of a menu that dishes are either good or just a miss. The xo scallops are flavored right but are not seared and dont have the proper texture for a cooked scallop. The salted fish rice was ok but it wasnt so salty. The pluses are the cup sized soups are good price and really delicious. The garlic noodles are great as well, but if you have nothing to pair it with just as great then it is hard to eat. They have a lot of items on the menu but when youre a small party of 2 or 3 it is hard to choose what to order. The grilled oysters were great but too huge. The jellyfish was also good. Place is small for a family style setting but it works. It is clean and intimate. I would give them another chance if I have a larger party or guest visiting town so we can try the larger plates and expand the variety hoping to hit their best dishes

Parking was easy since the restaurant sits a little away from the busiest part of the center. We were greeted right away and seated as soon as we walked in. The dining room is large with an open layout and plenty of room between tables. The decor follows a classic Asian style with umbrellas hanging from the ceiling and themed pieces throughout the space. Service was warm and attentive. Our server checked in often, stayed on top of drink refills, and answered questions without hovering. We ordered a mix of Chinese dishes and dim sum. The dim sum stood out and ended up being the highlight of the meal. The main dishes were less consistent. The calamari felt heavy with breading, and the pot stickers, while flavorful, didn't quite hit the mark. The fried rice and duck were both on the salty side. Overall, the place is comfortable with kind service, solid dim sum, and a few dishes that could use a lighter touch.

Not only has the food become more fine dining, but so has the dining room and the restaurant's popularity! It's virtually impossible to eat here without a reservation giving the small dining area and limited tables, and they are regularly well booked in advance, so it is very recommended to give them a call well in advance to make sure you have a table reserved before arriving hoping to be seated. My favorite dishes are the kung pao chicken and their pork fried rice, but they have several other popular dishes, especially their rangoons. The portions are large and entrees don't typically come with rice, so it is best to order dishes family style to be shared. I can't wait to return, I am excited to try their Mongolian beef next!

Parking is fairly easy, with plenty of street spaces nearby, and an easy walk if you're already hanging around the neighborhood. The service was friendly and fairly prompt, and even for a weekday night the place was bustling, leading to a bit of a backup. Cool vibes all around, and it's neat to sit at the bar and watch the chefs do their thing. Though it does mean this is a little bit on the noisy side. Look at the menu, and there are tons of tempting options. As the name suggests, their specialty here is small plate off the grill or out fo the fryer. But they do serve really good-looking ramen, too, which I will make not to try next time I swing by. I at first went with a quick bite of grilled chicken thighs, which were just amazing! They were juicy, eprfectly seared, with some grilled green onions and an amazing sweet soy sauce. I also went with the yakionigiri, which are balls of rice that are grilled, brushed with sauce, and topped with a sort of mango slaw. A bit uncommon, but wow, these were also just so delicious! Also had a glass of sake, though they have a full bar should you want some other sort of beverage. Prices here are, I feel, a little on the higher end for small plates. However, I think it is definitely worth coming and trying this place out at least once or twice, just to expereince some of the good food. I'm sorry it took me so long to finally step through the doors, but I am certain I will be back again to try more of what's on the menu.
