Sterling had a vehicle for sale online that fit my criteria. I called and spoke to Jasmine. I asked her about the vehicle, confirmed it was still on the lot, and I asked her what was the out the door price. I wanted to know if there were any hidden fees besides tax and license being added. Jasmine immediately took my number, called me back in 5 minutes and texted me in writing the out the door price. I purchased the vehicle right then by giving her a deposit and coming to see see the car the next day to test drive. The price on the particular vehicle I purchased was fair, and aligned with the Kelley Blue Book price. So I did not need to haggle. When I arrived at the lot Jasmine met me. I drove the car with my husband, it checked out, and it had a cracked side view mirror. Jasmine immediately offered to replace that which she did. Mr. David Campos the Salesman was awesome! Wish i can say the same for the vehicle when it was delivered, barely have gas, no mats even the temporary kind. Took it to my mechanic for a check up, oil was low and dirty. Had to spend another 100.00 plus for oil change, additional fluid that was low and 60.00 for gas. It would have been so nice as a courtesy to buyers coming from a far location to have at least half a tank or even a little over a fourth of gas but almost empty? I don't know! So Sterling Imports are absolute thieves and the whole crew is in on it Our jeep liberty was taken to them to be fixed Transsmission issur that they diagnosed and it leaked the day we got it back. My husband messaged Mike Morgan to see what they could do, he went silent on my husband never reapinding to him. In the mean time Jeep is parked and were strughling to get to work and Drs appointments. I called today to see if we could get a refund for the 210.00 my husband spent on the transmission repairs and now they say " we cant talk to you" hum. We are waiting to see how reliable, etc. this dealership is-at which point, we'll hopefully have a positive review to post! The car we purchased 2 months ago (with the extended warranty they promote) - the engine seized up and the warranty company refused the claim, closed the claim and then came back and reopened it after many, many phone calls and extensive discussion. The dealership gives no coverage (after 30 days!) but they did assist in putting us in touch with a knowledgeable rep at the warranty company. After much back and forth and an "investigation"the warranty people agreed to paid a set amount that left us with a bill for transportation and about $1500 to get the replacement done, let's not mention the headaches and hassles and feeling stranded. Hoping that Sterling will step up and help us out as this has been a huge setback for us and we thought we'd found a reliable dealership. Update to come! read more

Shady don't go Just purchased a 2017 SUV from them with less than 100k miles on it to find out 2 months later that the transmission needs to be replaced. I noticed that the car started skipping gears about a week after I purchased it. So, I took it to the mechanic and he said that it's transmission related so I took the car back to sterling since I had just purchased the car from them. Mike (who appeared to be the manager) said they'd take a look at it. They told me there was a "problem with the computer and that they replaced the battery" (without my permission) I was optimistic about the outcome so I didn't press on the battery thing. The transmission started skipping again and then overheated I took it in to the dealer because with a little research I found that the transmission was still under manufacturers warranty. It could have been worse but I just wouldn't trust these guys. Their salesman Jose seemed really nice but this whole thing with the transmission left a bad taste in my mouth. I only had the car for less then two months . These guys are scam artist . All they keep telling me is to contact a lawyer and do what I have to do they don't owe me anything . So I paid 4400 a month for that car they got to back and sold it again for full price laughing all the way to the bank . I would give a zero rating if it was possible . Bought a 2011 Honda Pilot in Aug. 2019. Sales person Mark was okay, didn't really say anything special to "sell" me the car; the price and condition of the car spoke for itself. I also spoke and worked with Mike. I took the car in about a week later to get some minor issues I'd noticed while driving it that first week to get fixed free of charge. It was in someone else's name and credit company and that was just 3 months ago, big red glad! When I called mike (the guy helping me with the car) he had no information on the past owner and even stated that dealerships don't put there dealership name on the title of the car. I just bought an SUV from Sterling Imports, a couple weeks ago. I wanted to wait until my "new car" excitement died down a bit in order to give an honest review. In truth, my review has not changed. I am very pleased with the whole transaction. I definitely did my homework and knew what I wanted. I knew the exact car I was looking for, the price with approximate tax and licensing. I knew my budget and I even did my homework on the dealership and associate. Sterling Imports had the best price by at least 40% for this car. Nearly two weeks later, I still haven't found a comparable deal. I love this car! It was even more beautiful than I expected for the price. This is a "no frills" dealership. It doesn't have a fancy showroom, or pushy salespeople to try to overplease you. The environment was small, but very relaxed and the process was much easier than I expected. Jazmine responded to my appointment request quickly. She showed me exactly the car I wanted, and had it ready to go. She didn't try to change my mind, or upsell. She made the process very convenient, and no pressure. She answered any question I had, and if she didn't know, found out before we left. She even got me a band-aid when the one I came in with broke. Before we left, we noticed a couple minor things on the car that needed tweaking. The mechanics weren't on duty, so they wrote a work order, and had me call for an appointment at my convenience. When I did bring the car in a few days later, the adjustments were done within 30 minutes. (Took me longer to make the drive). One small word of warning, I remembered another review mentioning to check the gas tank before you drive home. This one was pretty low, probably only enough for a handful of test drives. Definitely not enough to get us the 30-something miles home. If you're into fancy showrooms and being pampered, look somewhere else. If you're looking for a great car and an honest deal without a lot of hassle...well, I've already told a few friends and family about it. read more

Needless to say I purchased a Ford Truck from them because the Silver Charger I was suppose to pick up wasn't even ready..( I'm sure it's still there, w the black stripes) so the truck caught my eye..long story short I had a 30 day or 1000 mile warranty which ever comes first. Of course the 30 days came first I had surgery that week and I wasn't able to drive. I remember Mike the manager saying they " thoroughly check their vehicles" well right as I was able to start driving the warranty was gone and all the problems started.. door wouldn't lock or unlock it was jammed, tire pressure lights, in fact I took it in and they let me drive off the lot w a nail in my tire they didn't even bother to tell me. I paid for the mechanical part in door and the guy shorted my car charger and they didn't care.. best part is my engine light came on right after and I'm sure this guy shorted the comp for the engine! but you won't believe that these people masked a big problem w this truck and the cylinders. Mike Morgan the manager was rude and condescending over the phone as I explained that the engine had zip tie and silicone to hold instead of clipping like they're suppose too. You will see pics... The owner never called either to even talk to me , they don't care. They are all scammers please please stay away from this place! Buy a car from a reputable place. A reliable source from the inside said these cars are from auction and they put bandaids on them to have them sell. Well my trusted mechanic that I have been going to for years informed me that it will cost $1200 to fix it as the fan is broken, it has a engine leak and their is a coolant leak and hasn't had a oil change even though there was a sticker stating it did.
