Got here right at opening. The gentlemen working here was very friendly. I appreciate that they were still taking Covid precautions here. Their waiting area is clean, not that I spent too much time in it, as I was in and out of there in 5-10 minutes as promised. So I do have to say this. When I called - whomever answered the phone - they were cordial & friendly. When I actually came in person, the guy (and I say that because he never gave me his name throughout the 50 minutes I was there) behind the desk barely muttered a hello & when I said "Hello How are you?" to just generally benice, he didn't acknowledge it & just said "Insurance". First I was like, well this guy is just sick/not feeling well - nope. He's talking to his other coworkers with somewhat more inside chummy energy. So...first impression was awkward. I should have left then. The system is down - no one has alerted us, I just heard it on passing conversation. I guess good protocol would be to let these poor people sitting in this cramped room & let them know "HEY! SYSTEM IS DOWN" but I suppose that's too much to ask. Now the entire team of employees is huddled behind the desk. Not sure what they are doing because the guy I initially talked to that was completely indifferent now suddenly had a burst of energy & he's talking about selling his cap. 50 min later - we just got fed up. So much for a quick update. The guy behind the counter (suddenly his mood changed & now he's "funny") - jokingly said our cars are hostage, when I gave him absolutely no reaction - he chipperly said said "2 down, two more to go!". Fast, efficient, courteous. Definitely better than the competition where you wait forever.

I usually go to sticker stop but because they were closed I tried this place out. When I walk in, the lady asked for my insurance and then keys. As soon as I hand her my keys, she walks off without saying anything so I'm just standing there didn't know if I needed to fill anything out. Another guy walks in to tell me that I can take a seat. While waiting, an older guys white a beard, glasses and a tattoo on his neck comes in sighing and slamming him clipboard on the table, can definitely tell he was not having a good day. He then calls me up and asks if I want to register and I said yes but then my partner calls me to tell me to not register and just do the inspection. Because he printed the sticker out and finished I apologized multiple times and said is there a way to not register anymore since I haven't paid yet and this man was so upset like it didn't take him only 2 mins to do it. He said "I mean it's the same thing but whatever. I guess" and slams the ppw on the desks and walks away. A younger man had to stepped in and apologize for his actions. He even told the older angry man "come on man". Sounds like they have this issue with him a lot. Just some advice, if you don't like your job, get a different one. If something personal is going on, don't bring it to work because then you'll get reviews like this and it makes the company look bad. read more

10/23/22 I've been here 3 other times for other vehicles I own and the new staff or at least staff I haven't seen before have been awesome and efficient and deserve 5 stars. I will continue using this place as long as they keep this staff and not bring back the grumpy staff. read more

I've come here two years now for a quick and easy renew. The first time I failed due to having a battery that was too new, and they told me to drive on it a while and come back to finish it up without any extra charge. Whole process was indeed 10 minutes or so. This year I came in around 5pm and they were just as fast and kind. Also thanks to the guy who called my purse Gothic sailor moon. Even with the necessary COVID precautions in place, they provided great service and once they started the inspection, they were done in 10 minutes just as advertised. I never do reviews but this is an exception. I would give this establishment a zero if I could. The staff were rude, not wanting to listen about my windows that have an electrical problems where I was told by the DMV that should no problem getting inspected. Staff there pretty much insinuated I sabotaged my windows and laughed in the bay room. I don't know much about cars let alone know how to do such thing. They brushed me off stating and I quote "we can't inspect your vehicle until we see the tint", but a keep with no doors is ok. Has something changed where you get no service unless tint is checked first? Not even emissions, lights etc, but tint has to be number 1. Awful staff and priorities don't line up from what I was informed at the DMV. Will never come here and will spread and advise others know what kind of business this is. Absolutely terrible read more

I never knew this place was here. They have been in business at this location for about three years. Everyone hates going to get their car inspected. It takes too long. They have to wait to be services. The places are usually dirt and uncomfortable. Not so with Sticker Express. All they do is Inspections. They have a computer with WiFi to entertain you if the wait is more than 10 minutes. All I know is I took exactly 10 minutes from the time I entered their office until my car was finished. Their prices are the same as other places doing inspections. The two guys running the shop are pleasant and helpful. I am so glad I found them. This will be my new go to inspection location. read more

I've been coming to Sticker Express for the past 4 years now. While I've seen customers posting bad reviews lately due to declining customer service, it looks like it's finaly my turn to get a taste of this. This afternoon, I pulled up, parked my vehicle and entered the office expecting the usual "hello. how are you?" greeting... well NO. Enter employee wearing sweat pants with holes on them coming up to say to me with no eye contact, "INSURANCE". Ok, I hand him my insurance.. seems Mr. Sweat Pants is not having a glorious day... he hands me my insurance, still with no eye contact... says out loud "KEYS". I thought to myself, did I come at a bad time to add to this guy's misery of a day? I said, "excuse, me?" He finally looks at me and says it louder "KEYS!". And that's when I left. I thought this was my goto place for Auto Inspection... NOT ANYMORE. read more

Arrived to the place, showed them insurance info & waited in the vehicle for my turn which was only about 15 minutes. Drove around the back of the gas station & did my brake check, pulled in, did my blinker check in front & back, high beams, & checked my window tinted. Hooked my truck up to the inspection machine and finished everything in 6 minutes. Walked inside to pay & that was it! Super friendly, super fast & super professional. I'll never be back! I've been coming here a few years. It was fast this time but I was the one customer. LEAVING MY HOOD UNLATCHED WHICH I DISCOVERED TWENTY MILES LATER WAS THE KICKER! When I arrived all three employees were in the office. Not friendly, talking to each other. One man said he was going out for a smoke. The other man went to get my car.I started getting a coffee and turned to the woman to see why the Keurig wasn't working. She had left too. I could see her smoking too and then she looked away from me as she was lounging propped up on two chairs in view of the waitng room smoking away. I was obviously trying to get a cup of coffee and was ignored, the Keurig had no water in it. The man who inspected my car came back in and said $18.75, I handed him my card. He never said another word to me. I didn't either. I don't know what these people do all daybut it's not much. I didn't get a good feeling a bout this young misfit crew. It's a shame there is no good customer service there anymore. Leaving the hood unlatched is unforgivable. Won't be back. read more

My Wife and I went here to try and get our cars inspected and then move on to the registration office. We had hoped it would take the advertised 10 minutes, however that did not work out. When we walked up to the gentlemen at the desk and he blurted out "insurance". We handed him our car insurance, he made a copy, and then he said "keys". We handed him our keys and that was the extent of his communication that day. Not even after we waited 45 minutes and overheard the workers talking, were we advised of anything. Worst experience ever! the manager had a horrible attitude, . They took fore ever to service the car.

We have been very happy customers of the service and the people at this location in the past, however today had an extremely rude and dissatisfying interaction that I wanted to pass along. Pulled into the service drive as in the past and waited for someone to come and greet me or take my information to do the inspection. The bay was empty and no one came to check on me, so I figured that they were busy with paperwork and I very slowly pulled into the inspection bay and centered my vehicle to make their job as easy as possible. Rather than greeting me with a smile, the attendant was rude and condescending and informed me that 'in the future' I should pull over into the parking lot on the far side of the building (not in the service bay as their signage indicated. So I apologized and assured him that in the future I would do so, but he abruptly turned around went back in the office and assertively slammed the sliding glass door behind him. I waited for a short while to see if he was going to return, and shortly he did! However, rather than greeting me professionally and inquiring as to how he/they could assist me, he rudely and with animated hand gestures (as in 'get out of here') ordered me to exit the bay and park on the far side of the building. I happily complied with his request, except for the part about parking. His 'orders' didn't say anything about me coming into the office, waiting in my car, standing on my head, or anything more or less helpful. Instead of enduring his belligerence any longer, I very happily exited the parking lot, traveled two businesses further east to the Klingeman Car Care Center where they very professionally, happily, and with good humor completed my request for an inspection. It was a rough day at the 10 minute inspection station. Took 30 minutes just to get to my vehicle, I had a cracked gas cap would not pass. Went and got a new cap come back waited another 30 minutes for them to test the gas cap. Thought all was good.. then I went to register my vehicle and come to find out they put the wrong Vin number down so could not get my registration completed had to go back again and have the vehicle re-inspected and let them put down the correct Vin number to the vehicle and let's hope this works this time. So just a quick note for everybody make sure you check your paperwork after they've inspected to make sure that your license plate vehicle make and Vin number match your paperwork read more

There is no fancy waiting room with amenities. But when you are in and out in less then 10 minutes who cares! Yesterday was my first experience with Sticker Express. Previously I would go to another spot that had me waiting 40 minutes up to over an hour just to get my vehicle inspected. After hearing a friend say that this place was fast I decided to give them a go. Despite being on the 1st (my inspection expired 1/31 and there is a 5 day grace) it took a mere 8 minutes before i was on my way. In addition the cordial staff alerted me to a couple things that needed addressing but were not something on the inspection which I appreciated. They did this without trying to soliciting other services as they do one thing and one thing only. read more

Yeah, I just gave a car inspection place 5 stars. For what it is, to me, the experience was as good as it gets. I walked in on a Sat morning to a "Well helllllooo there!" The gentleman behind the counter was the most genuine, easiest going fellow and we were joking around like friends in no time. He promised to get my car done in 10 minutes and he did (I'm almost ashamed to admit that I did time him :). He came back in and checked me out with more casual banter and I was done. Easy Peasy. I will admit that as I left there were 2 customers behind me, so I would assume it can get crowded and take a bit longer as they only have one bay (and on this morning only one employee as the other was running late, so my friendly fellow was checking people in, doing the inspections, and checking them out, without any grumpiness). In any case, even with one or two ahead of you, you'll still be getting done before you can finish that book chapter or that game of Montezuma on your phone. So, could I compare it to other five stars, like Uchiko? Well, no, all I got at Sticker Express was Dum Dums. And I can't compare it to a five star physician as he didn't check under MY hood. But for what it is, quick, efficient, friendly inspections, 5 stars all the way. See ya next year! read more

I moved to Cedar Park from another state and needed an inspection. I actually went to a place down the street with great Yelp reviews but they were out of stickers for the day. They cheerfully told me to come down the street to Sticker Express and they would treat me well. They didn't lie. The employee that I interacted with was the nicest guy you could imagine. Very helpful and very quick. I was in and out in about 20 minutes and that was with a car in line ahead of me. The only thing keeping me from that 5th star is the size of the place - not much of a waiting room. I came during lunch time and ended up eating a sandwich I picked up next door on the plastic lawn chair outside the front entrance. I will be going back with my 2nd car soon. UPDATE: I upgraded Sticker Express to 5 stars because when my wife took her car in for an inspection the guys told her that since she had a 2011 model car that the emissions test wasn't necessary and to have her husband (me) come back in for a refund because they had charged me the full amount mistakenly. Not too many other businesses have that kind of integrity and honesty, and for that I will remain a loyal customer. read more

I just moved to the neighborhood and looked everywhere for a reliable Sticker Shop. I needed to get my truck checked fast. The day before I found Sticker Express I drove around and all of the places were either closed or had a long wait. Then I checked on-line, and found Sticker Express. I'm not sure if $28 is normal or steep, but I didn't have time to shop around. These guys were quick about it, friendly, no hassle, probably 10 minutes in and out. Great place to get your vehicle inspected. Took about 10 minutes and there was a line. They get you in and out quick. They were very nice. The first time mine didn't pass because I needed a new gas cap. The guy was nice and told me what kind I should get. Went down the road and got one,put in on in the parking lot and went back to get it inspected again. No problem. Got me in and out quick. I've been putting off getting my car inspected for a while now, and I noticed the Sticker Express while I was filling up on gas next door. It said "10 Minute Inspection", and they weren't exaggerating. I pulled right up, and they had my car ready incredibly quick. They seemed like honest and hard working guys, and I can't imagine the process being any easier. Don't waste your time going elsewhere!
