Every employee checked on us. All were friendly and helpful. The Roasted Cauliflower was the bomb! Tri tip with Gorgonzola and BBQ ribs very tasty, as well. We lived the Nutty Slaw and the baked beans, too! read more

Great food. Ribs and tri tip are excellent. Would also recommend bbq chicken pizza and cauliflower

This place is awesome! I'm glad that they opened one in Torrance. My favorite is the tri tip. Not as much a fan of the chicken. Hope it stays open. read more

I was not happy ribs where thin mostly bone, the garlic bread deep fried greasy not healthy at allmash potatoes with yellow American cheese ugh.... salmon on sesame dressing was wrenching on the sauce that did not give the salmon a good flavor, cartwheel salad was greasy and no beets. It's mass produced food almost like a fast food I was dissatisfied disappointed for this to come to Torrance. It should be more of a small and healthy food with organic and may fresh vs mass produced read more

I travel on business quite a bit and have become fatigued eating at National Chain restaurants. While in town tending to my father in the hospital, my brother and I found Stonefire Grill in Torrance, very near the hospital. It was comfort food at its very best. We began making almost a daily run to feed the family that were there. Our favorites were the BBQ Salad and OMG... the Carrot Cake is the best we've had ANYWHERE. service was excellent as well. Will be a staple for me whenever I'm in the area! read more

My friends and I ate at Stonefire Grill the other day and the food was great. I had the pesto pasta and breadsticks and it was amazing. And the service was great, and all the workers were super friendly. My only complaint would be there was an unfriendly manager. I think I caught her name was Emily? I noticed she was really unprofessional, not friendly, and rude even though the servers were nice. It didn't seem fair how she was treating her workers during the busy dinner time. Not a fan of bad management. read more

Came here for quick lunch with my coworker 3/26 I don't really post reviews but I felt offended eating here, not sure because we ordered the lunch special or whatever. Ordering: Ordering was easy, the guy who took my order does not know how to up sell. That's an opportunity there. Food: The food was good. Brownie was delicious. Service: The service was horrible. There were 3 managers walking around, asked every table but ours. Which I find rude. I don't know if it's due to what we ordered, again we literally just wanted quick lunch but not fast food. They brought our food fast but a lot of missing items. My coworker ordered her salad and dressing on the side, they forgot it, we had to ask for it. The lady said they will bring our breadsticks since they were out, it was never brought in until we ask. The server asked for receipt ( again like where am I gonna hide the breadsticks baskets) showed her the receipt. She said she's gonna ask her manager. I said it's fine nevermind, we weren't really asking for breadsticks, we didn't even realized it was included until the first server said she will bring them out. (We have seen them bring to other customers after she said they were out) She brought the 2 breadsticks and she said they're out again, at that point I really don't care if they bring it since we are pretty much done with our meal. Overall: We might go back since it's close to our office, maybe take our clients there for lunch, but not anytime soon. My husband is a vp for a fast casual restaurants and he was laughing when I told him what happened. Definitely lots of opportunity here. read more

I'm a regular costumer. Since day 1 I tried their best food. It deserves 5 Stars . Food are excellent, service and they're clean atmosphere. I even held my Wedding Rehearsal Dinner. Everyone are happy & Satisfied to all the food. I highly recommend Stonefire Grill aside the price is reasonable. read more

On Wednesday I came in with my sister for lunch. Hannah was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. I really enjoyed my BBQ chopped salad and she recommended the lunch special option that comes with a breadstick (its also cheaper). My sister had the Pepper garlic tri tip and loved it. Hannah also suggested ordering cheesecake for dessert and that was an offer I could not refuse! I ABSOLUTELY loved the cheesecake! Hannah made my experience at Stonefire Grill an unforgettable one. She made me feel right at home. read more

My boyfriend ordered food for father's day yesterday for us and his family. As expected, father's day is a very busy day to get takeout. We ordered at 12:30 and it took about an hour to get here (not terrible). However, by the time it got here, the pizza was cold. In addition, the salad we ordered had no dressing. When we called the store, the manager on duty claimed that it wasn't their fault our food was cold and if we wanted the salad dressing that badly, we should come back. We ordered through postmates, so we didn't want to leave the house in general, especially during COVID. I work in a restaurant as well and we always take responsibility for food quality and outcome, and if something is missing we always give credit for the next visit. Pretty disappointed, since usually we have good service here, but not yesterday. read more

Tonight was our first time trying this place, I had high hopes when we walked into this gorgeous setup. We went to order and the poor guy on the checkout didn't know what he was doing... now maybe he was new, maybe it wasen't his usual job to be taking orders...but it definately wasen't because it was overly busy, we kept asking for Mac and cheese and he kept saying no we couldn't get it. For some reason I guess he thought we were asking to have it as a side ... then he said I couldn't get a Diet Coke... another misunderstanding. So we sit and another guy brings our Mac and cheese. Since it's our first time and no one explained how it works we asked if we were suppose to get our plates and silverware...guy was nice and said no worries I'll get it for you. Comes back with one plate for the two of us. The rest of our food comes, we each had a sandwich ... the ratio of bread to meat is wayyyyyy off. This huge piece of beautiful crispy bread with about two tablespoons of pulled pork on one and a slice of tritip on the other sandwhich. I ended up taking it apart and just ate the slice of meat. Let's just say the pics didn't match the meal. Unfortunately we won't go back here, the staff seemed nice but I don't think I saw one staff member smile even ...almost like they were all miserable being there. I felt bad for them. read more

Had a great experience at this stone fire grill. Hayley at the front was very pleasant and friendly and made the entrance and point of sale very accommodating and enjoyable!! Would recommend this location to anyone in the South Bay Area!!! read more

This has been the best experience I've had at Stonefire. I was helped by an amazing young lady named Hãnnah who helped me locate water cups and was able to bring me forks when I forgot to grab them. read more

I was SO excited when I saw that a STONEFIRE was coming to the Southbay, as I missed the one in Santa Clarita. Always great tasty food anytime, an easy choice for an excellent meal. And the prices are just right! So happy they are here. read more

Favs: Chopped Salad w/BBQ Chkn, Baby Back Ribs, Tri Tip, BBQ Chkn, Salmon w/Lemon Garlic, Mac n Ch, Garlic Mash, Meatballs, SF Fav Pizza, Margherita Pizza, Carrot Cake, Cheesecake, Brownie, Cookie: Always Tasty, Tender, Flavorful!!! Miss the Grilled Shrimp w/Lemon Garlic Quinoa! Family fav by all! One, even says it made mouth water just thinking about! Pls bring back! Was told, mayb as a limited spec'l ... haven't heard/seen in over a yr or more...! Garlic Parm breadsticks are improved from Torrance and Lakewood than 1st intro'd from MV/Irvine over 5 yrs ago. Caesar is also good, but we can't pass on our fav Chopped w/BBQ chkn: love fresh veggies; like a taco salad w/better meat; roasted corn and blk beans are an added plus; beautifully presented when To Go, each ingredient is shown separate on top of the chopped Romaine: the colors! Liked it better when the Ranch was a bit thicker, but it's still tasty to lightly coat the veggies when tossed. Sometimes need extra for enriched flavor! Perfect thin corn tortilla chips for that crunch and flavor! Think sm amt Bbq sauce is given, but we never use; save for ribs, tri tip. This place Go To fav option for Holidays and Spec'l Occasions! read more

First time going on this location.. employee are very attentive. As soon we pull over on the pick up zone. They're already asking your name so they can checkif our food is ready.. after few minutes shes already handing out our food and ready to go. Thanks y'all read more

Totally worth It! Huge portions, yummy and super affordable. Go BBQ all the way with tri tip vs. Pepper garlic both were good but bbq was amazing! Not to mention everyone is very friendly and helpful! Will be back but with more people next time because we over ordered for sure! Don't let the line intimidate you it goes fast! read more

The food isn't bad, actually it's pretty good. I just didn't like the order and delivery process. It's not kid friendly number one, you know, they always need attention first and just something to start them off. It keeps them occupied and happy. But when the entire table is served and they haven't gotten anything! Not very pleasant at the table. read more

Placed the order online for a 3:30 pickup. They did not get the order, but said they could have it it in approx 10 minutes. This was supposed to be my husband's birthday dinner. Believe me, we refer to him as 'Disposal", because he will eat practically anything. The tri tip and the baby backs were fair, but the potato salad was horrible as well as the beans. We just threw them in the trash. However, the carrot cake was delicious. I was very disappointed that I had driven 24 miles for nothing read more

I have been to different Stonefire Grill locations and the one in Torrance is simply the best! The staff is friendly and the food is always fresh and plentiful. I am so glad to be able to eat on their outdoor patio again. I honestly wait for it to open on the weekend to give them my business. read more

OMG!!!!!! This place is incredible!!!! Everything is so fresh and homemade!!! Had the Tri tip and garlic mashed....WOW WOW WOW. My son had a bbq chicken pizza that was the best I've had. ( I've had a lot of pizza!!!). This is our new favorite place. Great staff, large dining area and an extensive menu of everything yummy!!! The manager, Rick, was all over asking how the food is. The look on everyone's face was that they are surprised by how delicious everything is. This place is a homerun!!!! read more

Waited 35 minutes for my curbside pickup order and when I received my order it was incorrect with items missing. Would never go back again!

Just ate here and I have to say the FOOD, SERVICE A+++ Salads are bomb! And you have to try the carrot cake... damn....

Food was ok. Menu way too complex. Food for four came out very slowly. Hot entree first, salads later. Personally I can't stand the concept of order at counter and then get food served to you. The young staff was really clueless that salads should come first and entrees should come out later. And that entrees should be served together so some people don't have food while others wait as their food gets cold. Sorry, I am old school-this is just unacceptable. read more

First timer. Came in starving and turned down 2 fave restaurants of mine to try this place. Customer service could've been a little better when I ordered. I ordered petite tri tip with cauliflower salad and side of mash potatoes. My son ordered from kids menu a sausage pizza. My order came out pretty quick but it was my sons kids pizza that took a while I had to chase someone down just to ask if they could check on it. Tried tip was delish, the mash potatoes were also but I didn't like the burnt hard layer that came with it, gross. I ate around it. The cauliflower salad was a disappointment I didn't like the flavor and the breadsticks r supposedly fresh per the menu but our breadsticks came and they were hardly edible, they were so hard it was a shame. Should've stuck to my other option. I might give this place a second try. read more

I had higher expectations when I walked in, did not expect to have to get my own plates, silverware etc. I ordered for my husband the tri-tip medium rare with nutty cole slaw and a side of garlic potatoes. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken. The first item to be delivered to the table was his tri-tip. We had to wait for two more deliveries to get the rest of the food, and the meat was overcooked "well done" and was cold by the time we got the rest of our food. Not once did anyone come by to see if we needed anything, or ask how everything was. I go to dinner to be served and to get something special. This wasn't it. read more

Food is okay, but I have ordered my food for takeout many times, but it seems like they forget to include utensil all the time.

Every time I come here I'm pleased with the AMAZING service. They are always on point. They all seem to actually care for guests and not be faking it. Great vibes and great food. Whatever they're doing is working. Love this place! read more

I gave this place another chance as the restaurant robot asked but no improvement at all. The ribs are tasteless, no seasoning, you have to smother them with sugary BBQ sauce, so they taste edible. This restaurant is an insult to BBQ, over priced but the coleslaw is good. Ribs stink!!!!! I make better ribs at Thanksgiving on the grill as a appetizer before the turkey. The 5 star reviews on the ribs are either bought and paid for or Covid-19 has taken their taste buds. Try some seasoning on your ribs....definitely not smoked... no smoke ring..you can do better at home on your grill or in a crockpot than these completely tasteless ribs. Might as well burn a $20 bill and some singles. Might taste better. read more

I was very impressed w the food and staff. A tad high scale cafeteria but none the less enjoyable. Tri tip is so juicy and tender. Chicken is just yummy. Prices are very affordable. Overall it's a wonderful place to enjoy some yummy food. Decor is top notch. Just be careful w the front door, it's supper heavy and difficult to open. read more

Every single person was exceptionally nice and helpful. Always asking if we need something or help with suggestions when ordering. The food is delicious. Love the lemon garlic chicken and tri tip. The most wonderful experience at Stonefire. The executive general manager Cindy Escobedo went way out of her way to help me. I will go back again and again and will spread the word. The food was also terrific. read more

First of all, shout out to whomever trained the staff! From the greeters who open the door, to the order takers, servers who deliver the food to the tables, they are all hospitable and helpful. The manager, Travis, I've seen two times. Always pleasant and wanting to know how my experience was. The first time I visited, I was wanting vegetables so I ordered the Cali flower Pita. I visited again today and ordered the chicken with garlic lemon sauce and ribs. Delicious. The dining area is very spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this location. read more

First time here and we were greeted and given a menu. The employees are all very nice and super helpful. We waited in line to order and then chose our seats. We had the pepper garlic tri tip and ribs. Delicious! Perfectly cooked! Greek salad was awesome! My son had the pizza with pesto sauce, I think it's the Signature pizza. He loved it! The dough is excellent and soft! We would definitely come back! Some awesome employee named that we could remember are Kyle and Dina. But all of the employees are fantastic! read more

We went here on their second night of officially being open. Got there a little before 6 and had no wait at all. The menu is large, so we had to study it for a while before deciding on what to order. Meals are served on platters, family style. You pick up plates and silverware next to the drink machines. Drinks are pretty much the normal soda fountain plus a couple of different brewed iced teas (much appreciated!). The 1/4 chicken and ribs meal (with bread sticks and a small salad) was more than enough to feed the two of us. The lemon-garlic chicken was moist and good, the ribs were outstanding. The cartwheel salad didn't do much for us; we will pick a different one next time. You order at the counter, and food is delivered to your table. All of the employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It's a new place and they are still working out the bugs in the system, so we weren't terribly surprised to experience a couple of glitches. The manager proactively noticed and took steps to rectify the situation. With that kind of attention, I'm sure the place will be running smoothly in the next few days. We were already planning our next meal there before we finished dinner. Large restaurant, attractive interior, good food, excellent value, nice employees - can't ask for more than that! read more

I'm so glad we chose to eat here! I didn't realize the hidden gem in the former Macaroni Grill. We each got the tri-tip and ribs meal. The tri-tip was a tad chewy but good flavor. The BBQ ribs are delicious on the sweet side. The bread on the table were gooooood. Our service person Tay was friendly and super helpful. We'll be back! read more
