Hannah honestly made this entire dining experience so memorable and enjoyable. I came with a large group for a birthday dinner, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that we were taken care of all night. The food was amazing. Every appetizer we ordered was delicious, but the pasta and steak were definitely my favorites. And the bread? I'm still thinking about it! It was that good. Between the great food, fun atmosphere, and Hannah's incredible service, this is definitely a place I'll be coming back to. I came for a birthday dinner, but next time I'll be back for date night for sure!

I stopped by Stoney River at the Cumberland Mall location for a solo dinner and it was such a great experience. I sat at the bar and my bartender Jill was fantastic, friendly, attentive, and made the visit feel welcoming. I ordered my go to meal which is the meatloaf with creamed spinach and mashed potatoes. Pure comfort food done right. And I have to mention the rolls because they are hands down my favorite restaurant bread. Soft, warm, and absolutely addictive. For drinks I tried the Strawberry Fields cocktail and loved it so much that I ended up ordering two. It was refreshing, perfectly balanced, and paired well with my meal. Overall Stony River remains a consistently great dining option whether solo or with a group. Highly recommend this location for good food great service and a relaxing atmosphere.

I had the bistro chicken at Stoney River, and honestly it just didn't have much flavor for me. I pretty much finished it because I was hungry more than because I really enjoyed it. On the bright side, the steak egg rolls were absolutely amazing and easily the highlight of the meal. I also really appreciated that the bar could make cocktails from just about anything they had on hand, because a lot of places can't do that. I'd still come back, but next time I'd definitely try a different entrée.

Visited on Friday night for the first time to celebrate a relative's birthday. Our server Mía was very patient, friendly, and attentive. Family friendly restaurant. Plenty of parking. The rolls were magnificent. The spinach artichoke dip was a wonderful appetizer. The food was fresh and flavorful. Prices are reasonable. Would love to return.

Entree special: bone-in pork chop with a cherry brandy sauce, mashed potatoes, and steamed broccoli.

Another great meal at Stony River (Cumberland Mall). Service at the bar was exceptional. I've been served twice by this bartender and each time he's made excellent recommendations. Everyone from the host to the food expeditor/runner were professional and really great at what they do. The pork chop special was very good. I wish they would do something other than just steaming the broccoli, because that is the most lackluster portion of the meal. But overall, it was excellent.

This was my first time here and I was very happy with it. The service was great and the food was delicious. The drinks were good as well.

One of my favorite places to go for great appetizers and drinks. Stop being midday and was able to sit at the bar with no weight. Izzy was our service/bartender while we were there. She was absolutely amazing. We ordered the cheesesteak rolls the whiskey shrimp on toast and deviled eggs. Izzy gave us amazing recommendations for an old-fashioned and a new raspberry lemon drop that they have....perfection. Izzy was attentive, our food was fresh and delicious. It wasn't too busy in the restaurant, but still great energy and easy to holds conversation. All the staff were absolutely amazing and attentive.

The food was great and well seasoned. I got great recommendations from my server. The eggrolls weren't anything special but they were great. The French onion soup was great as well. Everything came out very quickly and hot. Also I got the steak salad which was amazing, I would come back just for that! The vibe is really lively.

Location: Cumberland Mall Area Time: 1:00pm 1/3/25 Ran some errands this morning and decided to go to lunch at Stoney River. Not too busy, you can tell just your normal work lunch crowd. Great customer service. Very clean, including the restroom. Steak salad was excellent $26 (used to be $19) It had two deviled eggs in the salad which were really good. Very nice portion, I ate half and took half home. Steak Rolls were a nice yummy appetizer. Topped off with a ginger ale. Ahh Everything is expensive nowadays but for me it was worth it. Really good Happy New Year Yelp!

I didn't order this but I did taste it. Its shrimp on a garlic bread bun. Super tasty!

Originally being from the south, it's hard to find Shrimp and Grits that is up to my standards, but Stoney River didn't disappoint. The flavor pops in your mouth. The shrimp was perfectly cooked and flavorful. Staff was professional and friendly. The restaurant itself has an upscalr byt homey feel to it. I would recommend reservations though. We got in early, but before we left, they were full. I really loved this restaurant on my recent visit to Atlanta GA.

As someone who is a big fan of French onion soup, this was one of the best that I've had in a long time. So good in fact that I came back again tonight just for the soup. Great bar service tonight from Courtney during a very busy Saturday night.

We had reservations for this place. We were greeted immediately and promptly seated. The restaurant was really nice more in line with a high end steakhouse. The food was delicious from the complimentary bread to our main entree's. We ordered Caesar salad, steak, eggrolls, lamb chops, and salmon, and everything was prepared nicely. This was my first time at this restaurant, but without question it will not be last.!

The donut dinner rolls are simply amazing

The restaurant was clean, the bathroom was amazing, and the food was worth every dollar. The short rib was so tender, and the New York strip was seasoned to perfection and cooked medium well just how we like it. The twice-baked potato loaded with bacon, sour cream, chives, and cheese was delicious, and the mac and cheese was so good. I also appreciated that they allowed me to order it without the roasted saltine crackers. I can't wait to visit again!

Definitely a place to be seen and eat well. There's a parking garage but it was full when we got there, so we did valet, which was surprisingly affordable. Service was wonderful. Our server was attentive, helpful, and super knowledgeable about the menu. As for the food, we got: Aguachile de Pescado, which was insane. Super fresh, bright, citrusy, ceviche-like with perfect texture. I would go back just for that. The Hamachi was clean and bright. That avocado sauce tied everything together and gave it some depth without overpowering the fish. The Pork Belly Tostadas were crispy and rich with that smooth avocado mousse and sweet mango salsa balancing it out perfectly. Finally, the bone marrow with steak... so good. I had seen pictures of it before I came and it did not disappoint. The steak was incredibly tender. They bring blue corn tortillas and suggest making a taco with the marrow, steak, and avocado. It's great that way. But honestly, the marrow and steak stand perfectly on their own. Whole experience was excellent. Easily one of my favorite spots in the city now.

Right when we walked in, the staff complained to us that we hadn't called ahead to have a "smaller, special menu" crafted for a large party. To make matters worse, they loudly announced to the whole table right off rip that they wouldn't split checks separately--only an even split. It felt incredibly rude, lazy, and unwelcoming. The irony is that the large group size wasn't even an issue; we staggered our arrivals and the patio was completely empty. The kicker- my brother in law ended up paying the whole tab at the end anyways! so all of that initial laziness & nastiness for NOTHING! Throughout the night, the service felt incredibly rushed and stressed. While we were still eating our appetizers, the busser was aggressively trying to clear our plates because the mains were coming. Our server was very short with us the entire time, which was confusing because the restaurant didn't even have a stressful vibe. She recommended a main dish to me that I really didn't care for, though I will say the salsa was unique and probably the best part of the meal. Shoutout to the one staff member who was actually friendly, but overall, this is not the kind of place where you leave feeling like you had a nice restaurant experience- at least I personally didn't.. Too bad we didn't just go to C&S next door which we always love. Regardless tho, my sister had a blast, but that's entirely because she has a wonderful crew of great friends, not because of Casi Cielo.

This time in particular we ordered the whole lobster and was offered to have it taken out of the shell for us. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. When we got the lobster we got a full tail but one claw and no knuckles. When we addressed with the server, she argued with us that that's how a lobster is and that there could be more meat hidden on the plate. It felt like she thought we were there to just get more food by saying "so what do you want, more meat" but if we had it in the shell we would have received our full portion. The manager on duty tried to make it up to us by comping the lobster but it was more than that. After going back and forth with the server we just wanted the check to leave. Our waiter was incredibly sweet and patient with us, especially since we were a little indecisive and had plenty of questions. The restaurant itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and had a really nice atmosphere. I started with the lychee martini, which is easily in my top five lychee martinis I've had. The bread was a little underwhelming, but the butter made up for it. For my entrée, I ordered the wet-aged 16oz ribeye cooked medium, and wow -- it was phenomenal. Crispy on the outside, perfectly cooked, juicy, and served sizzling straight from the skillet. I got the green peppercorn sauce on the side, but honestly, the steak didn't even need it. For my side, I chose the Brussels sprouts with the delicious yuzu drizzle. I also sampled the truffle fries, creamed spinach, and lobster mac and cheese -- all were really good, but the creamed spinach completely stole the show. I will say the food took a while to come out, but they absolutely made up for it because everything tasted amazing. We arrived using the valet service, which usually makes dinner much more convenient. Unfortunately, this was probably the weakest part of the experience. The valet attendants weren't very welcoming, seemed a bit disorganized, and there was no one to open the door upon arrival. We also had to wait for our valet ticket, and retrieving our car at the end of the evening took much longer than expected. There's definitely room for improvement in this area. Once inside, check-in with the host was smooth, and we were seated on the outdoor patio with a beautiful view on a perfect summer evening. Our server, Jason, was phenomenal. He was attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable about the menu, and had impeccable timing throughout the meal. He truly elevated the experience and is a great asset to the restaurant. I would absolutely request him again on a future visit. For appetizers, I highly recommend the fried Maine lobster tail--it was perfectly fried, well-seasoned, and delicious. The Kobe meatballs were good but didn't quite stand out enough to rave about. For our entrée, we shared the 24-ounce porterhouse with lobster mac and cheese and Brussels sprouts. Everything was well prepared, and we had no complaints about the meal. To drink, I ordered two vodka martinis and the guava vodka spritzer. The martinis were exactly what you'd expect, but the guava vodka spritzer stole the show. It was refreshing, beautifully crafted, and the perfect cocktail for a summer evening on the patio. My significant other enjoyed a glass of wine, and the wine selection appeared to offer plenty of options. One thing that stood out was the manager, Brit, making a point to greet several surrounding tables. We appreciated that level of hospitality and were actually looking forward to complimenting Jason's outstanding service. However, despite making eye contact, our table was completely skipped--no greeting, no smile, no acknowledgment. Combined with the disappointing valet experience, it left us feeling overlooked. While the food was excellent and Jason made our evening memorable, the lack of hospitality from both valet and management would make me think twice before choosing Little Alley over the many other great steakhouses in Atlanta. Jason, however, is the reason this visit ended on a positive note.
