Double classic stormburger & Cajun fries

A very good smash burger spot to eat at! I got the double classic burger. It had two smashed patties along with fresh crunchy vegetables, cheese that melted and oozed from the burger and a nice stormburger sauce. The burger can be a a bit messy but it's very delicious. The fries were Cajun style and had a nice spice kick to it and fried very well! There is only standing seating to eat and it gets real busy during lunchtimes with long drive thru lines and lines for window orders. The staff was very nice and friendly, service can be a tad bit slow but the burger joint feels like your old school hamburger joint from your neighborhood. They had a collab with Tev's kitchen so I wish I had another stomach to try their Jamaican jerk patties.

Great burger spot in Inglewood! Came on a Tuesday around 6:15 p.m. and there was a small crowd. Took about 20 minutes to get my food, but everything came out super fresh. I got the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich Combo (w/ Fries and a Drink) and Classic StormBurger; both were VERY VERY GOOD! And on top of that, the prices here are amazing for the quality!

I've lived in LA for 6 years and just tried StormBurger for my first time yesterday and was so impressed that I got mad at myself that I have not tried this place sooner. It is honestly delicious! Think elevated smash burgers with high-quality ingredients. They have two locations that I'm aware of this one in Inglewood and another down in Long Beach. We chose to do drive-through and the line was fairly long, but not nearly as long as it would be for In-N-Out or other places. It moved fairly quick, but a little bit slower than the standard chain, but the wait was worth it. Service was also extremely polite and they even gave me a free drink because it was my first time. For my first visit, I chose the Double Cheeseburger, which was absolutely fantastic. It reminded me a bit of a smash burger version of Farmer Boys, but I actually enjoyed this one even more. It's definitely in my top three favorite burgers in Los Angeles. I also tried their Jalapeño Burger, which was really nice, spicy and definitely a good recommendation. Their Cajun fries were fantastic and the onion rings had a lot of flavor. Their milkshake were also terrific, you can tell they use better quality ice cream here. I am a huge In-N-Out fan but the only part about them that I don't like are their shakes but StormBurger I can say has delicious shakes and delicious food. I highly recommend and a huge fan and now a new frequent customer now.

The food here is fantastic! Not only are there burgers delicious, I am absolutely obsessed with their chicken strips! They are better than any fast food, restaurants, and unbelievable find! The fries are absolutely delicious as well as their Housemade sauces. They have plenty of easy parking and our walk up only. Service was friendly and the food was ready incredibly fast. They also have a drive-through. If I lived closer, I would come here all the time, definitely one of the best burgers and fried chicken in Los Angeles, highly recommended! Not to mention the best priced restaurant, value and quality at this price you can't find elsewhere!

Great burgers and delicious seasoned fries. The drive thru is always busy so it's also an option to order at the window. Not a big fan of pickle so I don't really like their ranch, it tastes like pickle juice. The employees are always nice and give great service. There isn't room for too many modifications for food like you can't have both grilled and raw onion or you can't have a large strawberry lemonade.

Heard great things about Storm Burger and tonight I finally had the chance to try them. Some good things, some bad things, some ugly things. Good- Burger. Got the Double Storm Burger. It was pretty bomb. Juicy beef, good produce and cheese. Great bun. Really good burger! Bad- Onion Rings. They were just ok. Crunchy, but not "hot". Plus, you only get 6 onion rings in the order for $4.99. - Drive thru. Kind of a cluster. They tried their best to make it work and get people out of the street, but its just too small for the volume they do. Ugly- Deceptive pricing. Could just be me, but I ordered a Double Storm Burger, Onion Rings, and a cup of water. Most places that you go to, give you a free cup of water, OR, if they have water as an option in the "combo" they give you a bottle of water. The guy told me my total and I thought I heard him say like $15.18 or something like that. When I got my food and got my receipt, it was $18.17. I read the receipt and the dude rang me up for a "combo" with water as the drink. If you are going to charge me a combo, I would have got a soda. In my mind, I was ordering an a la carte burger and onion rings and wanting a "free" cup of water. Anyways....their combo pricing isn't even any value, it actually costs $.02 cents more. If you add a la carte double burger ($8.49), onion rings ($4.99) and a soda ($2.99) it comes to $16.47 before tax. On my receipt, the "combo" was $16.49 before tax. Its $.02 cents, big whoop right ? But why is it still more than a la carte pricing? Anyways......If you order a cup of water, make sure they don't "combo" it. Overall, glad I went. The burger was deeeeelicious and if I ever come back, that's the only thing I'm getting. Onion rings were meh and the cost for a burger, rings and water was expensive $$$$.

I've previously been to Storm Burger, and when I heard that the Tev's Burger special was back, I wanted to see if it was worth the hype that everyone was talking about. Arriving in the drive-thru, the customer service was very kind, and it went by fairly quickly for how busy they appeared to be. I do wish it came with a side sauce, though, but it is what it is lol. I like the packaging the burger comes in, as it definitely sets them apart from most burger places, and I love the uniqueness seen. I found the burger to be seasoned a bit better than the regular burger, but those Cajun fries were overly salty. It was cool to try it, but that would be my last time, at least, getting that special.

Man I miss storm burger!!! I have not been here in a minutes. I miss coming here. The burgers are a good size. I love the onion rings crispy on the outside juicy on the inside rare combination. Staff is friendly they have my order right every time accept once and I am partically to blame because the price was to low to have everything I wanted that time. I looks like they are hiring so they are doing well. The line was looking In & Out ish. This place should consider using the other part of the property have a quick service burgers with limited seating. Just a thought because they have walk up customers with no place to sit.

For starters; I'm not sure this is the place for me but I am gonna rate them fairly! What I ordered; it was ok; but more stuff was in the paper than the burger. I don't like a messy burger. It tasted ok. The Cajun fries; I didn't like! My soda(fruit punch); was good but had no ice in it! As hot as it is; really, no ice! SMH. The biggest thing; I didn't get a receipt! I'm old school and I always want a receipt! I'm not even sure my burger was a turkey burger as I ordered. So I have my complaints; justifiably! Even trying to get up in the lot was an ordeal. The parking lot is kinda small for the drive thru! Anyhow; that was my honest assessment of everything and Altho I had my complaints; I think it is worth going back but I see I better make sure they pay attention to detail(s)!

Good burger, sorta small. The fries are good as well. The secret sauce makes the burger have a unique taste. No dine in seating; there are spaces outside to stand and eat. We are newbie's here with the hamburger spots outside of the commercial brands! Service was effortless in the drive thru lane as we have seen long lines. Our timing was perfect as the line was short. We were handed a clean menu and being our first time, the server was patient while we went back and forth! I had the western bacon and it was hands down a winner for me! The fries are literally to die for! They remind me of a ff from back in the day. So crunchy good. My hubby had the double classic and he was veryyyy happy! Had a chance to take to tryout StormBurger this week and impressed by the quality of everything we tried. The classic burger and chicken sandwich were both delicious, with a nice brioche bun. The chicken fingers were also super tasty and left my daughter asking for another batch. My kids also said their shakes were on point. Onion rings were my personal favorite! This corner restaurant used to occupy a Church's Chicken and now it's a popular drive thru burger restaurant. I had parked my car in their lot and thought I could go inside to eat in, but they only offer an outside standing area with a counter. The majority of customers use the drive thru. Tried this place on my lunch and I'm so glad I did. I always seen passing by and finally was able to stop by. Their restaurant is nice with outside seating only. The menu is really simple and nice to read and their prices are great. I got their classic storm burger combo being that it was my first time there I had to go with that. I honestly didn't know that they were smash burgers but they are. The burger is SUPER good with a great patty and their buns are awesome. The fries need their own section...Ok guys if you've ever had Popeyes French fries and Rally's fries, this is like if they had a baby. BOMB!!! Their fries are so damn good. I normally don't give a 5/5 because no place is perfect (not saying storm burgers perfect) but they definitely impressed me and going back again! read more

This was our first time and the order taker Rafael was very patient and informative as we didn't know what was best to order. Solid burger spot in the area. Storm has never let me down. The service and food never misses and I usually go about once a month. During these pricey times Storm burger feels like value. The apricot sauce is unreal for those who like sweet and spicy. Onion rings are amongst the best I've ever had and fries slap each time. I usually go for a double and make it a triple burger or go with a jalapeño lightning burger which has a bit of kick as well. Best drink options in my opinion: peach tea, cherry coke, sprite fruit pinch mix, and root beer time to time. read more

If you're looking for a delicious smash style burger, stop by Storm Burger this place just got added to my top 5 burgers spots. The burgers here have a homemade backyard style taste to them. That first bite will have you shaking your head yes with satisfaction saying yes this is a great burger. I usually go very classic with my burger...mayo, mustard for my spread, meat, bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles and a side of onion rings. Fair warning though the drive thru and walk up service can get pretty busy so you might have a wait time or not. "The best things in life are worth waiting for"...yummy! read more

This is a place that always has a line. Anytime I drive by there's people waiting. And I see why. The quality of the burger is so good and juicy, they have a variety of dipping sauces! This is my fourth time here. I got off work, headed to Storm and placed order #795, a double classic. I parked my car, walked the 7 minutes home and got out of my work clothes. I sat down, unwrapped my burger and was surprised that a completely different burger was placed in my wrapper. A Double cheeseburger with bacon and eggs. What a dissapointment. :/ It was late and I didnt want to walk back to my car to drive back to Storm Burger. I ate it. Definitely not my favorite. Service can use some work. The burgers are amazing. The jalapeño burger melts in your mouth and the classics are better than in n out. The fries are crazy good. I wasnt happy with the service. This is one of those places where I can only eat it once a month. The burgers and fries always hit the spot late at night and thankfully they are open late. Whenever I'm in LA I have to get this place atleast once because it's walking distance from where we usually stay. I brought some friends over to try it as well and they enjoyed it up until the next morning. It definitely taste good but what it does to your stomach after is a whole different story. I would recommend the apricot sauce with anything you order because it is amazing. We ordered a lot and it came out within 5-10 minutes with a full drive through line. Parking is ample with a lot next to it and you can pull up to the order menu. Overall great smash burgers. read more

While I was working on my friend's vehicle, she was looking for burger food places on yelp to try out. She found this place. So we went here. I ordered the jalapeño lightning burger meal, with fries, and Fruit Punch. She ordered the double classic storm burger meal, with onion rings, and peach tea. We shared fries and onion rings. So we can taste both. She loved all of her food. I loved all of my food. Especially the jalapeño burger. Omg. Delicious. The fries are nicely seasoned and not just some regular generic fries. Okay I normally don't write Yelp reviews... but Stormburger surprised me in the best way. Walked in expecting "just another burger spot" and walked out wondering why I hadn't come here sooner. The burger was ridiculously juicy, the bun actually held everything together (which is rare lol), and the flavor had that perfect smoky-grill taste. You can tell they care about the ingredients. Also ,whoever is running the grill back there deserves a raise. My burger came out exactly how a burger should be: hot, messy in a good way, and impossible to put down after the first bite. Fries were crispy, not oily, and the portion was generous. Staff was super chill and friendly too ,the kind of place where you don't feel rushed and actually enjoy hanging out. If you're craving a real burger and not some sad fast-food version, Stormburger is definitely worth the stop. Already planning my next visit. read more

We did the drive through. Ordered a bbq bacon cheese and onion rings. Made it a combo with a coke. My kid had a classic fries and a coke. Person at the window was very very nice. The wait wasn't long. Both of us loved our burgers fries and onion rings. One small nitpicky thing was that the onion rings were not HOT. Just like warm. Still sweet crunchy and tasty. Went back the other day. It's no fluke these people are the soul of this business and they love being there.. The onion rings were HOT !! This burger is very well put together the bun is the right size. The burger holds together well while being easy to eat on the drive if necessary. Ordered through doordash and was quite disappointed with the amount of items that were received incorrectly. We ordered 2 milkshakes and a burger with extra fixings (extra lettuce, pickles, etc) and those three items never came with the order. We ended up having to contact doordash support for a refund which they granted with no problem. The milkshakes I can understand, maybe they were 86's shakes and didn't take it off the doordash menu, but the extra fixings my friend requested and ended up not getting was not acceptable. Stopped here before a Clipper game to pick up food for me and a teenager. The reviews for this place were amazing so I had to try it out. It was perfect food to feed the kid. Great great burgers here! I came here after a friend recommended this place to try the burger and wow, they were excellent! I got the double classic storm burger but told him without pickles or tomatoes and he put tomatoes and no cheese which is what i wanted so had to take a star off the rating but still a good meal with onion rings. Also got the spicy chicken sandwich with fries with apricot thunder and jalapeno lighting sauces. They only have drive through and walk up to order. No inside dining area or outside seating so know that. It is a cute place nestled in where there used to be a Church's chicken. At first I was sad to see Church's go, but I am so THRILLED that Storm Burger replaced them. I finally made it to Sorrento Italian Market. The staff was friendly and helpful, directing me to the sub counter. A kind, middle-aged woman assisted me, explaining the menu had both hot and cold options. I was looking for an Italian sub, but the cold Italian Combination with mustard and mayo wasn't what I expected (we use "hots," a cherry pepper relish, on the East Coast). I was a bit confused, as she thought I was asking about a hot sub. They don't use hots here, which is understandable. Instead, I asked about popular hot subs and was recommended the meatball sub, which many online reviewers also praised. The meatballs were excessively salty, and I generally enjoy salty foods! They were also quite small, almost like cocktail meatballs. The texture also reminded me of canned Chef Boyardee meatballs. While the bread was a bit stale, it became more palatable after being soaked in the marinara sauce. I also wanted to try the pastries. Of course, I couldn't visit an Italian deli without trying a cannoli. I ordered the traditional, regular-sized one and was very disappointed. It tasted like pure sugar; I couldn't even taste the ricotta. It just tasted like frosting, and they overdid the powdered sugar.I nearly had a sugar rush, and I'm not even diabetic! It tasted almost like it was made from Costco. I also ordered bombolone, one with vanilla custard and one with Nutella filling. Unfortunately, they tasted a bit stale on the outside, and I didn't end up eating them. I hesitate to write a negative review for a mom-and-pop spot, but the food was unfortunately unsatisfactory on several levels. I'm not comfortable giving just one star because the staff was friendly and had good banter. The café is clean, inviting, and the staff is genuinely friendly. I was greeted by the owner/manager, who took the time to welcome me and check in throughout my meal to make sure everything was to my liking. That level of hospitality goes a long way. I'll admit, I was a little skeptical about ordering Mediterranean food from a neighborhood coffee shop, but that skepticism disappeared after the very first bite. I ordered the white meat chicken kabob plate with hummus, garlic sauce, rice, and pita, and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was perfectly marinated, tender, and full of the authentic Mediterranean flavors I know and love. It was clear this wasn't an afterthought on the menu--it was prepared with care and quality ingredients. Before leaving, I couldn't resist taking home a few pieces of baklava for the family, and they were the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. I had high hopes for this spot given some of the buzz I heard, but the reality was a major letdown. From the moment I pulled up, the atmosphere felt off. The place had a rundown vibe that made me question the cleanliness and quality of the food. But what really took the cake was the order taker, Angela Bell. Rude doesn't even begin to describe her attitude. First, she barely acknowledged my presence at the speaker. No greeting, no politeness--just a cold, indifferent voice. When I finally placed my order, her tone was impatient and condescending, as if I was bothering her. Any questions I had about the menu were met with sighs and curt responses. The real issue arose when I brought up her attitude problem. Instead of addressing it professionally, Angela got so mad that she had the manager give us our food. This level of unprofessionalism was shocking and completely unacceptable. The service was slow, and when I finally received my food at the window, it was just as disappointing as the service. The burger was mediocre at best, and certainly not worth the attitude and unwelcoming atmosphere I had to endure. Overall, I wouldn't recommend the Storm Burger drive-thru to anyone. The ghetto ambiance and the rude service from Angela Bell, compounded by the manager's involvement, completely overshadowed any potential the food might have had. In addition, the food quality has become unsatisfactory. The meals no longer reflect the standard I had come to expect, and the overall experience has left much to be desired.
