Every time, I am greeted kindly by either the owner Sonia, or the other workers as well. I've had their pizzas to-go a handful of times and it is quite disappointing. If you want a below average pizza, this is your spot. I am not sure why their crust always taste undercook/soft. Food quality is not great here. I ordered lemon pepper wings, but they were unevenly microwaved. Some of them were scorching hot and another portion was still cold. The seating is a bit old, but I do enjoy coming here for the draft beer. A good place to come unwind with coworkers if you already in the area. The service is decent. My girlfriend ordered a pizza and garlic twists for delivery the other day and it was not all that great. The delivery was so late she had to call to see what the new ETA was. Most of the time there was no food. All of the pizzas were 1/2 and 1/2 so the popular toppings were gone instantly. How hard is it to make a whole pepperoni pizza? Also no pizza options for vegetarians, just old garlic knots. We were excited about this place, gets great reviews for craft beer and the number of TVs. Not a great experience. We ordered personal pizzas and sandwich. My pizza was missing a topping, my sister's sandwich was wrong. It had ingredients not listed in the menu and so we didn't know when we ordered it. Especially the cheese. She has a dairy intolerance and basically couldn't eat her lunch. My husband's pizza was just ok he said. Only my 4 year old liked his pepperoni pizza. On top of all that our order came 45 min late!! If you're looking for a family friendly Sports Bar in the Eastbay, this is definitely worth driving to. This is my second time there coming from Berkeley, and I was surprised that the wonderful owner (Sonya) and her staff remembered me from a few months back. I wanted to see the Crawford v. Madrimov fight on DAZN, but all the other Sports Bars had a cover charge. No cover charge here! Screens everywhere you look, so many they can show different sports at the same time. The pizza was just ok. Even though I don't like over slathered pizza sauce, I do like to taste it. In this case, I could barely taste it. The order taker/cashier was friendly. NOTE: When I put my debit card in their machine, it kept saying, "please don't remove card", even though the receipt had already been printed. I notified her that it was still saying do not remove. At the time, I didn't take that too seriously. But on Saturday I was notified that three transactions had been made against my debit card. Two of the transactions were successful, then finally my bank realized that something was weird and they declined the third transaction. I still have and have continued to have my card in my possession. DISCLAIMER: I haven't spoken to the Fraud Dept yet, so I can't confirm that this is where the breach occurred. The service was fast when I went to go pick it up which is a big plus but the pizza itself just wasn't good. I got about 8 slices of it and you can certainly tell that it was leftovers from the day before since the cheese and meat were cold and crusty.
