When I requested the Lamb Gyro, the server pointed to an entree on the menu for me to approve. I made sure there wasn't another (re: pricier) offer. There was... it was the one he suggested. The gyro itself consisted of a bland (Tzatziki?) sauce that struggled to find my taste buds. Lamb (typically) has a gamey/slightly sweet flavor; these cuts seemed to be found from behind their refrigerator, (not from inside). They certainly weren't cut fresh from a spit, as they were old and nearly tasteless. The included slices of onion and peppers, delegated to the pita bottom, (instead of intermingling) barely helped. The French fries (included in the price) were the most flavorful part of the meal; although, they were an insult, rather than accompaniment to the experience. And, was that Latin (instead of traditional Greek) music coming from the speakers? Along with a 20% "Administrative" fee, I won't be tempted to venture in again.

It's worth noting that on humid days, it's advisable to opt for indoor seating as the fan doesn't effectively combat the humidity. While the "Strawberry Moon Forever" cocktail lacked flavor, and the "Spicy Jaja Margarita" leaned towards excessive sweetness without the desired tequila kick, the mezes, particularly the spicy feta and babaganoush, were an absolute delight, bursting with flavors. The tzatziki, unfortunately, fell below expectations. On the bright side, the Moroccan lamb merguez stole the show with its juicy tenderness and perfectly balanced spice blend. One of the best restaurants that I have tried. Very mouth-watery. Definitely, a place to relax and feel at home. The staffs were so friendly and very accommodating. They were very attentive in every detail that I gave them. They respect privacy of every customer. Very cozy and the food will never disappoint you. First time at Strawberry Moon. We were on the terrace, great ambiance, goodnusic , good vibes . The staff was OUTSTANDING ! From the hostess to waiters and barman ; all were Super nice, friendly and professional . It is rare to find this qualities in South Beach where the staff is sometimes " blasé" . Been to this place twice and had fantastic experiences on both occasions. Got bottle service for my SO's birthday party. The host was very nice to us and very professional. The ambiance is great.
