Sicilian sandwich, does that look stuffed?
    Nancy S.

They have an entire paragraph describing their Sicilian sandwich. They are supposed to use 'special ciabatta bread' which is coated with olive oil and grilled on the outside, soft the inside and 'loaded' with Turkey, Ham and Salami with lettuce, banana peppers, tomato and cheese with two sauces. Boy did that sound good!!! I paid the extra money to have it delivered by DoorDash and got an entirely different sandwich! My sandwich was soggy pita bread, not even toasted. There were 3 slices of meat in total on the entire sandwich which were on one side of the sandwich. I took a few bites and opened it up. Void of meats, a few flakes of lettuce and diced tomato, no cheese and doused in salad dressing. What a huge let down! They either need to change their menu to reflect what they are really selling or get out of the restaurant business altogether. These places can't keep blaming the 'lack of staff' excuse any longer. I could make that sandwich for pennies with my eyes blindfolded. It's pathetic. Either they totally suck or they don't!

We were so excited to be close to stuffed bun while in town for a wedding. The service was amazing and what we believed to be owners or managers both came to check on us. My husband had the country skillet and I had the French toast. IMO the best French toast in a restaurant ever!!

We had a very busy day planned. We decided to stop for lunch. I was done working by 11 today!! I love days like that. We have been talking about trying The Stuffed Bun for quite some time so today was the day.. I thought it was a burger joint haha. It's definitely not. Breakfast, brunch, and lunch. They close at 2. He got a BLT and I got a Cobb salad. His BLT looked a bit boring but he said it was good. I don't think it was very special. My salad was huge and full of chicken and crumbled bacon. It was delicious. I could only eat about a 1/4 of it I am picky about my dressing. Jets has the best ranch (they make their own). Mr Paul's has the best Caesar dressing (made fresh right at your table). Buddy's has the best vinaigrette (they make their own). I'm still looking for the beat Chunky Blue Cheese. If anyone know of a place with great Blue cheese let me know! Anyway, I digress. The atmosphere was great and the service was very fast and friendly. When we do lunch it's usually to spend time together so we typically take our time. They were pretty busy but they kept our drinks coming. They didn't rush us at all! Fabulous! We will definitely be back!

    Filthy floor

This is a nice looking place, however I am only basing this low star off of cleanliness. The floors are so dirty, it looks like there was a flood in this place and they casually mopped up leaving residual muck all over. The menus are filthy. The condiments are full of gunk and are very sticky. It's very dusty in there as well. The breakfast wasn't bad at all, it was a little greasy, but decent and the price was very reasonable for the amount of food you get. I'd say it's one of the cheapest breakfast options in the area. Wish they'd clean the place up though. When we walked in we were seated right away and the service was fine.

Just opened. Clean and covid aware masks and sanitizers. Breakfasts, lunch, dinners, ice cream. Big menu ....omelettes, pancakes, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, Salads , dinners. Michigan Salad and grilled chicken salad were good size 7-10$. Gyro plater was good and included rice with soup or salad or slaw and homemade bun. 11$ Service was good.

One of my favorite breakfast places! We get our food Just as we ordered! Big portions! Nice service! 10/10!!! It has a nice booths and the food isn't crazy expensive. The decorations in here are a little odd but I like that they have big booths.

The greenery wall and wonderful smelling fresh rose at the table were my favorites! Unfortunately when I was here, I was battling some illness, so I played it safe with the Traditional breakfast. It was surprisingly not boring! Very obvious the ingredients here are selected well, even the GF bread was good! Love what I'm seeing on the rest of the menu! Food is elite and has so many GF options! Service was also great! Server was very kind. Why not 5 stars? Well, I felt out of place. Like I wasn't typical of the crowd that dines here. Maybe if I hadn't dined alone I wouldn't have been so hyper-aware of this. Was I not dressed expensive enough? Did I not look rich enough? It seemed like the typical customer here is a person that values those things. Would I return to Bread & Roses? In a heartbeat. Make sure to bring a friend!

She would check in on us throughout our stay. They had a special's menu and I went with the s'mores iced latte. It was served in a beautiful fluted glass. Topped with chocolate sauce and whipped cream. I really didn't get a lot of coffee flavor? It just tasted more like chocolate. Got the berryFrench toast. The French toast wasn't too thick bread wise. But also wasn't thin toast either, perfect sized toast. It was beautifully displayed, along with the compote and berry toppings. So delicious! Did not have the taste of it being cooked with 20 other menu items on a flat top. My husband got the bass omelette which included kielbasa. That was absolutely delicious! You do not see kielbasa a lot especially in an omelette. The kielbasa had a great smoky flavor and the omelette was a good portion. The tater tots were crunchy and flavorful. #545 April 29, 2026…read more- Wednesday The Name is Tangled Apron, yet pleasant with a smile waitress Demi, did not wear a tangled apron... lol It was cranberry in color and she wore it in a Very professional way. I met with Laurie H. for breakfast at 9am to this new business to enjoy based on other reviews from friends. Yes it is a large restaurant with a variety of coffee flavors, creative entrees and large portions too. Food entrees are made from scratch with unique finishing touches. I wish the entree I chose included a side of meat choice but that was extra $$. Upon walking in we were immediately greeted and asked if we wanted a table and chair or booth so we agreed on the comfy leather booth that is bright yellow. The overall atmosphere was bright and wide open with variety of areas to sit for breakfast, brunch and lunch only. I didn't like the open steel metal ceiling therefore it was noisy. Yep their Hours are 7 days a week from 8 AM - 3 PM. Phone: 586 488-1890 to Call for carry out orders or check if busy for dining since No Reservations! Have You Heard ? This location is owned by the Perkaj Brothers and they are the Chefs. I posted their Facebook photo showing their Happy Smiles at running this location. I ordered the French Toast with Nutella and Bananas tells ALL and Oh My Deeeelicious it was from start to finish cleaning my plate which cost $17.00 without a meat as a side. That was extra...hmm ?? I wished to try some bacon or pork sausage but not. I ordered a Hot Caramel Latte and that taste perfectly for $5.00. Iced Water was complimentary upon request so we ordered tall glasses. NO advance Reservations so if you have a large party or wish to enjoy Brunch here with family, better check ahead of time, since they will be busy on the weekend so I heard. I noticed on my receipt that they offer a loyalty program to earn points on your dining experience unfortunately the waitress did not mention it when we were ready to pay our bill. I'll have to think about if I return again for another breakfast or lunch visit. Again the atmosphere is bright and music was pleasant that we could still chat and catch up on our lives. :-) Countertop bar area and dining too with Mimosas or alcohol drinks with breakfast, brunch or lunch. Photos attached of the Bar Countertopm Service was efficient and table setting wonderful with fresh flowers, assorted creams and sugars plus clean silverware and napkins plenty. Demi the waitress checked on us a couple times before bringing our bills to check out. Ouch on My breakfast total which was $23.00 before tip. Food Portion was plentiful yet a bit high price especially without a side. Gluten Free and Vegetarian options with Fresh Fruit available as a side. I would still like to come back for a Lunch hour and enjoy a wrap and sit near the front area that opens up for a breeze at a high top. I'll have to view their Lunch Menu and estimate the prices and definitely sip on a Smoothie or Flavored Drink Cocktail for Happy Hour. Sincerely, SpecialK Karen N.

However, since it was just me and my son, we were able to get seated right away. They had a Mother's Day brunch menu so I didn't get to try other main things for their menu. However, I do think they pulled selected items from their main menu for today. The food was really good. I did enjoy it and I think that they had a nice portion size. I don't think they were too pricey pretty standard for breakfast today. Everything $17 and under is it seems. I did really like the Redskin potatoes and I am shocked because I'm usually not a fan of those as breakfast potatoes. Some places taste very bland, however the way they did theirs were very delicious. I felt that it was a ham that came off of the bone, which is a plus! The portion was very small because it wasn't a thick piece of ham. I think if they gave two slices, I would have give 5 stars.. The eggs were really good. I did enjoy the quality of egg that they use. The entire staff seemed very nice. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. They also came and cleaned the tables very often which I enjoy. It's nice to be able to enjoy your food and get unnecessary plates and garbage out of the way. Overall, I would definitely come back and enjoy this place. I will come again to see the regular menu as it seems. They have lots of different foods that I would love to try.

And all this time I had never had an opportunity to eat at the corner house. Finally, the day came this past week. I have to say the service, the food and the ambience are all spot on. I'll even go as hard as to say that the value for the quantity of food you get is pretty decent compared to most places these days. I was in town recently for a few days and made my very first visit. I tried the classic gyro. It was really good. Made with fresh ingredients and it was a pretty decent portion. A day later went again, this time for breakfast. I had basic eggs and hashbrowns with toast and sausage. It was very good and a reasonable serving portion as well. The rest of the family also enjoyed their meals. The Rueben finally has a good amount of kraut to make the sandwich, the bread was born dry, although toasted, maybe sour dough, not the bread I was hoping to get. The hash browns are really dry, just browned on the top. The Greek omelet was so-so, not much to it, kind of bland boring. The yogurt wasn't so-so, better without the raisins though. My husband discovered a white stringy and wiry object in the yogurt. We couldn't figure out what it was, maybe from the dish scrubber or something in the kitchen? The Greek salad has a lot of dried and old looking sliced onions, maybe from yesterday and the English cucumbers look rather dried out as well. The lettuce is mostly iceberg, some spinach added to it. It's not so good. Prefer romaine at the least. The dreaded cut yellow peppers, not my preferred. Had a small white string or lint on my spinach, good thing it was towards the end of my salad consumption, stopped me eating the rest of the salad. Service from our waitress was good. The manager or more senior staffer asked how my food was. I told her about the wiry string in our yogurt and Greek salad. She asked why we hadn't told the waitress, I explained my husband isn't a fan of bringing up issues at all, that's why I bring it up discreetly. After much admonishment from her, I regretted even bringing it up at all. I felt I was being berated after a few minutes of constant admonishment. I wanted to get the heck out of there quickly after paying. She was clearly upset with us.
