Upon checkout, they charged me $95! I told them this was not what I consented to. They would not budge despite admitting it was their fault in misquoting me, not having the service on their price list, administering hard gel without my request or consent but charging extra for it, and claimed taking off previous gel costs $25 (I confirmed they don't charge for this if you're getting gel again on the call prior to service). Police had to be called - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT GO. Police confirmed they've been called to this salon before. None of the employees could keep their rates straight - complete SCAM. FYI - reason they have high reviews is because they give discount to customers to leave good review. I'm guessing that's to combat the ongoing bad reviews for their price fraud (look through reviews, it's a theme).

I just wished she could've noticed it. When we were done i sat at the drying station for only 10 min or less and my nails were dry but was my first time seeing this kind of nail dryer and I loved it! I plan on coming back but hope to have a person that will paint better and will recommend it to my coworkers since the price and location is great. I also would have liked more attention to my cuticles and to making the shape of my nails even. I would have still considered coming back again except that, not even two weeks out, my nails had chipped significantly, the polish peeling off the edges of multiple nails.
