Clown looking nails and video of two woman aggressively cutting my daughter's nails off!

Absolute WORST experience of my life having my daughter get her nails done here. They did a terrible job and it looked like they put clown nails on my daughter. When they finally finished after two hours, we requested that they remove the nails and we said we would pay for the removal only. The woman aggressively grabbed my daughter's hand and cut off all the nails!!!

I got a standard mani pedi. The pedi was good but the manicurist used a drill on my fingers' cuticles. I let her know I was concerned that she was drilling part of my nails and she assured me she wasn't. She was dead wrong and I now have a divot in the middle of every nail that I'm slowly waiting to grow out. Nail polish looks ridiculous right now because the drill line is obvious.

Found this place randomly and it did not disappoint. The manicure was amazing the woman Simona did my nails and they are great. The massage by Kevin was also really great. Will definitely be coming back.

SCAM & FRAUD!! HAD TO CALL POLICE! Nail salon quoted me $65 for a Russian gel manicure via phone call and I confirmed the price when I walked in the next day (today). Upon checkout, they charged me $95! I told them this was not what I consented to. They would not budge despite admitting it was their fault in misquoting me, not having the service on their price list, administering hard gel without my request or consent but charging extra for it, and claimed taking off previous gel costs $25 (I confirmed they don't charge for this if you're getting gel again on the call prior to service). Police had to be called - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT GO. Police confirmed they've been called to this salon before. None of the employees could keep their rates straight - complete SCAM. FYI - reason they have high reviews is because they give discount to customers to leave good review. I'm guessing that's to combat the ongoing bad reviews for their price fraud (look through reviews, it's a theme). read more

I came to Midtown Manhattan for work, I will be here for several more weeks. I was on the hunt for a nail salon, desperately! I found them, what a GEM Go see Eve for a manicure, and Miryan for a pedicure!!! Great service!! If you want a blowout for your hair you should do that too!! read more

Fantastic hidden gem of a find. Staying near Central Park I walked in hoping for an appointment and they had walk ins available immediately. Multiple color options, OPI and Essie, very clean and attentive staff. BONUS chair massage after that left me floating out! read more

horrible!! I walked in for a regular pedicure, no polish and callus removal. I was charged $55 for the pedicure and $20 for callus removal. While a $20 charge for callus removal makes sense, $55 for basic pedicure with no polish is ridiculous for manhattan... do not recommend if you are in midtown.. read more

I don't usually leave reviews but my experience here was so frustrating. I came in for a powder manicure which took 2 hours and 15 minutes. After 12 hours, I noticed the clear and shiny top coat had completely stripped off most of my nails. The next day I went back, and after some reluctance from the front desk, they agreed to file off the topcoat and redo it. It's now been 18 hours since getting my nails redone and the same issue is happening, the topcoat is flaking off my nails. I've been getting powder manis for years and have never seen this happen. Definitely not worth the $75+ AT ALL read more

This was not a good experience for me. I was in New York for fashion week and I needed my nails fixed so I googled them and they had good reviews, so I decided to go. I asked for a simple French tip and the lady that did my nails did not do a good job. I kept asking her to fix them and she wouldn't and said it was how my nail was shaped. I get French tips every single time I get my nails done and she Dd not do a good job. I left not liking my nails and paid $85 plus I still tipped. I don't recommend going here. read more

We were footsore and tired and found this spa. They had time to take 2 walk-ins for a 30 minute foot massage. The massage was wonderful! The only problem was at check-out. I was told I won a 10% discount but had to write a review. Supposedly they had emailed it to me. Nope. Try google. Nope didn't work. She tried again to send me something but it only led me to the booking site. This went on for over 5 minutes. When I wasn't able to do it then she refused to give me the discount. In summary.
