I've been wanting to try this place for a while and I finally stopped in. I'm so glad I did. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I ordered a cold sub combo with fries and a drink. The bread, meat, cheese and veggies were all extremely fresh, delicately prepared and delicious. Their fries were hot and made to order. The staff was very accommodating and made sure my sub was made to my exact liking. The prices are reasonable for a fresh, custom made to order meal. The inside is also very clean and nicely designed. This is by far my new favourite sandwich spot and I will definitely be returning soon. read more

So this place has been open for awhile now, but given covid we've finally made it to this cute little sandwich shop. I had read so many great reviews and we were in the mood for french dips so we picked up lunch. My boyfriend got a 8" french dip with provolone and mayonnaise and I got the same, but 6". Upon walking in we were greeted immediately by two men and when they learned it was our first time they made suggestions which was really nice because every place is different. The customer service from the employess is great and their stores as very neat and clean. As you can see, we were hungry and they were so delicious that I only remembered to take a picture when I was half ways done. If I had to critique anything id say i wish the bread was a bit different in texture, but that's just because im dipping my sandwich in AuJus. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone and will return for sure! read more

By far has become one of my favorite spots and I find myself craving their Philly cheesesteak and beer battered fries. The sandwich itself comes with sautéed peppers and onions with provolone. I usually get it on white bread, add mushrooms tomato lettuce and mayo on the bread. It's always so fresh and delicious and you never have to wait long. Nice sub shop and friendly service. The owner Jared is very attentive. Got to admit the food looks similar to another great deli in the area but it has subtle differences. Im updating my review because this place is deteriorating. The customer service is always friendly. FYI The service is slow during the lunch hour. I can no longer stand by 5 stars. Lately they are failing maybe they cant handle the lunch hour very well. Last month I got a sandwich and the amount of meat in the sandwich was laughable. I got about a slice or two. But I let it go not wanting to complain. Last week I came in for frys and sandwich. I arrived back at work to the wrong sandwich. Pretty annoying because it wasnt anything I wanted and I didnt have the time to drive back. I go back today to let them know and they say they can make me the correct sandwich. I waited 30 min and noticed almost ever order is cleared out. So I go up to the counter and apparently they forgot about me. You'd think they want to make things right not worse. Sad I'm truly disappointed! I'd go back for the frys but never a sandwich again. I hope they can get their stuff together for the sake of survival. read more

I generally like this place and never had any issues but this one time they messed up my order and didn't want to replace it at first. I ordered a medium sandwich with all the condiments and none was put on. As an understanding customer I wasn't angry but the cashier Jared blamed me for my order being wrong and was extremely rude about the whole situation. On the other hand the food preps were understanding and just replaced the meal. After the fact there was no apology or any type of sympathy from that cashier about the situation. I was skeptical because I am soooooo picky with new things. From the very first bite, I was in love with this place!! Very disappointed in this place. i was told by my daughter who had recently tried them for the first time that they were good. I ordered 2 French dip sandwiches from a young woman working and she asked what type of meat I wanted in the French dip. I was confused for a moment because I thought all French Dips were roast beef.The young woman suggested roast beef and I said yes. I completed my order and got it to go. After I came home with the order I saw that there was no Au Jus sauce. I called expecting to hear that they were mistakingly left out and to come pick some up. Instead the man I spoke with proceeded to argue with me that he overheard me ordering and that I ordered two roast beef sandwiches. He explained that he was the owner and told me I got what I ordered. I understand mistakes happen and that miscommunication can occur, but the rude way I was treated and the owner's unwillingness to acknowledge that there may have been a mistake/miscommunication is unfortunate. This was a missed opportunity and my family and I will not be returning. read more

When this Sub shop opened it was such a breath of fresh air. I work within walking distance so lunch breaks have been amazing!! I've personally tried the Tri-Tip and it was legit! I have friends that have had the chicken and the philly cheese steak. Both gave high recommendations, so I know the hot subs are good. For cold subs I went with my go to: turkey and salami. Now, honestly, you can't mess that up. So I won't bore you with a review of a basic sub that has fresh sliced turkey, delicious tomatoes, etc. etc. I mean, all that is true, but let's focus on the Star here. That bread!!!! It was sooo good. It was light and fluffy and I think it's what's going to separate them from the other sub shops.
