There was no communication at all, and I had no way of knowing my food had been sitting there. By the time I got it, my sandwich was soggy. I travel for work and eat at Firehouse Subs often when I am on the road, and I have never had an experience like this before. It was honestly disappointing. What is the point of mobile ordering if it is not being used correctly? This completely defeated the convenience it is supposed to provide.
