Ordered through subway website on my laptop. Card was charged about $10, and it said take out will be ready in 30 minutes. My car was charged, but when I walked in and asked for pick up. They said they didn't receive any order. I showed my phone to show the transaction was made and charged $$. They then proceeded to ask me if I picked the right store location. Needless to say I disputed the charge on the spot. Not sure what is going on with their online order system, but I am not downloading the app because I do not frequent their establishment. On top of this failed order attempt, there was no effort from the staff to even check for the order or an error in the system. Lastly, I would only recommend attempting to get fruit from here as a last resort. read more

Anyone whose read my reviews, hopefully my blog as well -- it's where I keep my good stuff, I'm always touting my food mantra of Break the Chain. And as much as I stick to my mantra of fast food avoidance, there have been a few indescresdions born out of perceived necessity and poor judgement. Indescresdion number one, a Veggie Delight - not my darkest decision day and deservedly gets a full star for having a non sliced meat option. Theres just something about that shiny, rubbery meat that makes me cringe a bit. SUBWAY's bread weirds me out prior to the yoga mat ingredient news, it seems more of a marvel of baking science than yeast, flour, water and the stuff that makes it rise -- yeast does that, right? The tuna fish is also unsettling once it reaches home base, my stomach is not sensitive at all, but the rumbling and garbling begins right away. Perhaps it's the mayonnaise staying out a bit long, I'm not sure, so clearly this is a sign to me to ixnay on the subway. No issues with the staff and the cleanliness, in fact, they outdo many other food locations ---- it just shouldn't be called a restaurant. read more

Since then no email confirmation or anything happened. I walked in and asked for pick up. The guy said he didn't receive any order. I showed my phone to show the transaction was made and charged $$. He said the store location is correct but he didn't get the order. He also said I would get a refund. Ok.. I was bery starving and waited for a few minutes at the parking lot to pick up the fast food. Probably internet order system was not best to take my order. I would understand. However, I wish the guy at the location were more thoughtful to think of the customer, and offered me to a new order. I would've paid $10 extra to take a new order and just get a refund for the previous order, later. The guy was unoleasantly told me that the order didn't go through , no other apology on behalf of his company who charged my money but didn't deliver the order correctly. Was he doing only his job? Was it his best to treat the customer who was charged, waited for the food, but surprisingly found that food was not offered? Why did the punishment go on to the customer who was charged the money? It was ruining my entire evening and blaming me to visit Subway. Cheap customer service plus annoying website order system. read more

This Subway location is very small and during lunchtime, gets very crowded. The staff is very fast and polite and always gets my order just right -- which, yes, can still be messed up even when you're getting a "made your way" sandwich. The store is clean and they are efficient- in my eyes, what more could you ask for from a fast food restaurant? Will definitely visit again when I'm craving an Italian BMT on wheat :) read more

5/16/11: UPDATE: The card couldn't read my card so the cashier said my brand new card was declined--in front of a whole line. A little embarrassing. I called up the cc company and it turns out it was probably the restaurant card reader that wasn't working correctly. I just wish the cashier had made an effort to punch in the numbers instead of embarrassing me in public...I understand they are busy, but still... 3/18/11: Fast and clean Subway. I was surprised to see the young man working the front with such long hair. I feel that they should all wear hair nets since they are around food all day. There was a fly flying around the food, maybe invest in covers for the food to keep the flies out. After touching the register I watched the young man proceed to fix some more subs for the lady after me with the same gloves that he just touched the register with. Subway - Front Entrance - Sandwiches Near Me - Charleston, South Carolina

i have ordered a simple sandwich twice, and twice they messed up my order while me being in there. The assembly line workers dont communicate with each other at all apparently and do what ever they want just to push a customer through the line. First incident an older woman kept putting the wrong condiments on top of the lettuce and tomato and then threw the meat away! I had to get back in the tail-end of the line and start all over to make them make me a new one from start. Second incident, a week later, I get another womans sandwich shoved in my bag and not my made one. So then i can to get back in the friggin line to start over another one. I mean come on here! This is a total joke! Never had any issues before here until now. Covid 19 causing this!? read more

Love, love, love. They never disappoint. Unlike other subway locations, this one has good seating and the staff works quickly.

I have visited this Subway on two occasions; both when there was a lot of activity taking place in Downtown Daniel Island. The two things that I love about this location are a) speed: even when there are 20+ lined up the crew at this location can move people through quickly and still maintain a professional attitude, and b) the quality of the food is typical with other Subway locations. There are never any nasty surprises even when there is a lot of traffic. The two things that I don't like about this location are a) space. There is never enough space to sit, relax, and enjoy your food. On the two occasions we were there we were able to snag a seat but because of the large crowd people were watching us like hawks waiting for us to leave so they could get out seat. I'm not sure that the store owners thought this location through when the leased the space. b) Cleanliness. On both occasions - and yes they were admittedly busy at the time - the restrooms were nasty. The second time I visited their store I opted not to use the restroom after looking at it. For these reasons I would give this Subway location 3 out of 5 stars. A-OK. read more

Horrible service! I work down the street and have ordered online for pick up several times so I could get back to the office right away and almost every time my order has WRONG in some manner and almost never toasted as asked for. Figured I would give them one last chance. I mean how hard is it to make a sandwich to printed instructions. Today, not only was it not toasted as noted in BOTH the selection and additional request sections, I ordered and PAID FOR EXTRA cheese..... I got NO cheese! Seriously never again!! This Subway is Terrible. Why? The first time I ate their food, I got food poisoning later that day. Give them another chance a few months later, food poisoning again. The third try, months later, I didn't get sick but the sandwich artist was stingy putting the sandwich together. Subway, you serve a food product to the public and don't want to provide quality in that product. You will not have me back as a customer and I will not ever recommend your store.
