Well, we needed to find a new Subway to go to due to crap experience at another one here in Town and decided this one was close enough. Its clean inside and shout out to Reece. Great personality, listened to what we wanted, excellent and fast service. The food was fresh and delicious and of course I see no reason to not go back. I don't know if someone put them out or the store did it but they had these cards, Proverbs--Just like a friendly reminder of the day to remember you are loved, special etc and I loved it. We do Subway at least once a week so this will be our go to store from now on!! read more

So I went in here yesterday to go try one of their new wraps. I wish they had the old wraps and not the flatbread, but it is what it is as always. The service was great. I dont usually take the time to leave reviews but the customer service at this particular location on Thursday August 29th at 11:15 is exceptional. The two gentlemen working were very nice and attentive. They both went above and beyond my expectations. Current they have the $6 ft long online sub app. I especially noticed their exceptional customer service with the elderly customer ahead of me. Awful subway ! I went go eat here after a recommendation from a family member. They told me the 2 guys that work there are great. Well today I had the unfortunate experience of being served by Maiya. First off, no hello, no greeting, no what can I get you, nothing!!! Just a dear in headlights look. So then I order, she proceeds to give me flat bread when I asked for Italian. She has no sense of time management as I told her I was in a hurry. I could not take her slowness anymore. Subway is always a safe bet for consistency and a quick healthy enough lunch. This location is convenient and it's employees have good, quick service. They're very friendly and i always see the owner behind the counter helping to serve as needed. They honor deals and coupons if you have them for this location. Being pregnant, I miss my cold cut combo but their meatball suffices in the meantime! Also don't forget that they do breakfast sandwiches too! P.s. I pulled into this parking lot because I saw MacDonalds and noticed Subway in the corner. I pull up and walk in and I was greeted immediately by 2 very friendly women. I ordered and they had such good spirits and great attitudes. Made me feel right at home. I sat down to eat and watched each customer come in and the service was amazing no matter who walked through that door. It was such a great experience. The owner and staff are always really friendly and I've never had a bad sub here (which can't be said of many locations).

It's been a few months since my last review. I've been ordering pickup from this location fairly regularly. Never had any issues. The last time, I was an hour late picking up my order. The store called me about 30 min after my scheduled pickup time just to see if I was still planning on picking up my sandwiches. When I eventually got there, my sandwiches were in the microwave rather than just sitting on the pickup shelves. Excellent customer service and attention to details! read more

The app I always use to place orders switched to the wrong location so I called to cancel and get a refund. She hung up the phone and was being extremely aggressive and talking down to me. This is the greatest location they have, people are greeted with big smiles as they walk through the door, and tables are cleaned as soon as someone gets up. No matter what time of the week, day or hour this location knocks everywhere else out of the park with how clean and happy the place is..
