I wanted the signature butchers cut sandwich but they were sold out when we got there so I got the tri tip and my gf got the sausage and we asked them to cut it in half so we each got half of each. Both sandwiches were bomb! We both liked the tri tip the most, but the sausage was also very good. I definitely want to come back to try the butcher sandwich next time. My only complaint is that there's only one guy back there making sandwiches so if there's a lot of people ahead of you it might take a bit for your order. It's also not cheap though I think the price is worth it.
