    Tuna sandwich

I went in today to get a tuna sandwich and the girl who made my sandwich didn't even make it properly, she grabbed a bread that was already falling apart and when she cut my foot long she did it so aggressively it made my sandwich break apart more and when I got to my sandwich to eat it my whole sandwich was broken into so many pieces and my tuna wasn't even in the sandwich it was just plopped onto the subway wrapper I was not satisfied with the fucked up sandwich I had to eat.

had to take a picture so the other subways can model after this location.... look at how neat that is

I rarely go to this subway due to past bad experiences and the parking lot is pretty compact and not easy to get to if you're coming from north of san gabriel but due to covid it was the only one open later than the others . I'm so glad i came back because the cashier was not only super polite and friendly but she literally kept everything orderly, neat, and clean. even the bell peppers were stacked nicely. She even made small talk with me so it wasn't awkward while waiting for my sandwhich to be made. I wish i got her name though. Definitely download the subway app so you can earn points to a free sub. i believe if u take their survey you get a free cookie too!!! My togo fav is the spicy italian on honey oat with bellpeppers. And if you've never had subway cookies ... you're definitely missing out. their cookies are always consistent being crunchy on the rim of the cookie and soft and chewy in the middle. Not a fan of their chicken noodle soup that seems overly salted but the chunky broccoli cheese soup is great for winter or dirty bulking if you're into fitness :p hehe

Sauces on a cool Friday afternoon.

As a previous Sandwhich Artist at this place, I can assure you that the quality of the food is always FRESH. I was humbled by this experience working at Subway. For the most part, the workers are all very HONEST and hard-working at this Subway in particular. If you ever do come across Tristy, Myra, or Erick, they will 100% serve you the best customer service! As for the toppings, I promise you that if you WANT extra tomatoes/napkins, they will gladly give you some more as they know great customer service values. The ambiance of the interior is maintained everyday and thoroughly clean, so everything is pretty much disinfected all the times. Since there are only two Sandwhich Artists at one time, it can be quite slow which will result in longer wait times for your food when there are many customers. As for myself and my experience crafting wonderful and beautiful sandwhiches. I could say that my time spent with passionate Sandwhich Artists has been excellent, until I met those who were not as passionate. I took customer feedback very seriously, and knowing that a handful of customers told me that my co-workers, were not giving the best customer service, made me rethink my position as a Sandwhich Artist. Overall, I guarantee your experience as a customer will be satisfied! On the other hand, workers like myself quickly fall into a path of pernicious consequences due to expectations that have to be fulfilled.

this is the worse experience i have in a subway cause they DON'T read ur instructions specially i put all CAP. last time i ordered i have to tell them to plz cut in HALF n wrap separate as i put on instructions when i arrived to pick up Mobil order. today around 7 :40am i went in to pick up my order ( only 1 mid 40 blond hair Mexican women). i told her i m here to pick up the SUPREME MEAT SANDWICH n i even gave her the last 4 digit order # ( i probably the only customer that order this early). she ask my name i told her yokai ( different name from the app cause i changed while ago) so i give her the order number last 4 digit n she said no match i told her on the receipt last 4 digit n she finally gave me my order. but i can tell the sandwich its not cut in half as i instruct.

The worst customer service ever! The young lady did not even had a name tag. I was there @ 8:30 PM on Monday. When I first arrived, there was no one in sight, had to wait for the young lady to come out. She looked like she was having a very bad day. I asked for 2 sandwiches and one was supposed to be toasted. She toasted the meat alone and I asked for the bread to be toasted and she replied: " I asked you...." And I said I didn't hear you. And I said "what's the f*%#€*problem if I want the bread toasted"At that point I was angry and yes I used bad words, just couldn't help myself dealing with such an attitude! I told her I was gonna take a picture of her 'cause she wouldn't give me her name. So there's her picture. She pushed the sandwich to the side and said "I'm not gonna help you, I don't care"I told her off! People like her shouldn't deal with the public. I ended up going to a different subway where the lady was super nice!!

Coupon we had that the worker insisted we had to buy 2 regular foot longs to get 3rd with deal.

This location doesn't even deserve a star. 5 stars for RUDE service and for NO comprehension. I came in with my sister and the lady working was completely rude. 'BOGO' means buy one get one lady. It DOES NOT mean buy 2 footlongs to get the 3rd one for a deal. So the issue was, we had an email coupon for a BOGO footlong $1.49 of equal/lesser value with drink, and this lady kept insisting we had to buy 2 foot longs and get a 3rd one for 1.49 w/ drink. We also asked about their $2.99 special for veggie or chicken 6 inch sandwich, and she replied with attitude that yes it is available, but only for veggie or chicken. We told her we know that but the sign says 'for a limited time only' so we just want to make sure it's still available. Bottom line is that she had a really bad attitude for someone who has to deal with customer service! Lighten up girl! It's a new year! We didn't get her name but she appeared to be from India if I had to describe her and the receipt doesn't show her name, but served by 89 1/2/2020 7:01:29pm.

My usual order is either the dac biet (special cold cuts) or the beef banh mi. Both are solid. I always ask for the vegetables on the side if I'm not eating it right away so the bread doesn't get soggy. Speaking of the bread, that's one of the reasons I keep coming back. It's light, airy, and not overly dense, which is exactly what I want in a good banh mi. The total for everything plus tax came out to $25.91. These were the items I got: Banh Mi Cha Lua w/ paté: Not the worst cha lua w/ pate I had. It was pretty standard. The bread was super crumbly and became difficult to keep together at some point. 3/5 Banh Mi Ga: Shredded chicken sandwich...also wasn't bad. Rather traditional tasting and it wasn't dry. Bread didn't fall apart, which was nice. 3.5/5 stars Goi Cuon: The OG summer roll was pretty fresh. Shrimp wasn't fishy and the pork slice wasn't overly tough. The dipping sauce was a little too thick for my liking, but it was still edible. 3.5/5 stars Paté Sol: Ground chicken & woodear mushrooms baked in puff pastry. It's ok, but not the best I've had. 3/5 stars Even though the yelp page says it's cash-only, they do take credit cards now, but the purchase needs to be $15+ Free parking is available on site.

Initially thought the chicken looked dry but it was actually pretty juicy, slight kick to the flavor but not spicy. The vegetarian had 2 types of vegetarian meat in it. It was very good. Only critic would be that one of the vegetarian meat was a little on the salty side. But if you take a good bite of the sandwich it's not as noticeable. Hubby got the Classic Aussie sandwich and the bread pudding, while my son and I got the Beef Pho meat pies and Popcorn Pork meat pie rolls. The beef pho meat pie definitely had the pho flavors and aromatics. This was absolutely delicious! The Popcorn Pork was good, not as aromatic as the pho pie. The flavor was lacking on the Taiwanese popcorn chicken basil flavor that it claimed. It reminded me more of a Vietnamese meat pie (pate chaud), which is peppery with a smoother texture that this one did not have, but it was still flavorful. The bread pudding was good but the texture was more dense reminding me of a banana bread loaf. I didn't care for the dollop of yogurt on top, which took away from the flavor of the bread pudding itself. Hubby said the Classic Aussie was good but was expensive for the size of the sandwich (small burger size). Hubby got the Long Black coffee which was good, but sadly my iced matcha latte was lacking in the matcha flavor. It was very pale in color and tasted mostly of milk. Service was quick and friendly. I will come back for the meats and try the other flavors of the meat pies next time.
