Edible. This store is known for not taking care of business the subway way but because it's small town silver springs, they don't change it. Bread is always stale, cheese basically the same, they leave the glass tops open for bugs and the elements, the ice machine is forever broke so if you want a cold drink, your choice is from the refrigerator and it's a great way for them to make more money. We ride is just okay, not good and not bad. The staff look like they hate their job and I don't blame them, but they don't take it out on customers so that's cool. Two years ago they had a corporate manager come in and I asked him to fix the machine. He said he would personally ensure that it was fixed. It's still not fixed. That or the staff is too lazy to make it work. So if you're looking something 3 stars or higher, try the other sandwich shop in town. read more

Customer service is complete garbage at this location. 2x I've ordered through the app they'll take my money, but never receive the order on there end. Ill show them the app and the money was taken out. Then order will say in progress. they call manager/owner and they refuse to make the food or send the money back. I am a 69 yr old Vietnam Veteran and today the 27th is Veterans Day. wearing my Vietnam Hat and with a coupon I had just received in the mail on Friday I presented the coupon as it says on the coupon and ordered the foot long with drink. I was told I had to place the order online. I do not do computers very well. I called the Manager or Owner "RAJ" at 775-240-4721 with no response. I did leave message that If he called the store withing the next three minutes and approved the purchase I would continue gong to this store. Fast food? Chain restaurant? Four stars? Sure why not? This Subway recently opened in Silver Springs and really is a positive addition for this little rural community. It is conveniently located in a little strip mall on 95A just south of US 50. The space is bright and open with the familiar counter set up of all Subways. It is bright and open and very clean. Always friendly staff! Great stop along the highway for a somewhat healthy nourishment. Deals are always on point, and they don't skimp on the toppings. Clean store and staff as well. Frequently stop here when short on groceries and never had a bad sandwich. Wish subway would get some organic options, but nonetheless still a decent option. read more

The food was good and I ordered the tuna chopped salad. However the lady that put my salad together gave me an attitude. And when she got ranch on her apron she left without finishing my salad to go back and change her apron. And when she said to the other worker to pack up my salad she said, "Yeah just pack it, it's basically done anyway." When she left it. And when I wanted guacamole on my salad, she said with an attitude, "Oh that'll cost you extra!" I didn't appreciate the attitude. So, I think someone needs to talk to the lady and let her know that her behavior wasn't very professional. And she treated the new members like crap and gave a guy that was new an attitude by muttering under her breath the words "Oh brother." When he simply asked how to use the register. I mean what is that?! You don't talk to someone like that! She either needs to be talked to about how to act professionally or be fired!
