I stopped by this Subway to pick up my lunch since it's near my work office. I placed my order through the Subway app which isn't they user friendly because it's so slow and glitchy. I ordered the footlong oven roasted turkey and customize it with extra veggies. I chose my pickup time and went to the store when it was close. Finding parking was simple since it's in a decent size plaza. I arrived early so my order wasn't ready yet so I just waited in the store. They made my sandwich quick and the service was excellent. My sandwich was actually a footlong, they changed a lot since they got in trouble for false advertisement before. My sandwich was made the way I customize it and it was delicious. read more

Im not sure when or who bought out this subway location but these people are awful. They are always watching TV somewhere in the back. Horrible music playing all the time. They have to be diluting the oil vinegar somehow because you can not taste it at all itsnlike the sandwhich is dry but you see them add it . Its just disgusting and unfriendly . I usually come to this subway because they're fairly quick with orders, but for some reason this time they were very slow even when it wasn't even busy. Pedro was nice though he made sure to help me when he saw me waiting, he did put too much sauce on my sandwich, but maybe other people like that. read more

Tonight was the worst service, first off the girl with the long black hair started giving me attitude as soon as my husband and I walked through the door. She smashed both of our breads FLAT and pretty much threw our sandwiches together with the biggest attitude and didn't even cut the 12 inch we had. She was joking around with her male coworker in Spanish the whole time and the customers behind us had to finish listening to her before she took her order. I'm giving it 3 stars because the daytime employees are always great (nice & respectful), and the online order pick up of my sandwiches always look fantastic. Now let's talk about the evening employees, they need some training from the daytime team. When I pick up my sandwiches during the evening for dinner I get home and it's a problem - a completely sloppy mess, but there have been times when they have baked the bread and I haven't asked for it to be baked or completely destroyed my bread (bad cut or it's falling apart). Please train your evening employees, they are a consistent disappointment. read more

Honestly this subway is very good usually but recently they hired this older lady. She is very kind and sweet to the customers but she is WAYYY to slow. I had to wait around 15 minutes for my sandwich multiple times because of her slowness. Her name tag says Kerries. Is a typical Subway which means you always know what you are going to get. What set them apart for me was that we were in town for a Wedding and I had to feed 30+ people at the spur of the moment. So I thought, I have 2 hours, let's see if this Subway can throw together some of their platters for me. When I called at 11:00 am, the manager / supervisor who took my call sounded a little nervous, but asked if I could give him until 1 pm to have the 5 trays ready. Sure enough at 1:03 pm I was walking out the door with my 5 trays and a salad which fed all of our folks. Kudo's to getting it done as I sat outside waiting from about 1230pm on and they were SLAMMED.... I honestly didn't think they were going to pull it off. Out of ALL the Subways here in Simi Valley, this one is my favorite. The employees are a wonderful, lively bunch who really pay attention to their customers. The worker Jesse in specific is, by my observation, one of the best. Every time my husband and I go, he always greets us with a smile and asks us how our day is going. I grabbed lunch from here for the first time this afternoon and had a pleasant experience. The lady that helped me was very friendly and happy to help me. I was thoroughly impressed with their COVID-19 regulations/rules. All employees were wearing masks and gloves, social distancing is enforced, they have signs that kindly ask customers not to touch certain items, and they also get your drinks for you themselves so that the customers are not all touching the cups, cup additions, soda, and ice machines. It's hit or miss if you are going to get good service without an attitude. I go there often, since its the closest one to where I work. The other one that's about the same distance is even worse. They say they will give you whatever toppings you want but when you ask for a little more, they totally get upset and give you a dirty look. Mostly it depends on which employee is making your food.
