If there was a 0 rating I would give this particular subway 0. I have been a regular to the subway chain for 8 years or so but I have never ever received such substandard service from any of the subway restaurants. The sorry state of the sub within 30 seconds of being made. I would have understood if it was made by someone in training. Also the attitude of the people in the store was appalling. I'm surprised how one can get away with it. Review on the chicken teriyaki sub that I had The Sandwich was crushed. The chicken was bland and dry (cooler temperature may not have been maintained). The cheeses on display were dry and old (again cooler temperature wasn't maintained , I'm guessing). Veggies were thrown together. Overall experience - I'm never going back to this place ever again. read more

If I can give a negative star, I would. By far the worst customer service ever. When I had asked to make the sandwich like the photo (steak and cheese) she smirked and made a snide comment. She continued on with attitude after I had stated that I was ordering this for someone else, and they had wanted how it normally comes. I don't understand what so hard about an order like that. Shouldn't they know what comes in each sandwich?! There should be some kind of "recipe" for sandwiches and how they normally come. I realize, yes, that we have many choices when ordering, but it's how she handled the whole situation. I do not appreciate the snide comments, the smirk, the attitude, and the overall terrible customer service that Kamal (employee) gave. After speaking with the owner on the phone, she apologized for the situation and said that Kamal owes me an apology. At the end of it all, my sandwich was made by another employee, I paid for our 3 sandwiches and received no apology whatsoever from Kamal and no offer of compensation whatsoever from the manager either. Kamal (employee) supposedly has been working for 5 years, but the customer service experience she gave us was as if it was her first time working with customers... Do not belittle your customers, if you don't know the answer, then admit you don't know. read more

This was by far my worst Subway experience ever! Say clear of this location! We went with friends...they took their order and my husband's, then proceeded to ignore the rest of my family and jumped to the next customer to make 4 tosted chicken subs ahead of me! My husband also had a toasted sandwich which he had to wait for us to check out. Finally the guy gave me a look like "what do you want why are you standing there"? I told him we had 3 more sandwiches and he pointed at the girls at the end of the line and said "they'll help you". The girl made the sandwiches not even listening to us after getting to the car realized they were missing ingredients we had asked for. I called and the girl helping us argued with me on the phone saying I didn't ask for them. She said I was wrong and wasn't going to argue with me and hung up. I intend to call corporate. I go to a lot of Subways, but this one is my favorite! The woman that works there in the morning during the week (the only time I go) is very nice and makes my sandwich from memory even when I don't stop by for a couple weeks. I always get the 6" Black Forest Ham, Egg, and Cheese on the flatbread with pepper jack cheese- yum! I also love how clean this Subway is. Too bad we recently moved so I won't be going to this one anymore! read more

We regularly eat at subway. This is one of them we frequent. They are very friendly and always get our order right. I have no complaints.

Typical Subway food. The staff are a bit faster than average and have always been polite to me and my children. Some of the seating is better than average and comfortable. I prefer this Subway over the others in the area because this one is clean and roomy. The reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is that they are always playing Christian music, which I personally find distasteful. read more

Accidentally ordered online to this wrong store, which was this one. I live an hour away and was not able to pick up my order. I called and tried to get a refund, they couldn't do it right away but the manager got back to me. He was actually really helpful and explained thoroughly what they can do. read more
