The interior is also a large space that's great to hang out with friends. I did have to knock off a star because they are pretty slow. I also picked up an online order today and their online pick up is also where you check out which is kind of frustrating because you have to basically cut the whole line waiting to check out. I wish they had a different area for online pick up so you don't feel super rude cutting the whole line. I would just stand in line next time since that's pretty much what I had to do anyway which cuts out the convenience of online ordering. Theres also an online ordering "progress" website which tells you when your order is ready but they don't update that either. If they fix the online process I could easily give them 5 stars!

I bolted right over to McDonald's next door, where the grills were still hot. What kind of customer service is that? If you're open till 11pm then you should be prepared to serve the ENTIRE MENU until you close. That's what CLOSING means ... you stop serving at CLOSING. Not turn your fryers off at 10 pm or whatever and only serve dried out leftovers. Is that what we pay for? I think not. I have a personal interest in this store continuing to serve until closing, because they are serving me and my community. I sure hope you can do something about this. It's just not the way things should be done. If you're turning off the fryers at 10pm, then you may as well close at 10pm. Figure it out. Let us know (as in me and my community) the outcome. Hopefully you do the right thing.
