I love this location because it's 24 hour and service is always quick and friendly. I tried the new brisket instead of my usual sub of the day. Very tasty, wish I would have gotten a footlong. This was my go to Subway, the service used to be good and the sandwiches were good. Yesterday I ordered using the subway app. Each of the foot longs I ordered was very poorly put together. The tuna sandwich was on dry and ripped bread. The sandwich was very light on the tuna. It was gross over all. I also ordered two other sandwiches. I counted 5 pieces of chicken on one and there was 5 slices of deli meat for my ham and turkey sandwich. I don't recommend it. read more

I went into Subway to get a sandwich with a veggie wrap. They no longer have the veggie wrap but they had it available in a tortilla. I was kind of shocked at the price because I got three cookies and just a 6 inch wrap which came out to almost $14. I explain to the lady that's a little high! She said it's probably because of the wrap. I then told the lady I said you know, it wasn't always that way, they have been the same price, and it was just a choice of bread so to speak. Then this other worker with purple hair who refused to give her name but in the conversation as she's making a sandwich and says it's always been that way, I work here, I should know! I said, oh really, and what is your name? She didn't tells me you don't need my name, you don't need to know who I am, and I proceeded to leave and I told them have a good day. The subway is inside of a Shell gas station on the corner of Foothill in Mountain. I will never be going to this subway again with this very rude attitude! subways, in general, in pretty okay. i like that i can basically choose the things i want in my sandwich AND it's cheap... i usually get the footlong, and ask them to cut it so that one side is bigger. small portion for breakfast and bigger portion for lunch. all for 5 bucks!! back when i was in high school, this was the nearest subways location to UHS (before the subways at vons opened up) and my friend and i would rush here, and come back just on time :) so it was convenient during senior year when i wanted sandwiches as of lately, ive been appreciating it's 24 hr availability cause my friend had the munchies and i could not think of anywhere else to take her. thankfully she was in the sandwich mood. yay :) however i would like to point out that there are CREEPERS here (since it's a gas station/late at night/etc) read more

I have gone to other subways, though I tend to skip them and go to Claro's Italian Market for fresh sandwiches and Philly's Best for cheesesteaks now, since both are way better quality for similar, if not cheaper, prices. I've been coming to this subway for a long time because it's down the street from my house. Inside the Shell gas station. Usually very clean and well kept. Its either no line or you're waiting on 2-3 other people in front of you so you get your sandwich fairly quickly. Best part is you can fill up both your tanks at the same time. I thought everything was okay until the end of my order. Customer service (Samantha) yelled at me asking me if I wanted something else. Then when she cashed me out the total was $15.32 , I gave her $20.50 expecting $5.18 back. When instead this bitch rolled her eyes because she had already messed up and put $20 as her cash tender and proceeded to gave me $4.60 back as if I never gave her the change. She stole my 50¢. I also asked for my sandwiches toasted, but when I got home (which I live a block away from) they were COLD. Terrible service. I will not return despite how close it is to my house.
