I am so tired of this subway. The Punjabi lady who is always there with the braid again helped me. I asked the Honey Mustard BBQ chicken sandwich. It's easy it's right there on the board. She asked me if I wanted it toasted and I said no, then she goes "well it tastes better toasted" and I said fine. I know that they toast their sandwiches too much and now it's hard as a rock. Then she asks me what sauce I want and I said doesn't the sandwich come with honey mustard and bbq? If that's what I ordered that's what I want! Every time I come here, I always have a problem with my order and I'm just over it. They have a habit of staring at me cause I'm also Indian so they have to stare at me like they've never seen a brown person in their life. I've had issues where they douse my sandwich in sauce by the time I sit down I have a soggy sandwich, if I ask for toasted it's as hard as a rock. It's convenient cause it's close to work but they always do a terrible job. I come here because it's the closest location to my work and I just walk here and get sandwiches whenever I'm in the mood for sandwiches. Beginning of this week, I went to get pastrami sandwich and there was a new lady there, she kept repeatedly asking me what bread or what meat or what veggies and I had to repeatedly tell her what I wanted. She even open the pastrami container and the chicken container and asked which one even though I told her couple times already "pastrami" like wth?? Then she put so little meat. I got couple cookies and when I came back to eat, the Italian bread was kinda old, it was rubbery and so hard to bite off I had to work extra hard on biting. Then the cookies too, nasty and old too. I love otis spunkmeyer cookies but these cookies I believe they were few days old just like the bread. So so disappointing! read more

This is the closest subway near work so i usually come to this location. It is right next to, but not connected to a gas station so parking is a challenge during peak times. Food is generally the same across the board except for being skimpy. I always ask for extra veggies and i get a pinch. I say more and i get 2 pinches which makes for a very long process. Usually my favorite subway but today they are running a great scam with the Chevron next door. Subways atm isnt working they dont tell you until your sandwich is done and then they tell you to go next door to the Chevron to get cash back, what they dont tell you is you have to buy something and then pay a dollar to get cash back. Great clean location. Has all of the Subway staples. Is easily located off I-80 and is attached to the Chevron. Do not let that deter you. They are away quick and friendly. Only negative is sometimes it's hard to find close parking. You can always park on the street or in the case station parking lot. read more

I have been to many Subway Restaurants before, but this one stands out the most for me. Not only it is clean, it is also spacious! This place is hit or miss, but it's been good service; good food for the most part. I agree with Sara A's review about the restaurant being spotless. The last time I was here the restaurant was so sparkly clean, and the food area was picture perfect! I always order the same 2 sandwiches which I request to be made a specific way, and it can get a little frustrating because our face masks make it hard to understand each other. My only complaint is that they always use the end of the loaf of bread to make my 6 inch sandwich which turns out to be more of a 5 inch. read more

It's Subway, so all the sandwiches sort of taste the same, especially if you order off the $5 menu. They do have pretty good service at this one though. Why does Subway have a menu if they're just going to ask me what I want on my sandwich? You have a menu right there with sandwiches listed for Customers to choose from. It shows the name of the sandwich, what meats, cheese, and produce are included, and the type of bread. I ordered the Italian Hero Sub and the first thing I get asked is, "What type of Bread?" I advise them I want the bread the sandwich is supposed to come with. The person behind the counter says, "Sourdough?" I said, "I think it comes on Italian bread according to the menu there." Next thing I get asked, "What kind of cheeses?" Again, I advise I want whatever comes on the sandwich. The person behind the counter tells me I can have any cheese, meat, or produce I want. After pointing to the large poster on the wall of the Italian Hero, I said, "Can I please have that sandwich there? The one on the menu and I want everything it says it comes with, please." After a blank stare and a moment of confusion, I'm asked, "What produce do you want on this? At this point, the manager intervenes and shows the individual how to make the sandwich that is on the menu and on the big poster. The Manager was shocked that I had expected them to know the sandwiches that they have on their menu let alone the one on the big poster that shows everything it comes with. If I wanted to make my own sandwich, I'd choose the MAKE YOUR OWN SANDWICH option, I wouldn't ask for one of the pre-designed sandwiches on your menu. While the store was very, very clean, the staff was super friendly, and the product fresh and very tasty, having to create my own sandwich after asking for one that you have advertised on your menu ruins the experience. It's almost like the employees just don't know or don't give a shit...and that's fine for a MAKE YOUR OWN SANDWICH, but I wanted the one on your poster, not an improvisation of it that I had to tell the Subway Employee how to make. The employees are really nice and the space is big and clean. I think the sandwiches are really dry unless you get mayo. I call in my sandwich and always ask for extra mayo and when I get home they never put on the extra. It just makes me not like my sandwich when I get home so that's why the 3 stars. But if I come in and watch them make the sandwich they always do what I ask. They go through the mayo pretty fast so they don't like to do extra because then they have to refill the container. read more
