Had amazing pedicure today ....Vivian did great job, I love their new place, so clean and comfy...I think it's under new management.

I have been coming to this place for over a year, they never fail to provide great swrvice. Vivian is AMAZING. She does great job with my bikini wax, it took me awhile to get a bikini wax yntil i met Vivian, now um never shaving ever again. My nails always look like theyre my real nails. I always passed by this place when I go shopping and decided to go in today. As soon as I walked in Vivian approached me and got me in a chair immediately. She worked her magic on my nails! She reshaped them exactly how I wanted and she was so sweet. :) definitely will come back!! read more

I got my eyebrows done here and the lady ripped the wax strips off so roughly that she bruised both my eye lids in the corners next to my nose. I also got a manicure here (same day as the wax, before I saw the bruises) and the manicurist did not use gloves or a new nail file. The only thing I can recommend is they served me water. So I went in and got my nails done here a couple days ago, I have to say they did a nice job, but the instruments they used were clearly unclean. (My boyfriend wrote a bad review too) When the guy who painted my nails was about to cut my toenails I told him I had an ingrown nail and to just simply watch out for it but without saying anything he painfully "removes" them. As well as my other toenails that did not have any ingrown nails. I came home with my toes feeling sore and my toe with the ingrown nail still hurting and red. Then tonight I discovered my toe that initially had the ingrown toe nail was infected,red, and had puss, disgusting. Obviously the clippers he used were not cleaned which is a serious health code violation. The only way it could have gotten so infected was if it drew blood, and I did but he didn't tell me.... really strange. I was very uncomfortable through the whole situation but they painted them well. Overall I don't recommend. I totally have lost my trust for nail salons and for now on I'm doing my nails myself. read more

Made an appointment at 1 pm for my friend and myself. We decided on a pedicure/manicure (prior to booking or appointment). We waited for over 40 min. without service, soaking our feet. We finally got up and left bec of lack of communication/service. I have a one year old and a husband who works crazy hours, this was supposed to be a treat. It instead ended up being a dud... we will not be back to a salon that does not value our time or their customers. read more

I went in for a full set the girl who did my nails rushed and made a mess cut the side of finger then put pink top coat on top of black nail polish after I told her I wanted clear! I told her the pink top coat makes black look navy blue but she didn't listen she was more in a hurry to charge me thinking I was going to tip her Ummm... On May 25, 2016 I walked into this salon for the first...and last time. My nails were soaked in water. My manicure lasted less than three days - no top coat was applied. In addition, a few days later, I developed a hang nail on my thumb (first one since I can remember) and torn cuticles. read more

Best pedicure, with great service. Not to pushy and everything is new and clean. They even have a play area for kids.

I've been getting my nails and toes done here for over five years and I always get lots of compliments. But the owner recently changed, and first thing they did was up their prices. Stayed with them because I like my girl. But I always schedule first thing in the morning because I want to relax, when it's not crowded or noises - and now the new manager waits till the morning to vacuum - and this is not ok. First time coming here I asked if they had time for a pedicure and they said 5 min. Me and my husband waited and when they called us I told her it was for my husband not for me and she looked like she didn't want to do it so they sat my husband on the pedicure chair the lady told him to soak his feet for 10 min and she left to help someone else. Then another lady started to do his pedicure and I waited outside because the place smelled so strong, I am pregnant so I did not want to be exposed to that smell. I waited outside for about 7 min I go inside to check how it's going and the lady had left and my husband was getting up from the chair. She was done! Really? Then she told us it was $16 and since we paid with card she said it would be $1 extra. So a different lady charged us because the other one didn't know how to use the credit card machine. When we got the receipt she had charged $19 I asked why and she said pedi for men is $18. I can't believe they charge more for men since it only took 7 min. I left very annoyed and will def not be coming back. I guess they also cut a ladies nail next to my husband and she was bleeding and the lady who did it just walked away. That just shows how horrible this place is. read more

If there were a possibility to give this place no stars I would. They do not even deserve one star. This place is horrible. The workers are so rude. I told the lady that did my acrylic nails I wanted them longer and she said I needed to get a whole new set if I wanted them longer when In fact that is wrong. I have been getting acrylics for the past 7 years and it's as simple as getting the liquid and powder and adding to the existing nail(which the lady did for one of the nails she filed down too short). The gel bled out all over my nail and cuticle to the point where it just looks like a huge glob on my nail. It is just horrendous. It is so embarrassing to go out with just globs of paint/gel on my nails. Not to mention the fact that all of my nails are crooked and not even at all. There is a reason that this place is cheap. There work is cheap and horrible. DO NOT GO HERE. Do not waste your money. read more

worst nail shop i have ever been to ! i went for a pedicure and somehow the lady managed to make 7 out of 10 toes bleed i told her not to spray alcohol on them and what does she do spray them i walked out of my pedicure with throbbing toes !! i walked back in and told them and they laughed and walked away !!! my toes better not get infected read more
