We went on New Year's Eve and there was no weight at 9:30 AM. By the time that we left, you couldn't even get out the door. There were so many people standing there waiting to be seated. Cute diner style lots of fun colors love the ducks, but they don't bring them to your table any longer. I had some of the best goetta ever, but the scrambled eggs not so much. Also loved the toast if you love buttered toast this is the place for you.

Here's the deal: bright colors and vibrant decor make this a great place for a casual bite to eat with friends and/or a young family!! Service was great and food was tasty! Plenty of items available for all appetites!

Sugar N Spice is a great place to grab a delicious breakfast. Having been around since 1941, they've clearly figured out what works. Modern build but a truly classic diner vibe, with tiled walks and colorful booths. Their menu is pretty extensive and offers options for most diets and tastes. The greeter was quick to seat us and let us move tables away from the door. Our server was very friendly and knew the menu very well! Prices were very fair for the portion. The spicy chicken burrito was huge and packed full of ingredients and flavor. It could easily be shared and still be filling. The Meat Lovers platter is EXACTLY what the title claims. I ordered my eggs over medium and that is how they were prepared. I'd never had Guetta prior to stopping in here and it was surprisingly good! The plate also comes with a sausage patty, fried smoked sausage, bacon, two slices of toast and a decent serving of home fries. The coffee is dark, strong and excellent. I will definitely stop back the next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend.

This place is a Great location near summit park. Perfect oversized booths to bring family in for dinner. The manager is super sweet and very accommodating to kids on the spectrum. I order eggs Benedict and it was pretty good. My partners order was messed up but it was quickly fixed. Parking is limited out front but if you check in on socials with specific hashtag, you can get 20% off!

I did like the environment and the look of the restaurant. It had a unique set up and the feeling in was great. The service was slower than expected even without it being packed. The food was average. Nothing stuck out to me.

Fantastic breakfast/brunch/lunch spot in OTR. Old school diner vibe and food selection with some nice modern additions. I really enjoyed the avocado breakfast burrito and home fries. Service by Amber was excellent. They'll treat you like a regular even if it is your first time there.

Sugar n' Spice, oh how nice! I haven't eaten at Sugar n' Spice in years! While out and about, my family and I decided on breakfast, the best place was Sugar n' Spice! And, what a great choice we made! This whimsical location on Summit Pkwy is so cute, bright, colorful and full of goodness! My belly couldn't stand it, I was so hungry! The menu is stacked with delicious selections to choose from. I went with the breakfast platter that included eggs, bacon (or sausage), toast, hash browns or home fries. My eggs were light and fluffy, my bacon was tasty, the home fries...oh, those home fries...omg! The best! And the toast? Perfectly buttered. To top things off I added a half order of whispy pancakes! Yummy! My tastebuds hadn't danced like this over breakfast in a while, and they were "cutting a two-step"! This little gem of a place has such a long history, and I hope it sticks around for many more years! Shout out to Daphne who served us, your energy was amazing! And the Server that told us the story about how his siblings played "restaurant" when they were kids, so sweet! Breakfast or lunch, you'll love this place a bunch! What are y'all waiting on, get on over to Sugar n' Spice! And tell your tastebuds I said "you're welcome"! Enjoy! See you when I come back home to visit, Sugar n' Spice!

I have heard so many good reviews on this place and I was very disappointed. The food was not what I expected hand overpriced. The service was great and the facility was fantastic and very clean, but the food which is what I want for, but not at all to my liking. I will not be going back !

I love this restaurant! It's a Cincinnati classic. I prefer the Blue Ash location because it's clean and spacious. The decor is so cute and retro. I love the homey feel. Service is always super quick. I've never had a bad experience with their staff. This is a great place to get a classic American breakfast! The burrito is my favorite breakfast item but they have great pancakes and bacon as well. I recently went for lunch for the first time. It was wonderful. I got the Steak Philly, it was hot the ratio of veggies to meat and cheese was perfect. My only complaint is that I would like more seasoning on the steak. The fries are Cajun. LOVED THEM. My coworker got the burger, she loved it. Lunch was a little heavy so I would recommend getting it when you have no other plans because it'll put you right to sleep.

Got to try sugar n' spice for the first with some friends! It was such a fun place with all the colors and decor. I got some biscuits and gravy and a blueberry pancake to share w my friends. They have a lot of classic diner dishes on the menu and great breakfast options. Once you get your check, they let you pick from a basket full of different rubber ducks and you get to take it home with you! A fun souvenir to remember your experience at sugar n' spice. I loved it here and I would come back again!

One of 3 locations in Cincy and probably the easiest to get a table. Old school diner vibes with big plates and reasonable prices. Had the breakfast platter which was solid and chocolate chip pancakes on the side. Pancakes are advertised as thin and wispy and they sure are, kinda crepe-like. Nice and light to go along with a big breakfast plate

Sugar n' Spice Diner is taking over! I've been to the original a few times. I haven't been to the Diner and we made one stop here. It's a cute place, to be sure, and I love the ducks. The food, however, is just OK. We've never had anything bad, but really... it's just OK. This location was super convenient post cataract surgery. I had it scoped out and we knew this was where we wanted to go. Our waitress was super nice and service was great. The food was standard diner food.

My only suggestion is that it could have been served a little hotter, especially since it comes on a sizzling hot plate. We stopped by on a random weekday around 11 a.m., and the diner was already bustling with customers. Even so, we were seated almost immediately. By noon, there was a noticeable line out the door waiting for tables. On a regular weekday, that's a pretty good sign that this place is a local favorite. You can really tell this is the kind of diner people return to again and again. It feels like generations of families have made it their go-to lunch spot, and it's wonderful to see a neighborhood restaurant with that kind of loyal following. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, checking in throughout our meal to make sure everything was good. I can definitely see why this diner is so well loved.

This place came highly recommended by our friends in the area, a Cincinnati-style chili restaurant,…read morewhich is well-known for its double-decker sandwiches, coneys, breakfast fare, and, of course, its three, four, five, and six-ways. They have a wide selection of various options, it has much more than outstanding chili. The place is very welcoming and inviting to all. We started of with the two of the Bavarian Pretzel with chili and beer cheese For my main course I opted for the Boss Hogg BBQ Burger, which is a 1/3lb. burger topped with pulled pork, BBQ sauce, bacon, Cheddar cheese, crispy onion. straws, pickles and mayo. My wife chose the Avocado BLT Burger which is a 1/3 lb. burger with sauteed onions, avocado, crisp bacon, lettuce, tomato, Pepperjack cheese, and mayo. Both were outstanding. She had the onion rings as a side, while I went with the Fried Jalapeño Caps with the Southwest sauce. They have a wide range of options other that chili. But if you love chili and you are in the area one place to consider is this place, the draw here is the "No Freakin' Way" Challenge is a legendary 8-lb food challenge The massive platter consists of four main ingredients: 2.5 lbs of steaming spaghetti, 2.5 lbs of their signature Cincinnati chili, 2 lbs of shredded cheddar cheese, topped with 1 lb of fried, pickled jalapeño caps. It is a true test of one's metal. You have 60 minutes to complete the challenge, if you fail you will not only have to pay the nearly $80 dollar price tag, you will be added to the "Wall of Shame". To me the risk was just not worth it. Although may have tried. If you are risk taker who enjoys food comeption, this challenge is for you!

Think eclipse-level rare. This Saturday was no exception... except somehow we all had a lunch window. So naturally, like any responsible American family, we turned it into a food mission for BaldWhiteGuyReviews After consulting the sacred scroll of Yelp, I presented the following contenders to the Bald Group Chat Council: Broadway Barrel House - Lebanon, Ohio Cozy's Cafe & Pub - Liberty Township, Ohio Third Eye Brewing Company - Sharonville, Ohio Luigi's Ristorante Italiano - Mason, Ohio Silver Spring House Restaurant - Cincinnati, Ohio All strong contenders. But as with any family decision, chaos ensued. We landed on Third Eye Brewing... until we discovered they open at noon. Noon?! What is this, brunch for the elite?! Don't have time for that! So... runner-up takes the crown: Silver Spring House Restaurant We plugged it into Waze and cruised through Symmes Township... where every house whispered, "you can't afford me" We rolled in just after 11am. Big parking lot, filling up fast. Bright blue building screaming "vacation mode activated." Palm trees (probably fake, but there was a heated family debate ), surfboards, and even Mr. Red welcoming us like we just got traded to the Reds. Inside? Instant Florida Keys vibe. Never been... but I felt like I should be holding a fruity drink and ignoring responsibilities #RetirementGoals Decor included walls covered in 8x10 photos of what I assume are patrons.
