The staff is super friendly and the aestheticians pride themselves on being thorough. The rooms are clean and well decorated so it very much has a spa like feel. I would absolutely recommend this place if you are new to waxing especially for larger surface areas. The process is very efficient and you are in and out pretty quickly. read more

I sooo badly wanted to love sugaring but it turned into a nightmare. The studio itself is really nice and the staff is all very friendly. I went in to get my face sugared and right after my service everything was fine. However, that evening my face broke into hives and the next morning I woke up with the most horrible breakouts all over my face. My skin was pretty clear before, even the girl who did my sugaring commented on it. It has been days since my service and I'm still dealing with this horrible reaction. I don't even want to leave my house because it is so embarrassing and upsetting. I know everyone's skin is different and just because this happened to me doesn't mean it will happen to everyone. But I wish I knew this was a possibility because then I probably wouldn't have risked it. I'm hoping this review will help people make a decision on whether or not they think they will be okay with sugaring. read more

First of all, I love the tan. I don't smell or feel tired after getting it. After some spray tans, I call it "tan tired" like what makes me so tired with other spray tans! I love everyone that I have come in contact with at multiple locations in SoCal which is wonderfully consistent. I also don't feel like I have to keep up with a brand's view of my body. I feel confident coming in and leaving, not vice versa as another competitor makes me feel. So thank you! read more

I came in at 7:25 for a 7:30 appointment. Front desk person/waxer said to sign a waiver. I got taken to the room and was told to lay on the table for the wax. I was then told that my appointment was actually for 7:20 and they only have 20 min slots and won't have time to do the wax. I already don't like getting waxed and so this just made the experience even more uncomfortable because the waxer was not friendly and seemed annoyed about my time of walking in 5 min late. I can't believe I wasted the time to get here and they don't even have 5 min of time in between each client. It wouldn't have been a big deal if they were even a little bit nicer but I will look for another place read more

I started going to sugared + bronzed a few months ago, and I fell in love, from their spray tans to their sugaring, their product is amazing. What I live most is that all the products they use are made with all natural ingredients which is so good for your skin. My sister and I went here to spray tans for her wedding. She left having blotchy skin and had them retouch it. However after our post tan rinse 8+ hours after the spray tan we both had multiple streaks of missing areas that were clearer just missed. Additionally, multiple blotchy dark spots that were in areas that could not be affected by rain. I love this new location for Sugared + Bronzed! It's right off the 405 in Irvine with very accommodating hours. I've been to a few other tanning places before and nothing beats this place! I love their tanning formula, it's not stinky or sticky and my tan always lasts about a week, which is great! My favorite tanning tech is Hailey! She's very friendly and makes you feel so comfortable during the whole process. Plus they offer memberships and who doesn't love that! read more

I've only had a few sugarings and all of them had been Brazilians. My hair patterns are pretty much all over the place. So when I found Christina Fernandez at the Irvine location I noticed she really took her time. Her expertise absolutely shows! The fact that she did not rush meant that I would experience little to know discomfort and next day the results were flawless. With that being said I was done with my session in under 30 minutes this includes getting undressed and dressed and checked out. Also the space is super clean and still feels brand new. I believe they just opened in August of 2022. There are other locations but she is worth the drive if you are rarely ever in the area. read more

The procedure that is used to do the Brazilian wax works better than anything else out there!! I've gotten a wax for 20 years now and the hair does not come back like it does with other companies and methods. I highly recommend getting your wax done with Sugared and Bronzed. read more

Was dissapointed with the waxer and the patches of hair left. I usually sugar at home and have never been waxed by someone else before. Needless to say, I came home with patches of hair that I just realized next day, mind you I have not waxed in 9 months, so you can't use the "it was short we couldn't grab it" comment for it. The waxer was nice but she seemed annnoyed that I didn't know how to move around the table for my arms to get waxed( its literally my first time and I explicity said that!!!) dissapointing because I love the sugar wax and its all I do. I wanted to become a regular client but I am def put off about the way I was treated and coming home to patches of hair really annoyed me. Full arms cost me 82 with a tip thats apparently already included that isn't included on the site and def wasn't deserved! She was quick and careless and I literally left with patches of hair and sticky arms with her half ass wipe. Maybe they're better in La which is where I'm from as I am only here for school. I don't think I will be coming back to this location since I can't pick who to get waxed by ..or I need to find another sugaring place in the OC. Thats for sure. read more
