Salmon & Tuna poke bowl with all the great toppings

First time eating here, we could tell it was a popular place by the customer traffic. We ordered 2 Poke Bowls, they were delicious. Wish we lived closer to come back.

I had an appointment in an area of town with which I'm not familiar with restaurants. While waiting for the appoint, ment,. I searcghed Yelpp for restaurants in that area and Suba Bites appealed to me. I saw that they had chicken katsu, a favorite dish of mine. had the Yelp direwctions elad me there. When Ie netered I wewnt tio the right side of the business. That's their milk tea and other drink area. I looked to my left and saw another counter and the worker motioned for me to come over there. I ordered the small chicken katcu which comes with one scoop of rice and one scoop of macaroni. The regular comes with two scoops of rice instead of just one. It's a very Hawaiian meal. I also ordered and iced Thai milk tea with boba for my drink. I had a seat and in a short time, I was brought a tray with my dinner. It was very good. The chicken breading was crispy and full of flavor. The macaroni salad was good. Rice is rice. Now that I known this Hawaiian BBQ place is there, I'll stop again and do the curry chicken katsu. I wish the plastic utensil that came with the meal had a knife but the fork alone sufficed. The chicken was crispy and broke into pieces with little effort. I also recommend eating in. I wouldn't want to travel a distance and have the chicken lose some of its crispy coating.

This place is two things in one; they have a self order boba store attached to a Hawaiian BBQ joint. They have a few claw machines inside with plushies and comfy bouncing blue chairs. There's seating for about 12 people so definitely recommend ordering for take out. I ordered the chicken teriyaki a spam musubi and a Mac salad side. Didn't take too long and they were steady with orders.

Enjoyable food for our second visit here! The 2 and 3 protein combos are large quantities. The only negative is the poke bowl portion was small/not enough food for an adult man.

My friend and I come here every few months to grab a sushi burrito and a Boba or a coffee. Everything is very good, lots of options and an easy way to order food you just grab the little menu circle what you want and they whip out your burrito we're in and out pretty quickly where it doesn't really affect our lunch break the people that are very nice. My friend constantly tries to win at the claw machines, but always loses. I love the decor and the flavors they have to offer.

Glad to have stumbled upon this spot when I happened to be cruising the area. When I stepped inside this casual takeout spot, the first thing I noticed was on the other side of the dining tables. There were a multiple colorful crane games with hot pink accents. Hard not to notice. Gotta imagine kids would flock right over to them. While I was taking my time looking over the menu (it was 4:30pm on a Thursday), and I noticed there were delivery drivers constantly coming in to pick up orders. This place must be popular! Never eaten here before so I had to seize the moment and get two items: a combo plate and a sushi burrito. Both were so great! 2-item combo plate ($15.50) with my choice of bbq beef and chicken katsu. Not only did it come with the traditional Hawaiian plate items of rice and mac salad, but also came with separate sauces for the katsu and the beef. My burrito was Yolitail burrito ($12.95) yellowtail, spicy crab, avocado, cucumber, pico, and wonton strips. It was delicious and had just the perfect amount of heat that I can enjoy. I only wish it was a little bigger. Good thing I got that plate! I am 100% coming back again when I'm in the area. This menu is too huge to not try more.

I was looking for a new quick food place and saw sushi burritos and was sold!! They were so good + the nachos got me so full.

I went in to get a boba next door at Boba House. That of course was amazing! Decided to look at the menu...I got chicken katsu curry to take home. It was absolutely amazing. The chicken was so crispy. The macaroni salad was amazing and the curry sauce delicious. Absolutely go again.

My boyfriend and I had been craving for poke bowls for quite some time and I've been going through a rough time lately. Sushi and poke bowls are one of my main comfort foods and sadly my favorite spots were far away from where I live, so we decided to take a gamble with Suha Bites. It is safe to say that I think we will definitely be coming back soon! I found it cute that there were a few claw machines you can play with. The interior was small but still nice enough to sit down and relax if there's space! What I wish they had done though was inform us of where the line started as we were standing on the side where they were building the bowls and burritos. We stood there for quite some time but it's fine, a little heads up from one of the workers (especially the one that was making the bowls and burritos) would have been very nice. Aside from that, everything about the quality of our food was great! We ended up getting sushi burritos instead of bowls but I appreciated how fresh the fish and produce was. I will definitely be coming back here another time if I wanted some poke and if I didn't want to drive far away.

We had a short waite and they had a variety of hot foods and sushi burrito combinations. We choose the custom build poke bowls your own menus with dry erase markers, this is very clever and makes ot easy for the chef to make it to order. The fish was fresh and our bowls were filled to the top. We had ahi tuna and eel with edamame, radishes, kimchi, jalapeños, seaweed salad and brown rice. The claw machines are adorable. Only issue was my Taro milk tea seperated half way threw.

The oxtail soup was really good: the broth seemed like it has a good amount of shoyu in it (it was dark), and had really nice beef flavor. There were also some shiitake mushrooms, which added to the umami, and fresh cilantro which, paired with the grated ginger, really complemented the savory elements. The oxtails were super tender and plentiful. The meat was well seasoned and fell off the bone. I've eaten a lot of oxtail soup, and this was really good. The limu poke was also solid. The limu was a nice touch: it's not as frequent to see it on the mainland, and I like the smoky flavor it imparts on the poke. The taro turnover was a revelation. It was so good it didn't make it to photos. The pastry crust was flakey, the taro was warm and sweet, and the Carmel drizzle was really nice. It does take 20 minutes to get the turnover, but I think it's worth it.

The Kalua pig was a very tasty version. One of the better ones I've had in town for my taste. Not too smoky, felt like it was roasted for a long time. The meat was still intact but tender. Ribs were as they always are. The only thing today, was that the boxes didn't feel as full as they normally do. Only got 4 ribs today and they weren't all that meaty. The pig dish wasn't full to the brim either. Also, prices have gone up from the menu, so seeing higher prices (totally understandable) and less food was a little disappointing. Service was friendly for the most part, but be ready for longer waits. Maybe it was because of the move, but it was a 15-20 min wait today. The ribs are still the best in town, I'm hoping the small portion was just a one off.

Interesting menu, I typically ask the server what's your favorite? I also ask if the salad dressing and desserts are made here in the kitchen. I've had and sold enough of the pre-made. Now, my wife is Hawaiian and she's always a yes for island food, so here goes. I started with the Portuguese soup which was quite stewy and very tasty good. I'd say they sure like "the starch" my initial review of the menu. Chicken is all thigh meat, so I ordered the "trio" of chicken. That's a taste of their favorites all fried, Korean fried, katsu, and original. M went with the teriyaki which had no breading. All of my fried chicken was breaded or battered in the kitchen, so there is some inconsistency in "doneness" which is fine with me. Two very large scoops of white rice and a scoop of cold elbow macaroni salad. The macaroni salad wasn't too complex, sauce and pasta it was ok. We also tried the "famous". Lilioki beverage, okay free refills, the Orange Bang isn't my thing, the acid is too much for me lately. Everything was good, nothing great, no WoW but certainly reasonable. Next was deciding on our dessert, all made in house with the turnovers selling out fast. You can come just for the baked goods. Orders on line are kept warm in individual locker units, pretty good idea. We were taking ours home and ordered a slice each. Chantilly cake and Coconut cake. The cake was half the price of most restaurants these days. Having tasted both I'd say the cake was made by white cake mix and flavored frosting, which may be the island way, I don't know. the service was very good, every menu item was explained and service was speedy. I have been let down I believe 4 times here and after my first 3 fails I usually stop. But with it being a birthday I wanted to eat what the buddy wanted. (This was when they first opened btw). Then in the recent visits this year the quality just wasn't tasty, looked okay but the looks were deceiving as Hek. Anyone ever get Mac salad with your Hawaiin food? I sure have and it's generally a scoop, like an ice cream scoop size right? Not here! (You'll see the pic). When I saw my Mac salad in a half ounce cup I asked the person maybe the cook that was about to bag it, if it was mine. Rudely I got "not if you ordered poke, you don't get that". I was confused but mentioned I got the combo. He replied "then yup that's yours". Still confused on why your upset with me asking I just waited till it was all bagged. Even though we were eating there it's made to go. Since it was made to go, we ate outside the restaurant. The protein was stacked so high on what felt like 10 scoops of rice. I love rice but sheesh the trickery here is insane. Yet alone the flavors are not there either. So basic compared to surrounding Hawaiin spots. This place inside is very nice, very empty at all times even being in a casino. So it's clean from the lack of return customers. They have merch up front and a fair amount of seating.
