This restaurant offers both hot Hawaiian dishes as well as cold poke bowls or sushi burritos. I opted for a poke bowl. I was given a paper and pencil to select my options and after a few short minutes, the lady at the counter had my bowl ready. Service was ok and there's ample seating inside. The ambiance could be improved and there was an empty space in the back that should either be covered and filled with perhaps dessert options or something else. I had a terrible experience at this place. The food seemed okay at first, but a few hours later I was hit with intense stomach aches and relentless diarrhea. It completely ruined my night and left me miserable for over a day. Clearly, something was mishandled in the kitchen. Suha is great for being a small place that's mostly meant for take out. I always get my spam musubi from here. I tried L&L Barbecue up the street for musubi and they were garbage. Suha has them on lock. If I'm too lazy to make them homemade, this is my go to. They have several different types too. I'm looking forward to when they add Spam Macsubi. So glad we found this place! It's tucked away in a plaza on Buffalo, so it's not busy at all. The workers are super kind and very helpful when ordering. Been on a kick to try a different hawaiian place every weekend and found this place so thought we'd give it a try. A large space a little confusing in format they have their menus on TV screens which are pretty high up right above the cashier so you do have to arch your neck quite a bit to see. The bbq short rib, bbq chicken and the bbq beef was okay. The beef was a little chewy and the chicken was okay it certainly wasn't over cooked but it's a difficult feat to overcook chicken thigh meat. The garlic shrimp I ordered was void of the traditional crispy shell and instead had a tempura like batter on top. Definitely not expected but perhaps I misunderstood. The batter was too thick for my liking and didn't have the light crunchy consistency with the subtle garlic flavor. The garlic would punch out in random pockets because of the thickness of the batter. Best part of the meal was the sushi burrito surprisingly. The proportions were good without too much rice. Decided to cheat on L&L and am not sure it was really worth it. My husband is Hawaiian Filipino and we always get food from L&L, but decided to try something different. I think there is potential here, but the guy who rang us up hyped it up to be the best thing ever. So I was expecting the best thing ever. The inside was overall nice for a small spot. The staff was friendly and worked efficiently from what we could see. My husband got the beef steak & short ribs. I got the garlic shrimp & the short ribs. First, the beef steak. It was definitely over cooked and dry. Also the meet kind of tasted off? So I'm not sure what is going on with that. Second, the short ribs. Majority of our short ribs were also over cooked. They were tough to eat. There was two pieces of meat at the bottom of mine that were still soft and easy to eat. I wish all of the short ribs would have been fall apart like the bottom pieces. Third, the garlic shrimp. The shrimp was good... but would have been better if the garlic sauce made it on my shrimp and not on my rice instead. The rice and Mac salad were ok. Overall, I'm not sure we will be back. If we do come back, it will be for a sushi bowl and not Hawaiian food. Maybe we just came on an off day? My boyfriend and I were out for lunch on a Thursday. He asked to try something new, so I had mentioned Suha Bites after looking for local restaurants on Yelp. We stopped by Suha bites just as the restaurant opened up, at 11:00 A.M. There were a variety of menu selections, from the kitchen and open 'make your own' craft selection for the Sushiburrito bowls/poke bowls. My boyfriend made his own poke bowl with a variety of ingredients. I ended up selecting a Chicken Teriyaki from the lunch menu. It didn't take long for the Chicken Teriyaki meal to cook, approximately 20 minutes. Since it was a gorgeous day outside, we ended up eating outside instead of inside. Inside the restaurant was clean, and quite spacious with several tables to sit at. Besides the Poke Bowl, Chicken Teriyaki Lunch meal, we also ordered a side of their pork buns. The food was good. My boyfriend was a little concerned with some of their fresh ingredients, particular the tuna and the pico de gallo. Those two ingredients looked old, and not fresh. He ended up opting for the spicy tuna instead. He did like the flavor profile of his poke bowl though. My Chicken Teriyaki lunch bowl was a good deal though. $6.50 for the bowl and a drink is really great. The quantity was large enough to have two meals for. The Chicken was flavorful, but just a note, it was dark meat. If you're looking for a healthier alternative, make sure to specify the chicken breast instead. The pork buns were good, but did taste pre-made. Overall, this restaurant was really scrumptious and a very affordable if you're looking for a low cost meal. The customer service was amazing too. We were greeted with a smile, overview of the menu, and walked through each ingredient as well, when ordering the Poke bowl. read more

What a great find tucked away in a strip mall. Two large menus are sure to please even your most selective members! Our group enjoyed a variety of sushi burritos, chicken bowls, potstickers and spring rolls. It was made to order and served nice and warm. The ahi tuna was cut clean and in nice sized chunks in my burrito. My less adventurous friends ate the chicken bowl completely! Delicious!! Nice lunch special that cut the cost of a meal to $6.75. Hate to say it but we'll be sticking with Teriyaki Madness. The teriyaki beef and chicken bowls my cousin and her husband ordered were on the smaller side and the chicken was over cooked. Very little veggies were given. I had the Ahi tuna poke bowl with the salad base and the amount of fish given was tiny. I literally had to eat when something else when I got home. We were having a lazy night so we ordered through yelp for food. This place had great reviews and we ordered from them in April 2019 and never had a problem. When you place your order, you can put notes on your order of things you dont want on your food. I asked for No Cilantro, Onions and Relish. I ordered a Tofu Poke Bowl. When it arrived, I was shocked. They never read any of my notes. The bowl was filled with everything I didnt want. I spent 30 minutes just trying to eat around all the onions and Cilantro... I had to leave half the food in the bowl because it was covered and I couldn't remove anymore. Also, the mac salad was also filled with onions... Picked around that too. In fairness the last time I had loco moco was in Hawaii, so it had an uphill battle from the start. The buns were the biggest disappointment for me. The dough was pretty good but the filling was very dry. I ate two but gave up on the rest. Cost: Prices were good. Came in early August, wanting to try nearly everything on the menu. I ended up getting the shrimp tempura poke bowl and the Calirrito sushi burrito. Both items were very fresh and made right in front of you. They were well flavored and reasonably priced. These two items actually lasted me 2 1/2 meals, so I definitely got a lot of stretch and happy tummy for the money! I can't wait to go back. I definitely love following them on Instagram. I love you. Seriously I love you. Top five favorite thing to eat in Las Vegas is the salmon bacon sushi burrito. It sounds incredibly interesting and like it wouldn't work well together but it's one of my favorite bites I've ever had. Anytime I have friends visiting we always get sushi burritos at some point and everybody raves about this. This is predominantly a carry out place they also deliver from Uber eats and this is the place that I order food from most often. It's fresh delicious and that burrito is very unique and satisfying. Their other burritos are great as well the one with steak the one with chicken are very good but they are sauced a lot more and I might argue that the quality of meat is only ok. Doesn't mean that it's not delicious and a total guilty pleasure. I love the spot and I continue to support this business as much as possible. read more

I used to really like this place. When they first opened you could get a sushi burrito for like 7 bucks if you ordered before 5pm or something like that. During the pandemic we started ordering a lot online through their website but as soon as you racked up points for a discount, the website would stop processing your payment. I did this with my account and wanted to redeem my 10buck credit and I couldn't place my order. My husband made his account and as soon as he tried to use his credit, our payment wouldn't go through. We used 2 different cards and a no go. Welll, fast forward about an hour... I just placed an order over the phone and no wonder! They did not update their website prices. The dinner package b went up from 37.50 which is listed on their website (screenshot taken today) to $62.50! I get it, everything is going up in price but, holy balls, that is a $25 increase! I've been coming here since they opened but I will just cook at home going forward or order from L&L. read more

Went here on a weekday evening and called in an order for pick up. We arrived about 15 minutes later and still waited another 15-20 minutes or so for our food to be ready. It's a small place, a few tables for dining in, and they had several to go/pick up orders while we were there. Anyways, we ordered 2 of their family meals. Each included rice, miso soup, 3 meats, and a side. It was plenty of food for 7 of us and we had a lot left over. The Short ribs, Teriyaki chicken, hamburger patties with gravy were all solid choices for our meal. We also ordered garlic shrimp (I didn't taste) and chicken katsu. The chicken katsu were thin strips and were a bit overcooked and hard. The meals came with a choice of side (mac salad or poke nachos)... we got both.. the mac salad was nice and creamy. And the poke nachos were delicious. The poke itself was just lightly sprinkled but good quality. And the combination of spicy mayo, avocado, wonton chips, etc was on point. This is the most long overdue review that I have left. Why? Idk but I've been here 5 times in the last few months, which is A LOT considering I've been trying my best to eat at home lol. Suha Bites Sushiburrito and Hawaiian BBQ is located in the Sea Breeze Village northeast of Buffalo Dr and Vegas Dr (same parking lot as Albertsons). There's lots of parking spots but the parking lot does tend to get pretty crowded since it's a busy little shopping center. The staff never misses a beat not lets any seconds pass after we walk in to greet us with a warm and cheerful welcome. It's tiny little spot with very limited seating, when available, so we usually heat place take out orders. The restaurant is very clean and well maintained as well. Their Hawaiian BBQ menu has so many options to choose from and they also serve sushi burritos. For the sushi burritos you have a choice of either a Build-Your-Own option or you can choose from their already preset creations option. For the B-Y-O option they hung you a little piece of paper with options for you to select for your burrito, but don't forget to write your name at the top. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of their food is great. I've never been disappointed with their presentation or the taste and my eyes are usually always bigger than my stomach and they give you a pretty hefty portion. Needless to say I can go their for lunch and have enough for lunch and dinner. The hours are great too so it's a great spot to pick up simmering for lunch or dinner after work, especially if you don't feel like cooking. Will I be coming back? Well YES YES YES...duh! lol.
