Salmon & Tuna poke bowl with all the great toppings

First time eating here, we could tell it was a popular place by the customer traffic. We ordered 2 Poke Bowls, they were delicious. Wish we lived closer to come back.

I had an appointment in an area of town with which I'm not familiar with restaurants. While waiting for the appoint, ment,. I searcghed Yelpp for restaurants in that area and Suba Bites appealed to me. I saw that they had chicken katsu, a favorite dish of mine. had the Yelp direwctions elad me there. When Ie netered I wewnt tio the right side of the business. That's their milk tea and other drink area. I looked to my left and saw another counter and the worker motioned for me to come over there. I ordered the small chicken katcu which comes with one scoop of rice and one scoop of macaroni. The regular comes with two scoops of rice instead of just one. It's a very Hawaiian meal. I also ordered and iced Thai milk tea with boba for my drink. I had a seat and in a short time, I was brought a tray with my dinner. It was very good. The chicken breading was crispy and full of flavor. The macaroni salad was good. Rice is rice. Now that I known this Hawaiian BBQ place is there, I'll stop again and do the curry chicken katsu. I wish the plastic utensil that came with the meal had a knife but the fork alone sufficed. The chicken was crispy and broke into pieces with little effort. I also recommend eating in. I wouldn't want to travel a distance and have the chicken lose some of its crispy coating.

This place is two things in one; they have a self order boba store attached to a Hawaiian BBQ joint. They have a few claw machines inside with plushies and comfy bouncing blue chairs. There's seating for about 12 people so definitely recommend ordering for take out. I ordered the chicken teriyaki a spam musubi and a Mac salad side. Didn't take too long and they were steady with orders.

Enjoyable food for our second visit here! The 2 and 3 protein combos are large quantities. The only negative is the poke bowl portion was small/not enough food for an adult man.

My friend and I come here every few months to grab a sushi burrito and a Boba or a coffee. Everything is very good, lots of options and an easy way to order food you just grab the little menu circle what you want and they whip out your burrito we're in and out pretty quickly where it doesn't really affect our lunch break the people that are very nice. My friend constantly tries to win at the claw machines, but always loses. I love the decor and the flavors they have to offer.

Glad to have stumbled upon this spot when I happened to be cruising the area. When I stepped inside this casual takeout spot, the first thing I noticed was on the other side of the dining tables. There were a multiple colorful crane games with hot pink accents. Hard not to notice. Gotta imagine kids would flock right over to them. While I was taking my time looking over the menu (it was 4:30pm on a Thursday), and I noticed there were delivery drivers constantly coming in to pick up orders. This place must be popular! Never eaten here before so I had to seize the moment and get two items: a combo plate and a sushi burrito. Both were so great! 2-item combo plate ($15.50) with my choice of bbq beef and chicken katsu. Not only did it come with the traditional Hawaiian plate items of rice and mac salad, but also came with separate sauces for the katsu and the beef. My burrito was Yolitail burrito ($12.95) yellowtail, spicy crab, avocado, cucumber, pico, and wonton strips. It was delicious and had just the perfect amount of heat that I can enjoy. I only wish it was a little bigger. Good thing I got that plate! I am 100% coming back again when I'm in the area. This menu is too huge to not try more.

I was looking for a new quick food place and saw sushi burritos and was sold!! They were so good + the nachos got me so full.

I went in to get a boba next door at Boba House. That of course was amazing! Decided to look at the menu...I got chicken katsu curry to take home. It was absolutely amazing. The chicken was so crispy. The macaroni salad was amazing and the curry sauce delicious. Absolutely go again.

My boyfriend and I had been craving for poke bowls for quite some time and I've been going through a rough time lately. Sushi and poke bowls are one of my main comfort foods and sadly my favorite spots were far away from where I live, so we decided to take a gamble with Suha Bites. It is safe to say that I think we will definitely be coming back soon! I found it cute that there were a few claw machines you can play with. The interior was small but still nice enough to sit down and relax if there's space! What I wish they had done though was inform us of where the line started as we were standing on the side where they were building the bowls and burritos. We stood there for quite some time but it's fine, a little heads up from one of the workers (especially the one that was making the bowls and burritos) would have been very nice. Aside from that, everything about the quality of our food was great! We ended up getting sushi burritos instead of bowls but I appreciated how fresh the fish and produce was. I will definitely be coming back here another time if I wanted some poke and if I didn't want to drive far away.

We had a short waite and they had a variety of hot foods and sushi burrito combinations. We choose the custom build poke bowls your own menus with dry erase markers, this is very clever and makes ot easy for the chef to make it to order. The fish was fresh and our bowls were filled to the top. We had ahi tuna and eel with edamame, radishes, kimchi, jalapeños, seaweed salad and brown rice. The claw machines are adorable. Only issue was my Taro milk tea seperated half way threw.

It checked all the boxes: high reviews, off the strip, craft cocktail offerings. When we got there the bar was relatively empty but it was a Wednesday evening. The staff was very attentive throughout the night. The menu wasn't very large but we were able to find a couple things in addition to drinks that we wanted to try. We shared the Vietnamese meatballs for appetizer which were a really good size and you really only needed 2. For entree we ordered the Lomo Saltado. The beef was lean and tender. The sauce was so good and flavorful. For drinks I got the lychee bloom. From first sip, I was a huge fan. Sweet and didn't lack any lychee taste. The presentation was also beautiful. My husband ordered the Philosopher's rum which he really enjoyed. The bartender was also trying out a new recipe of a key lime cocktail which is one of my husbands favorites. He loved the cocktail so much he ordered a second. We already frequent Chinatown, but this will definitely be added to our regular rotation. We're planning a trip back already to try more drinks and menu items.

We were craving crab legs but didn't want to spend a lot for the buffets on the strip. This place was about 15 min or so from the strip. The restaurant is big with plenty of seating and space in between. It has a hibachi station , ramen/udon/pho station and sushi station. I plus there is two large islands of hot foods and two additional large islands of cold foods and desserts. Unfortunately a lot of the food were empty or closed to being empty and not being refilled or was taking a while to get refilled. Since we were there for the crab legs, we were very disappointed with the fact that they refill every 20 min instead of refilling once it was empty. They have a sign that states it's refilled every 20 min and a limit of 6 legs per person at a time. My first plate I waited in line since it was empty at the time. Once they finally brought out a batch, it literally was only a large mixing bowl of crab legs they came out with and luckily I was able to get some. Unfortunately the amount they brought out was only enough for about 6-7 people. They only brought out two small batches before we gave up on trying to get any. A lot of the food looked like it had been sitting for a long time. Again, a lot of the food was near empty or completely empty and wasn't being refilled. The sushi wasn't good as the rice was mushy and the fish looked ehh. The food from the hot bars didn't meet my standards so I didn't even bother trying the hibachi or ramen/udon/pho stations because at that point I was over it. Once we decided we were done and ready to leave, I went to wash my hands and as I was walking back to my table to get the family to go, I walked under a water leaking coming from the roof and wasn't even told to go around when the workers knew what was going on and where standing right there. Definitely never going back if I'm ever in town or if we decide to move to Vegas. Worst buffet experience ever and was a total waste of our time and money.

The restaurant is clean and cozy, giving an elevated casual modern dining vibe. Parking is super convenient and easy. To top it all off, their hospitality is top tier. Here in the Las Vegas Valley, I can count the few restaurants that have radiated this level of warmth, heart, and care on just one hand. And Rang's Cocina Moderne is right there on top. Benedict was very conversational and helped us navigate his favorites on the menu. His recommendations were all stellar, and included a collaboration ale from overseas that I absolutely enjoyed! I went with the 12 piece toku-jo sushi, which is essentially the chef's selection of their best offerings. The assortment was so creative and eclectic. I have been eating sushi for years, and there were some pieces I didn't recognize. But everything was downright delicious and so fresh, including one of the most yummy fatty pieces of otoro I have ever had! The staff are so sweet and attentive. There were several ladies who seemed to be sharing hostess and server duties. All were so kind and struck the perfect balance between ensuring everything with the experience was perfect, but not being too overbearing or obtrusive. One of the sushi chefs even came out to personally deliver a dish to the table next to me, and she made a quick stop to ask me if I was enjoying her creations. The downsides. I was by myself and arrived just after opening at about 5:20pm. The place was totally empty except for one single table. I didn't have a reservation, and the hostess was really agonizing about seating me. I was by myself and the place was empty! She even had to go in back and presumably speak with the manager or the chefs to get approval to seat me, which she finally did. But by the time I departed at about 6:15pm, only one other table had arrived and seated! I just find stuff like that annoying. But I guess they take their reservation policy seriously, so just call ahead, especially if you are a group. It appears they are closing soon for renovations. I sure hope that includes upgrading their air conditioning. Granted I visited on a 113 degree day, but the A/C system was not keeping up. I was sweating at my table, and actually accelerated my eating so I could leave and get back into he comfort of the cold AC of my car. It was that hot in there. A Las Vegas restaurant MUST be prepared to provide a comfortable environment on even the hottest of days.
