We came to this place for their buffet. At $27 per person, the value was great. They had a wide variety of rolls to choose from and the ingredients were surprisingly fresh for a buffet establishment. They also had some hot food items and a salad bar. Noteworthy hot food items include shrimp and beef ribs. After ordering, the food came out on a robot server within 5 minutes, which is very impressive. Eating time is limited to 90 minutes and no food waste is allowed.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant. I'm glad we did. Super friendly hosts and wait service staff. A great variety of food for a reasonable price. We opted for the basic menu which was only $27 per person for the all we could eat with the exception of a few items listed on the bigger menu which had probably another fourteen specialized items that we didn't want or need. Self serve buffet for salads, soups, beverages, dessert, and a variety of appetizers. Robot delivery of what are some of the foods from the menu, with the sushi rolls coming out by the servers. The robots were fun to watch as they maneuvered around the restaurant. They would stop and allow people or other robots to begin maneuver so there were no collisions! The robots reminded me of a roomba vacuum, just a larger version that tried to mimic a human looking robot with eyes and a voice. When your food was delivered by the robot it announced its arrival at the table. And then it spun around so you could take your food based on a light that was on indicating that it was your tray. I'd like the variety of food. I like the ambience. And I really appreciated the service. The price was decent as well. Considering if you go to a fast food burger joint, you're gonna spend about half of that on a burger, fries, and a drink. At this restaurant, you get a variety of all types of food, tasty, healthy, and all you can eat. You can have up to fifteen dishes at a table. So for 3 people, that would be five dishes at one time. And then every fifteen minutes you can place another order. They have a serious rhythm that works well. I recommend that everyone try this place at least once. I'm glad we tried it. I'll certainly be back.

This is our second Sumo we have visited. The first, in Tacoma, was a five star and we have visited it several times. This Sumo has lots of room, but the help is sparse and we waited quite a while for the staff to seat us. It wasn't busy... just no one to seat us. The first table we sat at was smelly, so we asked to move. Food was good. Not excellent. Thai tea was weak. Coconut shrimp didn't have coconut, Shabu Shabu had weird noodles. Scallops was over cooked in scallop roll. Everything else tasted fine. We ordered the gold dinner even though we were there for lunch. (We wanted sashimi)Seemed like the lunch menu was rather sparse.

The kids and I decided to try Sumo since the 11yo LOVES sushi and the 8yo will usually find something they like too. I had seen some pictures of the cat robot waiters and was curious about that too. The QR menu was pretty inventive since you can order multiple things per 15 min round. We definitely had eyes bigger than our stomachs. The kids were ecstatic about the boba and cold bar, and I was excited about the hot bar because of the gyoza. We ordered the gyudon, sumo roll, tuna roll, rainbow roll, takoyaki, grilled shrimp, beef sukiyaki, cheesy sizzling corn, chicken karaage, avocado salad, salmon roll, Tokyo roll, mango roll, & cowboy roll. The takoyaki and cowboy roll were my favorites. The gyudon and mango roll were too sweet for me. Both kids really liked the chicken karaage and cheesy corn. The wait staff were super friendly and cleared our table quickly. And the cat robot waiters were a hit. The kids really loved grabbing the food and pressing the button to send it back to the kitchen

I can't believe you can get an all you can eat sushi buffet containing sashimi, sushi, cooked food, boba, all for a great price. Staff is very attentive and it's very clean here. Highly recommend this place. The only thing I could hope for is that they had more locations.

First time there and def got seated right away. Staff were friendly and polite. Price was reasonable. I sticked to the sushi menu then any of the buffet. But overall,, the quality of the sashimi was excellent everything I ordered was delicious. Even the drink. Next time may try to the buffet and drinks. The ceiling is also really pretty with Chinese style umbrellas.

This place is the NEW all-you-can-eat spot in Kitsap County. The service was very efficient and the staff were very kind! The food is very high quality and will fill you up fast!! They offer all-you-can-eat style from an online menu as well as a buffet bar that serves additional classic asian dishes, salads, and desserts. From the online menu, you may order up to 15 items every 15min!!! The environment is big and very clean. They even celebrate birthdays and will sing to you which was cool to witness!! Definitely going back

We are native Californians and this place was great for it being an AYCE! The staff were so sweet and the food was great! They are little portions but it helps with trying everything! We just moved to Portland so driving three hours for this wasn't a horrible experience. Will be returning!

Curry chicken udon noodle. Fried California roll. Chicken skewers. Mango roll. Everything is FANTASTIC!

Our first time here, visiting from California. The staff and service are impeccable! The delivery robot is cute!! Everything we ordered was fresh.. it takes "all you can eat" to Whole new level.. the portions are just enough too. Be sure to stop in when youre in town !

We just had dinner here today and we were so happy with the food and service! Everyone was so friendly. We came hungry and was glad to see there was already a good selection of food that was prepared while we waited for our sushi. There was a cool robot that delivered your food to you. It all came out pretty quickly and our drinks were always full. I'm so glad I brought my sister here while she visits from California. She LOVED the salmon and tuna tataki. I enjoyed the gyudon, salmon teriyaki, and the short ribs. My fiancé enjoyed his ramen and the sushi. Everything was fresh and delicious. We can't wait to come back again.

For an AYCE restaurant the quality if surprisingly good. Definitely a step above other AYCE in the area especially since a few have gone down hill after Covid. Between the robots and attentive servers food comes out quick and fresh. Good selection of anime like music if thats your thing.

Definitely worth a try! I ordered the karaage chicken bowl. There was a lot of chicken pieces and a heavy serving of "egg fried rice" underneath. Very filling, and very delicious. The chicken is fried, and it comes with green onion which breaks up the creamy richness from the egg and fried chicken flavors. It was so much food, I had leftovers to take home for lunch the next day. The entrees come with miso soup before the meal arrives at your table, so we were happy with the fried chicken skin appetizer and miso soup starter, then to finish it off with our entrees. We ordered 5 meals, so it wasn't like we were trying to get a freebie by any means. So since I was still in need of the specific meal, I braved the online ordering again, with the hopes I did it correctly. Very surprised and taken a back by the lack of "Good Customer" service, especially from a longtime local establishment.
