Went on a dinner date with a girlfriend [[HIGHLIGHT]]place was beautiful hotel super nice[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] ..services sucks super slow took over 30 mins to ask what we wanted and another 20 mins to bring out the two dishes we order because we were not staying any longer the food was good the beets are wow [[HIGHLIGHT]]the theme and layout of restaurant looks amazing[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]
[[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior of the restaurant and hotel are stunning![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I stopped in, the restaurant was quite busy but I was able to grab a seat for a cocktail.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The drinks are delicious and well thought out. The bartenders are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, it was such a nice experience especially with the live music.
After this poor experience I cannot recommend this place . This was my second time eating here during Sunday Asado. Everything was a big disappointment and most of all our waiter. This was in early June 2025. First they did not offer the same variety of meats like was available when I came in 2023 and the prices had increased. The meat was on the dryer side and was not the same quality from my previous experience. Everything tasted re-heated and lukewarm including the sides. Only the desert selection was great. Now for the service , the waiter seemed snippy and rushed despite the place being mostly empty. At times this waiter came across condescending when I asked about the wines and the selection of after dinner cordials. The meal was over $500 for two people and left much to be desired. After, I called to talk to the manager and was told he would call back , but of course I never heard from them. Honestly you would be better off going to Fogo de Chao
Had lunch here post beach day! Obviously got rained out in miami late August. We ordered some appetizers and the steak and it was all very delicious! I'd come back for dinner or lunch another time! Service at first was weird cuz we came in running from the beach, but after we put our cover ups on service got better lol.
Los Fuegos is a great Argentinian restaurant in the Faena hotel. The food was very tasty. We got the truffle gnocchi and the NY strip steak. There was a wonderful salad shaved from Brussels sprouts in addition. It was a bit hot outside, but the service was fantastic. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance was wonderful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Make sure to go see the gold wooly mammoth![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]
Fine dining in Miami isn't hard to find. Michelin restaurants on the other hand are few and far between. I couldn't make a trip to Miami without knocking off at least one fine dining experience and Los Fuegos by Francis Mallmann is where I decided to go! Located in the Faena hotel in Miami Beach, Los Fuegos is an upscale Argentinian steak house. Chef Francis Mallmann is a world famous chef and Argentina's most famous chef known for his open-fire cooking. You know this foodie had to try! Ambiance: 5 stars for the burlesque look! Wow! Service: 4 stars staff were nice but not all of them. I'll explain later in this review. Food: 5 stars Starter: There were no salads on the menu to my surprise. When I asked the waiter about salad options there was a house salad or a Brussel Sprout salad. I asked which one was best, he said his favorite was the Brussel Sprout salad. Roasted Brussel Sprouts peeled apart, in a creamy dressing, with shaved croutons and Parmesan cheese was one of the best salads I've ever eaten! Literally exceeded every expectation! Complementary bread was fresh, the butter was churned and smooth. I opted for the sea bass. Sea Bass is not easy to cook perfectly but Los Fuegos did an exceptional job at it! Plated beautifully on top of crispy black rice (looked green) this dish was absolutely delicious! Drinks were great! Back to service. This place is busy, as it should be, however the bar area is super crowded. The patio area is only great when weather is permitting. We sat on the patio even with a late reservation only to feel the wind hit us. All the other tables were taken to inner seating but because we didn't complain we sat in the cold windy chilled area. The server was just okay, they add the gratuity to the check so for me I felt that service may have been better if they didn't already know they were getting a tip. Our table didn't get dessert because of the weather. Overall, this is fine dining but worth every single penny!
Food - We ordered the meat parillada and mixed parillada, and beef empanada. Regarding the meat parillada, the meats were delicious, smokey, and tender. Definitely a perfect medium rare. For the seafood on the mixed parillada , the shrimp was fresh. The braziano was a bit dry. For $290 for one meat parillada, it may be a bit steep for the portions that you get. But the flavor is there. Regarding the need empanadas, the meat was tender and well seasoned, it was a perfect buttery, flaky crust Service - very professional and accommodating Ambiance - it was like a scene in the 80s, upscale restaurant, with live music, leopard printed sofas, and a jazz vibes. This restaurant is perfect for celebrations and romantic dinners. My only gripe is the high costs and low portions but the lives music and ambiance definitely makes it worthwhile.
Los Fuegos is the all day restaurant in the FAENA. The menu was created by Francis Mallman and is very good. For a hotel restaurant it is excellent.
The food was excellent.Everything we tried was delicious. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I also truly enjoyed the atmosphere and attention to detail- tables are made out of beautiful wood,live music.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It is not as loud as some restaurants in Brickell ,its very relaxing and pleasant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]It gives old money vibe.The service was spectacular.I feel bad I didn't take more pictures.
I loved it here! We went for Miami Spice. [[HIGHLIGHT]]First off, the decor and hotel is in a league of its own.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our waiter was excellent as well, Angel. We had the cheese empanadas, a la plancha, wood fired salmon and chocolate jar for dessert. The portions were decent and filling. I enjoyed every experience here and can't wait to come back!
One of the best dining experiences in Miami. From the perfect service, to the ritzy and sexy interior/location, to the mouthwateringly immaculate food- Los fuegos does not disappoint. I cannot say enough amazing things about the service and the location. This see and be seen spot is truly one of Miami's best- as seen with the double Michelin star to the property. The food- some of the most complex, intricate flavor profiles I've ever had. This truffle lasagne took me into another dimension. Birthday, proposal, girls night, celebration, perfect meal. You name it Los fuegos is THE spot to be.
Brunching at Los Fuegos in Faena is fabulous! As the valet takes your keys, you're automatically transported into a 1950's Art Deco Oasis...but yet so much better. The decor throughout the property is nothing short of AMAZING popping with vibrant colors, landscapes, and a magnitude of art pieces to wow the eyes. Los Fuegos outside patio area is my favorite with popping red colors in different fabrics and shades. As for the food, it's equally comparable to the surrounding views. You can't go wrong with the tater tots w salmon and whipped cream cheese n chives. Their green juices and baked goods are delicious too. Whether you're a local or tourist, visit this awesome masterpiece.
I wasn't impressed by Los Fuegos. The ambiance was the best part about the experience. The Brussels sprout salad starter was very good, but I had the Chilean sea bass and the prime New York strip. The sea bass was cold and lacked flavor. The strip was hot, and the cut of meat was mostly tender, but overall it lacked flavor as well. I also tried the gnocchi, which was different, but was missing something. For a unique twist on gnocchi it lacked flavor and seemed to miss the mark. I had a whiskey cocktail which was very subpar. Overall, Los Fuegos was good, the service was okay, but I don't think it's worth the $$$$. It was good enough to be tempted to try again and try different dishes, but I don't think it lives up to the hype.

Wow this was such an incredible experience, between the service, the live music, the professionalism. I was blown away at the table service, and attention to detail. They gave me a standing purse hanger for my bag. I loved that the changed out the silverware for each course. Now the food was absolutely delicious. I tried this location for Miami Spice. It was a great value with full sized portions, I felt satisfied and full. The lobster roll was melt in your mouth, while the bread was soft and crisp on the outside. The steak, superb, and the desert was the perfect ending sweet treat. The chocolate bar was my favorite. I'm a chocolate girl. read more
[[HIGHLIGHT]]Beautiful ambiance, and our server was great.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It opens up to the lounge, where there's live music every night, so you get to hear the music while you eat.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The beets and the sea bass are not to be missed. So delicious. The octopus was also good, and the tuna crudo was the only thing lacking. The drinks were also amazing- I highly recommend the spark and smoke and the spritz with mescal. We also came for breakfast- the açaí bowl, chia seed pudding, and fruit plate are excellent! read more

I had an amazing night here. Started with the beef tartare -- super fresh and flavorful -- then the Argentine wood-fired tenderloin, cooked perfectly with that smoky char. Finished with their new alfajores dessert (dulce de leche cheesecake with vanilla ice cream) and it was incredible. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The live music added to the whole atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The decor was dreamy and felt like a scene in an old Hollywood film.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Everyone -- from the bartenders to the hostesses -- was warm, respectful, and genuinely attentive. Felt really well taken care of. Definitely a spot I'd come back to. read more
Excellent service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Beautiful decor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our server was attentive and friendly without being overly intrusive. I was a little chilled and the hostess offered me a pashmina that I declined. A couple of my party ordered empanadas that are not pictured below. The empanadas were baked instead of the fried ones that I'm used to. We also ordered the Brussels sprouts. I had the chef special Mallmann's tenderloin and it was unique. It had a breadcrumb crust, cooked to a perfect medium. I love a soft boiled egg. The accompany boulangere potato was just ok. I wished that it had a chimichurri or anything herbaceous instead of the little dab of mustard. The rest of my party also enjoyed their steaks and everything overall. Los Fuegos really know their meats so bring your carnivore friends. Desserts were on point. I was supposed to be on a diet, but had to try a little bit of everything sweet. We were celebrating a birthday and our server comped us an off menu dulce de leche Mille fueille. Good food. Fantastic nite. read more
This restaurant inside Faena, by Chef's Table Francis Mallmann, is a must while you are staying at the hotel. We tried both the lunch and dinner while staying at the hotel, as well as the Sunday Asado (BBQ on Sunday, with the same food but a semi pre-fixed menu). Throughout all 3 meals, we tried several menu items including the cheese and beef empanadas, tuna tartare, roasted cauliflower, prime beef tartare, Chilean sea bass, burrata, skirt steak, and the beef tenderloin "Milanesa". The Milanesa and the empanadas (at lunch, NOT at the BBQ) were by far the best thing on the menu. I think everything else was ok, but not mind-blowing. Nothing was "memorable" to either of us. It is a cool ambiance, with very fancy red and gold decor, and live music playing over in the Living Room. Service was exceptional and treated us well. The BBQ was a fun concept (you can watch everything being cooked, and sit out on the Veranda), but overall thought the food was (surprisingly) less fresh than both lunch and dinner inside the restaurant. Felt like the BBQ was very rushed, and overall was NOT worth the hefty price. read more

The "Parrilla" at Los fuegos is fire! It's delicious and has a great variety of meats you'll enjoy. The environment is luxurious, calm and the entertainment superb. I definitely recommend a visit to Los Fuegos and definitely ask for their martinis. They are to die for. I would be remiss to not mention the service and hospitality felt when you are in the dining area which is excellent. From entering Faena to walking into the dining area it is a beautiful experience you should not deprive yourself. read more

The best service, hands down in Miami. The food. is phenomenal and the ambiance is unmatched. Unsent recently for the Miami Spice Menu and was not let down. I strayed away from my usual and ordered the LUMACONI PASTA AND BLACK TRUFFLE RICOTTA, which was a mouth watering and unexpected dish. It was full of flavor and the pasta was crispy on the edges which made it very interesting. The Ricotta Truffle was so creamy and had the perfect aroma. The decor is eclectic. There is indoor, outdoor, couch and chair seating. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and there is usually a DJ or live music. The staff are always friendly and willing to make the experience a great one. Would definitely recommend for a night out. The hotel is spectacular and the grounds are beautiful. read more
Wow, what an immaculate night! Located inside the Faena hotel, Los Fuegos immediately, transports you to another world, outside of Miami. The vibes and ambiance are truly spectacular. We arrived and hung out by the bar at first and enjoyed a few espresso martinis -- as an espresso martini lover, I'd confidently say this one was 10/10. We were then seated in the main dining area and ordered a few bites to try. We ordered: Prime Beef Tartare, empanadas, mushroom pasta and creme brulee. All the food was delicious but the beef tartare was definitely my favorite! The service was one of my favorite parts about my experience, from the server to the hostess and the busers, everyone was so knowledgeable, sweet and hospitable. We then moved into the bar area and enjoyed some life jazz music... my favorite. Overall Los Fuegos was definitely a night to remember. read more
Made brunch reservations ahead of time for my fiancée's birthday celebration in Miami. After arriving on time, we were ushered to our table and told to immediately order all appetizers and entrees because the kitchen closes at 4:00pm (our reservation was for 3:00pm). We were then told we could not order from the normal menu and were instructed to order from a limited one. After awkwardly but politely ordering, random plates of food began appearing all over the place. Not one server knew where to place any of the dishes, causing chaos. Mind you, we still had not ordered our cocktails. After eating our food and getting our cocktail 35 minutes into brunch, nobody returned to our table. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We soon found out about a dessert buffet located inside (where I had requested to sit, but we were put outside next to the service station) and helped ourselves.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I mentioned to the hostess my dissatisfaction on the way to the restroom, and to not create a scene because that's not my style. She insisted on me talking to the manager when I returned. I waited for the manager and explained our weird experience. He did not seem to care and offered no help. I followed up with a private review to the restaurant via email and have yet to hear anything back more than a month later. I usually don't leave many negative reviews but now I'm here. The restaurant knew they were accommodating a large brunch and did not think to reach out and say the kitchen would be closing so soon, or mention anything about a limited menu. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nor did they say we would be sitting outside after requesting inside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Not to mention how unqualified the service was for such a sought after hotel. The hotel and restaurant claims to portray excellence and swagger, but this is definitely a false facade. read more

This place is great! Talk about feel good vibes. The lights, the mood, the music, the food... yasssss Came here for thanksgiving and skipped the Turkey. The beet salad is sooo good. Chilean sea bass with that crispy black rice is amazing! Steak with chefs name- very good Cocktails: The smoke and mirrors cocktail was not worth $25- all that ice. Sorry but this should be mind blowing. Live music at the bar! Bonus. read more
I had the best experience at Los Fuegos to celebrate my friend's bachelorette. The restaurant is located within Faena and the dining room's absolutely gorgeous. The live music was definitely the highlight - All the singers had great voices and they walked around serenading the crowd. While waiting for our table to be ready, I ordered the Faena Whisper at the bar. It was so refreshing and one of the better cocktails I've had in Miami. As for food, I shared the Chilean sea bass and butternut squash with someone else. The fish was cooked perfectly; It was moist, firm, and fell into flakes as expected. It went well with the crispy black rice on the bottom. Butternut squash had an interesting presentation... It was like a blob drenched in white and green sauces. The butternut squash definitely didn't arrive looking that appetizing, but it was so flavorful with all the sauces. I had such a blast here and I highly recommend Los Fuegos! Food and experience was A+. read more

Came here for a work dinner and we were a group of 18 people. When arriving our tabke had been set outside, we asked if we could please be moved inside as Miami summer is no joke but they did not do anything for us (the person at the front desk was not very nice about it). We had a few platters family style, the chicken, morcilla and steak were pretty good but my absolute favorite was the desert. Their flan is to die for. Overall, it was good, just recommend sitting inside if you go! read more

Evening started great at the bar. Bartender, cocktails, vibe...all a great start to our date. The band was fantastic. Then it was time for our dinner reservation and it went downhill from there. The service and the food do not match the prices. Problem Points: - Multiple food items were not hot. We had to send one of them back it was so undercooked - Pasta was clumped together - when staff wiped down tables, they didn't wipe under the lamps/plants - wine was poured haphazardly into glasses at uneven levels - table would get half bussed. Some items taken and some left - awkward to have a table display selling to-go pastries as you are checking in with the hostess. - we also watched as a couple entered the restaurant to find their friend, who had already been seated. No one escorted them, so they were left to wander the large restaurant. Embarrassing. Sadly I was so excited to find an amazing venue to host future events for my company and I just can't recommend it after this experience. Three stars for the bar, band and ambiance. read more
I was a little disappointed by this place. When paying these type of prices I expect better service. We first went to their " living room " area without knowing; we were left waiting there for a good 10min saying someone would be with us shortly, to then be told we were at the wrong entrance. While having dinner my friend had finished her plate before me and it was immediately removed. We shared the artichoke appetizer as well as the burrata pear and prosciutto both were good. As a main i had the sea bass also good but nothing special. For desert i had the dulce de leche flan, it was hard and heavy. Parking is difficult just like many places in Miami Beach so Uber or Valet. read more

This is a review for dinner during Miami Spice -- I had an excellent meal! For $60, I tried the grapefruit salad, branzino, and toasted almond pavlova. The salad was surprisingly flavorful and filling and the branzino had perfectly crispy skin. I really enjoyed my meal here. Also, my server was extremely attentive and welcoming. Service and ambience were both outstanding. Our service team did an excellent job of checking--in and offering suggestions. Professional and engaging service. The dining room is lovely and the live music from the Living Room was superb. Music maybe a little loud at first but we adjusted quickly. The disappointing part of the evening was the food. The eggplant was cold and not visually appealing, the empanadas were not good, lacking presentation and flavor from a high rated restaurant. My skirt steak was cooked well but had no seasoning or flavor so I requested salt and pepper which is a no-no in fine dining. My wife's branzino was good but lacking presentation with too much cold yogurt sauce and just a little quinoa. As foodies, not a great dining experience for $ spent. Going back to the Living Room for the live music, not the food. read more
