The menu has a lot of unique choices; such as Kimchi fried rice (Sunny's mom's recipe), Shrimp & Sausage Po'Boy, and more. I ordered Sunny's hamburger. It was great and I loved the fries. The fresh baked brioche bun was the delicious. Sunny came by our table and talked with us. He and his staff are very kind and courteous. It feels like home. I liked the chilaquiles. I wonder if they come with mild sauce? But the French toast was really good. It's also homemade so that's a plus. The also have freshly squeezed orange juice. Walked in and was greeted + sat immediately!! I got the berry waffle and other members of the group got the chicken and waffles and omlette! Waffles were extremely fluffy and soft, as well as the chicken being cooked to perfection with the perfect layer of golden crust!! The staff was extremely friendly and the restaurant was very well taken care of, no dirt in sight and no tables sitting longer than 1 minute! At the end of our meal we were treated with CHEESECAKE which absolutely topped my dining experience! The omelette was perfectly done & delicious, especially with the green salsa on top. The brioche French toast was thick & topped with berries (strawberries, blueberries & blackberries) house made whipped cream & was also very good. The home style potatoes were especially good being red potatoes cooked with cooked with onions & bell peppers. The owner/chef came out and greeted us asking how things were. We walked in on a monday around 1pm, there was about 3 people dining in and a few open tables. When we walked in we were greeted and told to sit where ever. The waitress brought us water and then we ordered 2 cold brews ($3 each) and it was really good. I felt bad for the waitress she was handling all the tables by herself... I think I saw the bus boy come by more than 6 times to pick up plates which was funny because no one was serve their food. The French Toast bread was delicious. Paired well with the thick meat and cheese inside. AND they did NOT drown it in powdered sugar- which is a pitfall of some places.
