    Fresh hot coffee with refills.

Had a great, fresh, hot, delicious breakfast here on a Friday morning while in town visiting my daughter at school. Fast and friendly service. Fresh hot coffee. Reasonably priced. A fun local spot. Definitely worth a try if you're a diner fan.

The Sunnyside didn't disappoint. My first time there so I had no expectations at all. It's a little dated inside and could use a remodel in my opinion - or at least a fresh coat of paint and some freshening up. Our server was attentive but could have been a little quicker based on the crowd size there. I ordered the denver omelet which is actually a western but they call it a denver. The food was made and brought to the table promptly. The home fries could have been browned more and made more crispy but everyplace does it a bit differently. All said and done the service was good, the food was tasty, and the coffee was hot. If it didn't need a makeover on the inside I would have given it 5 stars.... Thank you for a great breakfast place...

I stopped here for breakfast before going to work, and had a great experience. Served was friendly, food came quickly and we were able to leave quickly. If you're looking for a small diner with decent breakfast food, this place is pretty good! My French toast sandwich was decent, although I did wish I got an omelette instead when my parents got theirs! The omelettes are pretty large, and definitely would be my choice if I come back again. My mom pointed out that her toast was very over buttered, but that's standard for most diners that I've been to, and is more of a nitpick than a complaint. Overall, this was a decent diner with decent food and the service is quick.

Very friendly owner and sister. I was looking for a place to eat that is different from where I would usually go. This place when I first walked in I was very welcomed by the owner and her sister who are my waitress. Service. The service was wonderful. They checked all of my tables and rigorously. Food. The food was great I had the homemade chorizo and eggs and loaded home fries. Give this place a chance. The people are wonderful and the food is good Story about the Chorizo. The chorizo is freshly made by a company in Massachusetts. I can definitely taste the paprika in this dish.

I found this place via yelp (thanks yelp) after my boyfriend and I were undecided about what we wanted to eat. Sunnyside Restaurant has ample parking, spacious seating inside, and a huge menu selection of both breakfast and lunch options at very affordable prices. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. our order came out in record speed and the meal portions were perfect. Oh and they had awesome wall decor and a cool paper towel machine in the bathroom which reminded me of early 1990s. If you like Twin Peaks then you'd probably dig this place. I'll definitely visit again!

So I'm currently addicted to the blueberry pancakes here. The coffee is also pretty great, and the staff are super friendly and attentive. Older building, well-established mom n pop style breakfast joint that feels welcoming and homey. No frills, and easy on the wallet. The place is clean and there is plenty of parking. Quick turn over; never experienced too long a wait. Most often there is no wait around 11a. The only thing here that I have a problem with is how small the bathroom is. Lol. Delicious breakfast....Seriously small bathroom.

Small breakfast spot located on a busy road 117 in Warwick. It wasn't very busy but they took our information, had plenty of sanitizer readily available and tables were spaced apart. Nothing reusable was on the tables and everything provided to us was one time use. The servers were great and they had some specials but I opted for the Hash Benedict which was a great choice. Hash was crispy, potatoes were crispy and eggs were well poached. The Hollandaise was a little clumpy but I had asked for it on the side anyway so not sure if it just got that way. It's good diner breakfast food. The servers are nice and it's clean.

We now try to come back as often as you can when we are in town today we had time after my hubby's doctors appointment so we stopped in and grabbed coffee and a sandwich. they're tuna fish is fantastic. The service is spot on people are greeted when they in the door. They explain what they have. So we never really have to question what it is. They also tell you what specials they have going on today whether it be coffee or a sandwiches, etc. It's small inside. There's only about six tables but we like sitting outside because it's like six picnic tables out there and lots of seeds even though it's on the main street it's really not that bad. It's right across from a bus stop with the buses pull in turn around and go back out. It is kind of a busy street. We know that today but it doesn't seem overly busy. Just make sure you cross in the crosswalk type of thing. It's right up the street from assisted living and from the ocean you can grab sandwiches and stuff and eat there down the street and sit on little benches on the water and have your lunch and see the boats and stuff floating out in the harbor it's really very nice quiet beautiful location.

Horrible customer service…read more My wife and I ordered Avocado toasts (which were fine), which was listed on the menu above the counter as $6.99, but we were charged $7.99. When I asked about why we were charged more, I was simply told by the person at the counter that that was the price listed on the tablet they were using and that the menu above the counter must be out of date. I'm much less concerned about the overcharge $2 ($1 per order) than the attitude toward the customer evidenced by the person at the counter and, especially, the management, who should keep the menu above the counter up-to-date and instruct the staff to honor posted prices. I don't expect anyone to don sack-cloth and ashes over the overcharge, but someething like, "Oh, I'm sorry. We need to change the menu. I'll refund you two dollars" would have been nice. Posting a price and then charging a higher one, in addition to probably being a violation of deceptive trade practice law, is dishonest.

I love that the owner Shannon is often around and all the baristas seem to genuinely care that you are happy with your visit. I'm here usually at least twice a week and I really have to talk myself out of heading in more often. The seasonal lattes are always so delicious. Not too sweet and well thought out flavors. They make their own syrups and truly keep things original. For food I'll go with a bagel or one of their toasts on high fiber bread. I like that both the bagels and bread are from other Rhode Island small businesses. While the space is small the vibes are strong. It really feels like a community there. They ended up giving my a egg & cheese on A bagel but it was still very good! They don't use a cheap microwaved egg like some places do either. (The croissant is also a good option!) But let's be real here... that's not why I wait 7 cars deep most early mornings in a drive thru line... The cinnamon rolls are the reason. These things just hit every time man. They arnt really anything over the top like a thick cinnamon bun out of your oven or anything like that. They are your simple cinnamon roll with icing on it not frosting but they are just so delicious - easily the standout. (Sometimes they run out!) They're mostly known for their coffee, and you can tell. They have a hoping business and everyone usually leaves with a coffee amongst other options like their bagels or baked goods. Inside is pretty small with very little seating so not the best place to get any work done or hangout. Overall, they are a very busy place and most people put an online order in to beat the crowd. Nope! none of the above. Instead of cases filled with dainties as one would expect in a bakery, there were maybe a couple dozen (at best) of pastries that made you think of something someone would bring to work for the coffee room. And coffee. Lots and lots of coffee of all kinds and flavors. So, let's call this store what it really is...a coffee shop with a very small assortment of not-so-fancy pastries. Last point: because I did need a small item for a special occasion and didn't have time to make another stop, I caved and purchased a little lemon cake the size of a cupcake. It was $6!! While it was nice and lemony and not too sweet, it was grainy. Needless to say, I won't go back again. However I need to say the people working there are simply lovely. That's the only reason I didn't give a rating of "1".
