My friends have been here before, and recommended it. However when we arrived it was clear that the ambience was much different than the photos. We didn't end up eating there so I can't review the food, and the workers were very pleasant, but the vibe of this place is definitely like dive bar and hookah, not really what the pictures show. It would be awesome to hang out with some friends and smoke some hookah, but if you're gonna sit on the patio you kind of can't avoid the smoke, which is the main reason we left. read more

Good portion size but the beef was so over cooked and they never asked how we wanted it cooked. Very bland and the chicken was slightly better but not tender at all. The overall vibe of the place was not what I was expecting. I went for brunch for my birthday with three other people, and we were seated right away which was nice. The food was subpar. Nothing wonderful or memorable but not bad. The menu says hush puppies on the appetizer sampler, but they were out :( this was very disappointing being from Mississippi. Definitely NOT the place to go. Our server, Liliana, took over 30 minutes just to give us our FIRST round of drinks, AND WE STILL DIDN'T GET OUR DRINKS. She came back to say that the bartenders switched shifts so she had to re-enter the order, so we had to wait even longer. Like it took so long we forgot we even ordered drinks. Then she brought out one drink, which was the the wrong drinks, and then came back 10 mins later with our other 2 drinks. We ordered another round and an appetizer, and again, took over 45 mins and still didn't get a drink or our appetizer. Very disappointing, and such a waste of time. The drinks were water down, and sever only checked on our table 3 times during the whole duration of our 3+ hour dinning session there. THEN, when we finally got our appetizer, it was burned and they "ran out of sauce" for the appetizer that took over 30 mins to come out. I swear EVERY. TIME. she came to the table there was problem. Genuinely speaking. I love going to try new places. I've send this multiple times on instagram with their great looking pictures. Unfortunately a lot of the things I saw were not the same as I saw on social media. Seating was fast since there wasn't too much traffic. We went on a cold night and the heaters outside (on the left side) weren't close enough for us to get heat. I did like their private rooms, it's a nice feature. I saw their mini patio. I don't consider it a rooftop. If there's a lot of people, it may feel crowded. I ordered a burger, it was honestly delicious. I also got some fruity drinks, unfortunately they were not sweet and strong (not a great mix). A strong drink only tastes good when it's sweet. The staff, they were ok, friendliness at a 2.5 out of 5. I'm not saying this to put them down/disrespect. It's just my honest experience. The parking is fair. Recently went here for New Year's Eve and the service was horrible. Got seated before the countdown and were suppose to get a bottle of champagne to celebrate and even reminded our server that we didn't receive the bottle and her response was that we would get our glass and bottle before the countdown. Mind you, It was 11:50pm which was 10 mins before midnight. We didn't get it until after the countdown. Our server was very unprofessional and would rather mingle instead of assisting me and my group. She took me and my wife's order and completely forgot to get my sister in law and her boyfriend's order that was sitting literally across from us. Whenever my wife would speak she would cut her off, apologize for cutting her off but proceeded to keep doing so. For the food, that's a whole other story. Food quality was trash, I've had microwaveable food that tasted better. When it was time to go I asked for the check, my wife asked for the check, my sister in law and her boyfriend asked for the check from the server. She never brought it. We waited for 45 plus we used uber because we didn't want to drink and drive and the driver pulled up. It took for all of us to walk out for them to come to use and now we were the a holes. Moral of the story, I'll just stay home next time smh. I wish I knew the name of the server but it's not that serious, just won't go back here again. So, this place was a recommendation to me from a few friends. To bad. I'm not a fan. So I bought a ticket for comedy night. When I get there the guy (ginard or something, he runs the comedy part I guess) tries to charge me. I show them I have a ticket and he goes to the host and asks her what do we do. She said he has a ticket already let him in.. he says no, we gotta charge him something. Let's give him a two drink minimum.. how are u gonna add a 2 drink minimum. And I dont want to be confused and treated like one of ur enemies. The service is a mixed batch as on one end JENNY is one of the best servers ( give her some love if you happen to see her). But other than her, service was just awful. This chick with glasses and curly hair, named Helen i suppose, rudely told us " you have to buy drinks even if you are here just to hangout" even before we sat down on out chairs. Later, when Jenny went on the break and even after her shift, we did not received any service, even after multiple asks. How do you have bottomless mimosas when you can see five empty pitchers and it takes 45 plus minutes to refill? The food was served cold to most of the table, there was no order in the place, and they were extremely understaffed. The manager blamed us for 4 additional people joining a 15 top table. You sat us down knowing there were additional people and failed to communicate the basics with the table. Two hours later and you blaming the guest for cold food, still excuses as to why it's taking so long to get the food(hop yourself to BOH), dry and overcooked food ........ CHANGE YOUR PROFESSION! Some highlights: - Waitresses hitting the vape pen in between serving drinks - No tap waters - Ordering is a nightmare - Fight stream went down right before main event I ordered a 10 piece of wings and fries. 45 minutes later I get 9 wings, half of which were cold, like they were in the fridge. The fries were cold too. I ask to get the wings warmed up (honestly could've been in the microwave) they tell me it will take another 15 minutes. Guess what didn't happen? 30 minutes later I was getting ready to leave so I go up to the counter and say I want a refund for my wings. Hostess asks "what kind of wings were they, are these it?" And then pulls out a plate of wings. I said it was too late and just wanted a refund, so I pulled out the card I used to order there. After waiting 5 minutes she just hands me a 20.
