I paid like $30 for the deluxe pedi, $12 for a basic mani, extra $5 for gel removal from prior visit, and I just got regular polish so no additional upcharge. I came in on a Tuesday evening. I tried calling several times for an appointment but the line was busy. However, I decided to stop in to see if anyone was available for a mani/pedi. When I got there, there was 2 other clients and several seats open. Glad I stopped in. The service I received was excellent. Look, I don't care to make conversation while getting my nails done. I'm there to pamper myself, not entertain myself or others with a convo. I put my headphones in, and close my eyes. I thought the guy whom did my mani, did a great job. He was so polite and patient with me. I also tried reading a textbook while in the nail seat. He was so attentive that he waited a moment for me to turn the page before I switched hands without any attitude. Just reminds me of crappy customer service I used to settle for ridden with attitude. I was glad I paid a lil extra for a 15 min for massage. It was great. And I happened to watch the time and know the lady didn't skimp on my massage. I enjoyed this minty lotion she used for my pedi. I drove all the way from the Bay Area just to take my little sis out the treat her for her birthday. Long story short, we wanted to do our nails, so my other younger sister recommended this place. Glad we went here. It was like one hour before they close and we had three of us. They were able to accommodate us. The service was good. The place amenities look new and very clean place. The lady that did my gel manicure did an excellent job. It lasted me 2 weeks. I had a terrible experience with my first gel manicure. Paid a lot of money and it lasted only 3 days. I've been coming to this shop for quite some time and I have to say that they are the most consistent shop in Elk Grove. Lisa is my favorite nail tech and I've had good pedicures from most everyone who works in here! In the past I've had issues with other shops with lifting, brittle or just plain messy work. I don't have this issue here and it's the reason I'm a regular. They do nail art, pink and whites, coffin, almond, you name it. Bring a photo and they will go above and beyond to give you the desired end results. Lisa and Lyn run a top notch shop and it shows with full chairs at nail stations and in the pedicure chairs. Came in got a pedi/mani from 2 different women, the one that did my pedi was younger, tall, and thin. She was ok but cut me on both toes and its sore now. As soon as she was done she passed me off to another older lady with long nails and wears glasses. She was very very rough! She cut my hand and complain my nail was short. I've been going here for the past few services and have always been satisfied. My favored technician is Vanna. She's informative and friendly. Best yet, she gives great recommendations and shows sincerity. She enjoys the environment and it's always a pleasure going there. There are levels of service and basics are still nice. I usually get gel services for mani pedis and my nails grow fast. By two and a half weeks it's time for changes. The finishing product is able to remain without problems or a need to return back to salon for a fix. The facility doesn't have that distinct smell and I watch their cleanliness, which is upkept. There is always someone answering the phone if a person calls. I think the only concern would be the wait times for service with walk ins. However, I call ahead and schedule it in and have never had that issue. Sometimes just an hour before. I would recommend that. I actually just did that for my next upcoming service and have already brought my husband and best friend along. read more

Yo this place is AMAZING. My gripe with a lot of nail salons in EG is that they are either super lazy with the cleaning process of your nails. Not here! They take their time and are super thorough about cleaning your cuticles/giving you the whole massage. Paid $60 for a gel pedicure and gel manicure. (And that's with a spa pedi) Definitely worth it considering lots of places charge $30 for a gel MANICURE without the feet. I'd say that's worth it. The girl who did my nails was so sweet, friendly, and about her details. BESt Hand massage ever!! I think her name was Venna? I don't know if I am spelling it correctly. It was time to get nails done again and today I was taken care of by Cindy! She has done my full set and pedicure before and she did such a good job so I was glad that she took care of me again. Starting off with my pedicure she did great! I was trying not to fall asleep by the time she was done and ready to do my full set because I was so relaxed and my feet were given some TLC. We did an ombré full set that turned out amazing. She convinced me to stay with the pink tone for the bottom half rather than going with a peachy//orange and I'm so glad I listened to her because she was right. I've never been happier with how a set turned out and an ombré style has been on my list of nail designs I wanted to try for awhile now. I always make an appointment with Teresa for my gel pedicures. She always takes me upon arrival and does not keep me waiting (which seems to be a reoccurring issue at other nail salons). My gel pedicure lasts for weeks without lifting or chipping because Teresa does a wonderful job. She does not rush her work no matter how busy it gets. If Teresa is unavailable, I would highly recommend requesting Lynn. She speaks English fluently and is very professional as well. read more

I got a full acrylic gel set and their service was good but I was cut a couple of times and the acrylic on my right side was thicker than my left. The acrylic monomer powder and gel got all over my fingers and I had to scrape it off myself and it was kind of difficult. I live within walking distance of this place and have been coming here for 10 years when it was Bella. I've always had pleasant service and honest charges on my card. This place has a sign that says cash tips only. I usually pay in cash but this time i had a card and $10 in my pocket. When i went to pay, it was supposed to be $32 and she charged $37. I asked why and she said i got gel. I did not get gel. She said something else and i said no. She called the owner over who apologized and in the end i said i had cash for tips but she overcharged me. So i said leave it, she can just keep the $5. Today, the charge went through, changed from pending $37 to posting $42! Amex is refunding me $5, but i HATE the fraud and if this is what they do, i will no longer patronize this place. read more

My first time here was phenomenal. Unfortunately my return was not. The man who did my service dropped the foot scrubber on the floor, picked it up and tried to continue use it on my feet. I got a pedi with the scrub, parrafin and a nice massage. I totally relaxed, I was done in an hour which is geat.
