I've always passed by Super A's and they always seemed to be busy at night and on the weekends, so I thought I would finally give it a try! I came around brunch time on a Friday and was not too busy. But as I was finishing up eating, business was starting to pick up and there were quite a few tables that were full. It was not too loud inside and we sat by the window as it seemed a little dim inside so there was at least some natural light that came in. My friend and I got seated right away and staff were very friendly. Complimentary chips and salsa were served, and the chips were nice and crispy while the salsa had a nice little kick of spice to it. I ordered the beef and cheese enchiladas which came with rice and beans. The food also came out pretty fast. The enchiladas were tasty while it was not too salty or dry on the inside, and it was nice to balance it out with some of the beans and rice as well. My boyfriend and I visited this location on a busy Sunday morning. We were greeted and seated by the host right away. We've been to this location many times and each time there customer service is equally great. They have a family owned business vibe to them (I'm not sure if they are family owned) but they make you feel right at home. Their menu looked slightly different, but I was happy to see my favorite plate was still on there! I got the desayuna vaquero, it is the perfect plate if you are indecisive like me. It comes with chorizo and asada, beans, a piece of cheese, eggs and your choice of tortillas. This reminds me a lot of the bfast I have when I visit Mexico. Although their menu says this dish comes with rice and beans mine only came out with beans but it was still just as delicious! Was in the area doing shopping at south coast and decided to stop by for a late breakfast here off of a recommendation from a friend. This spot did not disappoint. Had the chilaquiles and eggs. Everything was fresh and good. Only thing that was a bit underwhelming was the salsa. If they had a solid salsa here this place would definitely be a go to which it probably already is. This is a hidden gem for carne asada fries! Fries are crisp but soft, all the toppings are fresh, and you're given a generous portion. It didn't come with pico de gallo but easy to add on. It's tender, has the right amount of fat, and is flavorful!! I also tried their carne asada burrito and carnitas burrito. The carnitas burrito was rather average to me, but the carne asada burrito was bomb! Again, it was their delicious meat that really made that burrito good. This sit down restaurant has a wide selection of Mexican food and it's pretty authentic and good. I usually get combo plates whenever I go for a bite of this craving but I hardly have cooking that can compare to home. From the tortillas, to the beans and rice, this place has pretty good value for their food. Came here on a Friday morning around 11:00am. This place was not too busy around lunch so seating was readily available upon entry. The ambiance of the restaurant is nice as cozy. It feels very casual and friendly inside. I ordered a wet burrito. Nachos and salsa comes with every table which is always a plus.
