Since I order something deep fried I thought it would take a long time but I was in and out within 15 minutes. The food hall itself is very spacious and has plenty of seating. Ota Tofu is one of my favorite spots in Portland for their amazingly fresh tofu, and it's right across from this ramen shop. Sadly, the tofu they used here was fried to a crisp, lost most of its flavor and had an unpleasant, sharp texture.
