Decided to try this place out since visiting gilroy outlets. When walking in place is older, cashier was rude, our food was cooked with old grease. We gathered our garbage in the baskets they give you your food in. As we were walking out one of the workers a guy yells out next we need to throw our trash out. This is the first and last time I ever come here! I can't believe the audacity make his way outside and yell in front of all the customers. Your place is not clean and very outdated be for real!! Tasty food but make sure that you don't go too close to closing time or you will have to hear the girl at the counter complain about customers coming in to pay her wages too close to closing time. 8 pm closing time means that customers will come in and order until 8. It was made more uncomfortable by being told that we had to take it to go because they close at 8 (we ordered at 7:45p). Probably why this place doesnt come up in our household very often like it used to. Customers should still be valued. read more

Love this small town , family owned burger joint ! In an older building,it is very clean inside , you can see the grill from the counter & it is a very clean & neat kitchen. I have eaten here many times and never gotten ill afterward . In fact , I would have to say its one of my favorite takeout burgers in the country ! The prices are very reasonable ! They also offer great chili and hot dogs.We like to split a large fry , and I love that they have crushed ice .The staff is very polite and quick .Everyone seems to speak either Spanish or English your choice ,my order always comes out just the way I want . OMG!!! What a gem! The food was delicious...definitely coming back again even though its 2 hours from home. I ordered the super double cheeseburger and it was made to perfection. I enjoyed every bit of it. My fiance had the chicken sandwich and he was impressed with the breading. He enjoyed the nice crunch to every bite. We both agree the fries here were some of the best fries we have ever tried. The seasoning was delicious & the cut gave more surface area..so it had a nice crisp on the outside and was soft in the inside. We also shared zucchini sticks and those were fried perfectly as well. We were given 2 ranch and I asked if we could get 2 more. They immediately said yes without hesitation and did not charge. Yes, the food was delicious. But what was even more impressive was the customer service. The 2 gentlemen working were very polite. I couldn't believe customer service like this still exists in this day and age. Eating here reminded me of my childhood; mom and pop type of burgers and fries joint in the neighborhood, where you'll walk with your cousins or siblings whenever you get the chance. I went with the bacon cheeseburger and my niece got the chicken sandwich. Bacon is important and it was perfectly crisp and thick. The lettuce, tomatoes and onions were fresh. I'm not a huge crinkle cut fries person, but these were crispy on the outside, yet soft and hot on the inside. We also ordered a side of the mozzarella sticks, so good! I grew up eating these burgers. Reminds me of home. Been eating at the original location (before the renovations) since I was a kid. I currently live in the Bay Area but raised in Porterville, Ca. I lived down the street from the owners. One weekend, my girlfriend and I decided to go to Gilroy Outlets. We were craving burgers so we went on Yelp. Saw the name and it caught my eye. Same name, same menu and same quality service. We had to go here. I even saw the signatures sauce they use on the burgers. As soon as we came in, the worker greeted us. I already knew what to order. For my girlfriend and I, we got two Big Meals and an order of the mushrooms. A Big Meal is a Double Cheese burger with their sauce, pickles, lettuce, tomato and onion, large fries and large drink. The mushrooms are fired mushrooms covered in batter and comes with ranch on the side. The food came out just like the original location. After a long day of shopping at the Outlets, this was the cure. I am super glad there is a Super Burger 1 hour away from me instead of 4 hours away. read more

Burger mania! I really cant stop myself from recommending this burger joint. It used to be a burger place before but now they've got better cooks. My family and i get the burgers with angus beef. I love these burgers. I have to get it cut in half because they fill me up fast. We always order the meals with the fries that are very very good. Better than burger king fries. Its not actually a drive in, more of a hole in the wall. Simple sit down place, no frills (meaning no ac, you pick up your order at the counter, get your own condiments). I ordered the deluxe cheese meal and my bf got the chicken sandwich meal. My burger had a nice char. The place is a bit dingy (not unhygienic or anything but there were flies since the door was left open to get air) but overall food was decent and cheap.
