I needed to have them put in some tires I bought online. I called in and they did not have 255 40 18 sized tires, so I found them online and brought them to the shop. The gentleman changing my tires was extremely rude. I explained that I only wanted to get my tires changed for 25$ as advertised on the phone and he said it was 25$ + 5$ for getting rid of the tires, I said no, I can get rid of the old tires myself easily. After that, he was rude and yelled at me for not telling him where the rims where immediately. He changed the tires in like 5 minutes. The easiest 25$ he ever made in his life. Afterwards, he said my used tires I purchased were damaged on the side and I'm like so you put them in knowing they were slightly damaged now did you want to remove them now for another fee? He said no they are fine. Ok, thanks for letting me know but there's nothing wrong with the used tires. I will not be coming back to this location just based on that rudeness. There are so many tire places that can replace a tire for 25$ without the attitude and this place is not special. He also did not check my air afterwards or rebalance my tires. I repeat. HE DID NOT CHECK MY AIR AFTERWARDS ON ALL MY TIRES OR REBALANCE!!!! What lazy worker. This was an overall terrible experience. Save yourself the time effort and avoid "Super Cheap Tires" unless you want "Super Cheap Rudeness" and "Super Cheap Worker" along with it. do not buy tires from this place. the business is inappropriate and non compliant with the well known business ethic and law which precludes all business from "bait and switch advertising". that is, you call and ask them if they have a specific size of tire. you then ask if the size of tire is in a specific type, make and model and he confirms they have them. upon arriving, you find they lied over the phone to lure you into the shop because they say the don't have the exact tire, but indeed have the needed size. it's becomes clear that their bait and swicth tactic is meant to get you in to buy new or different tires. one might think that there must have been some misunderstanding in communication about the latter, but their phone rep indeed confirmed the type. otherwise, the guy is only justifying the word cheap as in they are cheap enough to think they cant legally cheat the consumer. i am reporting. last, it's clear they do not have the adequate tools and room available to do their work safely. please do not give them your business!!!!!!!!!!! read more

NOT RECOMMENDED! Bought a new tire. Installed it myself after so it's not punctured. Does not hold air. TPS said 17psi when I installed it. Filled it up to 36psi. Didn't even get to drive on it and it went back down to 23PSi. Filled it back up to 37 now just waiting to see if it'll go back down read more

I googled a few places around my house because I noticed one of my four tires was from 2010. At twelve years old, this thing is a ticking time bomb. All the big name tire websites I found online had nothing less than $100 for one tire (size 225/65 R17). Stopped at super cheap tires (accidentally passed their entrance but circled back) and one of the guys helped me right away. Told him that I needed just one tire, didn't matter new or used and that the one I'm replacing is from 2010. He went across the street to check to see what they had. Two other cars that came before me were being helped at the same time, so they had plenty of guys despite the small parking area. 10 mins later the guys came back with three tires, one for me and two for the other customer being helped. He showed me the one he found in my size, a Michelin X-Tour from 2019. Still had good tread, much better than the one I currently had- and he said he'd sell it for $50! Final price was $51.50 but I believe that's because I paid with credit card, but no big deal, he replaced and installed for me and I was out of there in less than 30 mins from when I first arrived at their shop. read more

They will lie to you. I went for an alignment to the Keyes Street location. They said yes, we do alignments. I even showed them Google translate "I need a wheel alignment." They replaced my tires instead... As I was paying for the service I didn't ask for, América apologized and said "Go to the Monterey Highway location. The alignment will be free because our mistake." She gave me the wrong street address. I googled it, and she said "Sorry! Yes, that one. They will know it's free." I went to the Monterrey Location, they said they couldn't do it for free. They called the Keyes Street location, then still said they couldn't do it for free. They said they need to make repairs before they could do the alignment and to pick it up tomorrow. They gave me the work order with a promised time of completion of 3pm. I tried to call them, but their number listed online isn't in service... I arrive at 4 and it's not ready. I called ahead and spoke with someone to ask if they had my tire size. They had 2, for $60 each. Bridgestone. Great! I drove over and they went to go look for my size, they had 1, not a Bridgestone. It's okay, the tire they happened to have matched my current set anyways. No big deal. They installed it quickly and helped me to swap 2 tires around from front to rear. The man said it might be $10-20 to do tire rotation. Checkout, they wanted $80 for the tire. Wait a minute! Okay, so after telling the guy that the man on the phone quoted me $60, he dropped the price to $60 + $20 for the tire rotation. I didn't really think that was worth the money, but okay, fine. I get to Los Angeles the next day, and the truck is driving great. A few days later I'm heading home from LA, and the truck is vibrating and bouncing quite a bit...did they even balance my wheel? I get under the truck and look. Not a single wheel weight on it. Okay, fine. it was a used tire and it was cheap.
