First, thing as the name says they only have Kumho, tires. for some that's a deal breaker, I get it. but for those who don't have a tire band loyalty, give them a try. In my opinion they are great value tires. Not great value as in cheap but you get a lot of tire for what you spend. Very disappointed with this service. I called ahead to ask about the cost of a tire replacement -- over the phone, I was quoted a price that seemed reasonable. However, when I arrived at the shop, I was told the price was almost 30% higher. When I expressed my surprise and asked why, the person there simply said he never told me that over the phone. This is outrageous. I believe this kind of practice is completely unacceptable -- it's misleading and dishonest. I wasted my time, came in on my day off, and left feeling frustrated and deceived. I was looking around for a tire shop that could give me the best value for my money & time. I looked through Yelp & Costco, then decided to ask my usual mechanic - across from Santana Row - for his recommendation. He told me to take my car to "Kumho Tires Only". I came in around 1:35PM today & there were a few customers ahead of me. I spoke to the guy in charge that I needed 4 new tires, alignment, & that my TPMS sensors need replacement (the warning light has been going off for a couple of months). I have a 2009 Corola with 195/65R15 tire specs & was quoted $400 for all 4 tires + $40 for alignment. Then one of the mechanics tested the TPMS sensors & showed me that all 4 of them needed replacement - which wasn't surprising to me considering how old the car is. For 4 of the TPMS sensors + programming, I was quoted $250, which I found much cheaper than some other places that had quoted me $80 for 1 sensor. In about less than 40 mins later, I got 4 new tires, alignment, & 4 new TPMS sensors & it all costed me $690 total. I definitely think I got the best bang for the buck & time. The whole process was smooth & efficient. I'll be coming back here for my tire needs & recommending this place to my friends. read more

Update on my blown-out tire that they refused to replace under warranty: I called Kumho USA today, Mar 29 and was told this tire dealer should've been replaced under warranty and then file a claim with Kumho for reimbursement. But instead, they refused to do it for me and charged me $150 more. I am suspecting that they would file a claim and pocket this reimbursement. In addition, we had to bring the car back because the TPMS light stays on. They then told us that 3 of the sensors were bad and would charge $200 for 3 sensors. I did not agree with this charge and told them the sensors were fine when we took the car there for the new tires and why they are now bad after they replaced the tires.The tech guy then talked to the manager, they checked again and said no problems. The cause of the stay-lit TPMS was due to the over-filled tires. So incompetent and irresponsible!!! So now, I kinda figure out why the brandnew tire blew up the other day possibly because of the over-filled tire. Still so disappointed by their being irresponsible; I may file a small claim lawsuite against this deceitful shop. No body should go through this experience as I did. It's a scam!!! Good for cheap quick tire replacement. Don't expect much else from them. The scratched up my wheels. The also don't have a car lift. They will use regular floor Jack's to lift up the cars. But when I went back to let them know that my lug nuts got ruined and their technicians forgot to put one of the lug nuts on my front right tire, they made excuses and had a CRAPPY attitude. I think this is a good alignment shop for a very good price. I don't think u can find another shop in town that will match them. While I was waiting, I see cars constantly coming in and out for new tires and alignments. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because there isn't much of a waiting area. This is a review of a couple tire services I had about a year ago as I wanted to see how their work would hold-up. There was a leak in my front right tire about a year ago. Called the shop to check for availability and luckily they had an opening same-day. Got there and the technician inspected the tire that was leaking. He patched it, put it back on the car and checked all my other tires as well. He said everything was okay but that my back left tire is getting worn. I didn't want to get that one changed at the time so I said I would keep as is and monitor it. A few months down the road I noticed that same left tire he mentioned was losing air every few days. I took it into this same shop since they were the ones that pointed it out. The same technician inspected it and said to replace with a new tire as it was worn out. He replaced it and checked all my other tires. Typically if one tire is replaced with a new one, you would want to replace the other side as well but he said the other side was okay. Haven't had any issues with any of my tires since! The service was quick and everyone from the manager to technician was professional and knowledgeable. I would def recommend this place as they know what they're doing. read more

Brought in my wife's 2014 Subaru Outback for a new pair a of shoes. After doing a bunch of price comparisons and considering her driving style etc I decided to go with the Kumho TA11 tire. Gave the folks here a call and they said the tires were in stock and come in when ready. They quoted me a flat rate all inclusive price with tax, and installation.
