Best food in the world. Seriously. The owner of the restaurant, Ali, greets everybody with a smile when they walk in the door. All of the workers are very nice, and the food is fantastic. I personally get the #10, which is the chicken bacon and ranch with a side of fries and a sweet tea. Honestly, it blows Subway and Jersey Mikes out of the water. Just passing through town with my family we decided to stop in for lunch! I have 4 kids and finding a place we all like is never easy but we thought we would give it a try. So glad we did!! Food was awesome but the service was by far the best!! Super friendly and our server (wish I would have got his name) even gave my grumpy 3 year old free cookies. Not much splaining needs to be done. Very good subs and excellent friendly service. I had the Philly cheesesteak combo which comes with fries and drink. Sub was very good (could of used a little more cheese) but the meat and bread was excellent. Hand cut fries perfectly cooked. It was a lot of food for me, I had to take half of it with me. This really is 4.5 stars but you cannot do halves. Service 5 stars, price 4 stars, atmosphere 4 stars, food 4.5 stars. I'd recommend over any of the chain places. First time and last time. The owner was very nice but the food quality was poor. The meats are not good quality, poor excuse for cheesesteak. Hamburgers are pre made frozen. The rest of the stuff I saw was all frozen. Sandwich shop with only one cheese? No oil no vinegar? I guess it's good for the area where they don't know any better places. The portion was big and it looked like everything else was too. But the quality of pre packaged meat was not good. Why not fresh sliced meats? The bread was good. So I gave my order to go and it didn't get put on the ticket, so the guy made it to eat there. I politely told him its to go and he got a shitty attitude. Picked up my sub and dropped in in a box. Instead of handing it to me, he handed it to a guy at the other end of the counter. He was directly across the counter from me I could of slapped the back of his head. It wasn't my fault! I have driven by this place many times as my job as a delivery driver and have always wanted to stop but either I didn't have the time or they were closed. Today I had the opportunity to stop by and had a delicious Italian Sausage and pepper sandwich. It was messy and awesome! I went through several napkins but it was well worth it as well as the home made fries.The sausage tasted wonderful beneath all that marinara, cheese and peppers. The staff were very friendly, always smiling and looking like they enjoyed working there. I ordered to eat in and the only drawback was that it was pretty warm in there, but of course it's a hot humid August day in Oklahoma.... Also , I have read of others complaining of smelling like the place when you come out of there, but I had just finished push mowing my lawn on this hot and humid day, so I didn't mind that! I definitely will be coming back to try other items on the menu. read more

Philly's are excellent, hey in fact all the food is and you won't find anything microwaved like many other places, food is fresh so if you order a hamburger and it takes a while it means you're getting fresh food instead of precooked fast food burger, who'd complain about that? The staff there is very busy and has very little time to stand still or "frozen" and talk during lunch time, that's why the owner makes sure to talk to you because the other employees are friendly but you have understand the fact that there is much more going on than one order. They work hard to deliver a fresh fast meal for you so you can get back on your way, they move as fast as they can for you and correct mistakes quickly, there's a cook, cashier, and Deli guy, they all play their part so if you want to take your food to go the food will make its way back to where the sacks are, nothing personal but they operate like other businesses, to go orders get put in a sack with napkins and condiments. If you want to threaten slap someone for setting your food in a box too hard then you might check other fast food places out and see how your order gets tossed around there. These guys work hard and fast for you so I wouldn't hold moving quickly to fix an honest mistake against these guys, they're just trying to do it quickly because there is so much going on in there they have to fix mistakes/misunderstandings quickly to move on to the next order, people who go in regularly know how it can be between 10 and 1. If you're standing across from one then say something to them, you'd be surprised at how nice they are in speaking back instead of assuming they're mean because they've got their heads down working. read more
