I had call and setup an appointment for 11 AM for my son to get his haircut. We got there early, I checked in and one of the hairstylist said 11:15 AM. I waited 45 minutes, customers that came in after me were provided service and they ignored the fact that I was patiently waiting. They had a full staff, a worker at every station. The crew seriously needs to work on time management when setting up appointments. I almost want to say they pick and choose who they want to provide service to. If you are not from a Hispanic origin? Avoid coming to this place. I picked up my son and left quietly after waiting an hour. I would leave a zero star if I could. Disappointed customer, will go somewhere else! read more

My brother was in a good mood. Decided to get a haircut before a party and came here to this Supercuts. Ruined his life instantly. The worst haircut and they didn't even show the back of his head. He came to the party covering his head and I took him instantly to a different haircut place. Horrible place. I called this office and they denied it until I kept being consistent with what they did and who cut it and said oh well he can come back to get it fixed. Thank you Nichole. She didn't over cut or under delivers my expectation. I really needed the 3-4 months trim. Get rid of split and dry ends. I checked in via their app. Waited 3 minutes pass my 10.40am appointment which is reasonable. No biggie at all even if it's 10 mins. Located between Roseville and antelope road in the plaza across Home Depot and Walmart... you easily spot this establishment. I would recommend it. Only 24 bucks for cut n shampoo. Not a happy customer! This has happened to me several times, and I guess it's time for me to vent on Yelp. I liked getting my hair cut at Supercuts, but I've made appt, only to have someone called before me, and I'm left waiting for 15-20 mins., beyond the time I've reserved. This is why I stopped going to the one Supercuts and went to this current one. I've been getting my hair cut at Supercuts since 1990. They have either closed, or the person who used to cut my hair, has left/moved. No respect for me or my time i guess! I was told it's not all about me so get over it, and Covid has changed how things work now... Well, my time is just as valuable as the person who was placed in front of me after I did reserve a specific time not about Covid... I'll just start using my Flobbie again, and cut my own hair. Everything was good. I make an appointment for my younger daughter, she is 2,5 years old. Bertha did a perfect job. My daughter was scared but she was very calm and patient with her. She pay attention to details a lot and I like it. Also I asked if the have any appointment for my older daughter and they gave us an appointment right away. She did a good job on my older too. Didn't even get to be a customer. Waited an hour and was not seen. Had an appt for 12pm. Got there alil early and was told 6 people were ahead of me. Another person showed up with a 12pm appt and he was told he would be seen shortly. By 12:30 there were people still in the chairs. I left. If they were that far behind that you would have to wait a an hour past your appt time, then the online times needed to be blocked for those time frames. I will never make an appt again online. My family has been getting haircut at this location for years. Always clean facility and nice employees who don't try to oversell you on products. The downside is the high turn over of employees but I believe that just has to do with hairdressers some move and some switch locations. I've never had a problem with this location my hair cut has always been how I like it. This location can get busy so I suggest calling ahead to put your name on the list. Obviously you don't have to call ahead but it will help shorten your wait time. read more

I have a special needs son, and getting his hair cut is never fun. We went to Bertha and she was so patient! Even though she had to bend and probably be uncomfortable cutting his hair she did it with a smile and was so gracious. We have now been 4 times and he's done better each time with her. She always tells him what a good job he's doing and that we are almost done. It's one less thing to stress about now and I really appreciate that. I have crappy hair. It's barely grows, I fry it with the hair straightener, it's thin af and it's just not my best feature and it is what it is lol. I've never been the type to be consistent with haircuts and follow the 6-8 week trim. Until now. I'd been to this Supercuts before , usually for a trim once in a blue moon. Bertha has cut my hair the last 2 times. She does a really good job of cutting it even though it's literally just a basic trim. She's also super friendly and personable. Keep up the good work Bertha! I needed a hair cut for a while now but I was so nervous and have been pushing it as 90% of the time I get a mess of a haircut, sometimes they are so bad it's like the person that cut it never went to school for it. I usually get a layered cut either long or short. Today I called Supercuts and the lady that usually does a decent job cutting my hair was not there but I needed a trim so I risked it and went. Yukari is the one that cut my hair after I explained how I wanted it. She was actually listening to what I wanted and did her best to get it done checking over and over with me if that was ok and how short did I want it on sides and back and top. I then became at ease and trusted she knew what she was doing. Well I ended up with a beautiful cut, a better one than I had in a long time. read more

Horrible experience! Do not recommend for african American textured hair (4a-c). I came here because I sprang my wrist and an appointment I made at another salon cancelled on me morning of. Against better judgement (I shouldve known these hair salons are not for me) I called before driving over to the location and asked the lady who answered the phone if there was anyone "experienced" in african american hair 4a/4b textures. Her response was everyone is "trained" in all hair textures. Operative word trained vs. experienced. I shouldve pushed harder. Who trained you? and who has done curly/tight kinky curly hair textures? Well, the stylist who "tried" to do my hair may have indeed been trained (poorly IMO) but she definitely was NOT experienced in managing my texture. I came in to get hair color, trim, and eyebrow wax. 1 star because the hair color came out great! Darker than I wouldve wanted, but it took very well. She ended up charging me $15 more than she quoted me because she used more product than she thought she would need. Ok, wouldve been nice for her to communicate this during the service instead she explained the extra charges at the end and ONLY after I asked why it was so much more! As I was waiting for the color to set my "stylist" took advantage of the time and did my eyebrow wax while waiting. Another plus on her part. I appreciate her ability to multitask. The eyebrow wax was an odd experience though as you basically sign your life away...ok just kidding. But you do sign some kind of waiver she didnt explain what it was just held a clipboard with a paper on it right in front of my face and asked me to sign. I heard the other stylist at least explain to another client what the waiver was for: liability purposes of having hot wax applied to your face, etc, etc.. Now time for the wash. That was uneventful, no issues, but she did a lot of "rubbing". NOTE: you dont rub 4a-c hair textures when wet it increases matting and tangling. I didnt speak up...i shouldve! Back to the chair for drying. This is where all stars are removed (not possible to do negative stars but it would be here!!!) I cant even go into detail about the horrible blow dry job. It isnt a science or brain surgery to dry my texture of hair BUT she sure did treat it that way. She didnt part my hair in 4 sections she didnt capitalize on drying my hair while it was wet. My texture gets very brittle when dry and is much more manageable when wet. She parted my hair in small sections ear to hear. Blow dried then tried to flat iron! While the rest of my hair was still wet omg! After sitting there for what felt like 50 minutes to only have 3 back rows done (15% of my hair) enough was enough. With my sprang wrist I asked her if I could section off my hair and blow dry it myself!!!! She assisted me with clips and held the blow dryer. I dried it myself. Youre welcome for the free lesson! She then flat ironed and trimmed. The trim wasnt too bad. Finally, 1030am-230pm I paid and got the heck out of there and will never be back....which is a bummer because the color service wasnt bad. But Id have to wash it out and dry it myself. My stylist was very nice, she meant well and she tried but this experience was not worth paying over $100+ (after tip) no way! read more

Whatever you do don't let Anna at the antelope Supercuts touch your hair my hair was long and pretty and it needed a trim I wanted a couple inches took off the bottom and have it layered again like it was before. She did a horrible job on my hair she chopped the hell out of it it looks like there's chunks of hair missing and it looks like the worst haircut I've ever had in my life. She also took way to much of the length. Anna needs to be fired! She can NOTcut hair! read more

I am very happy with the service I received today, Morgan was my stylist and I couldn't be happier with my luck to get in my opinion the friendliest and most customer involved employee in there. She completely understood what I wanted with my haircut and made me feel very comfortable making such a different and dramatic hairstyle I wanted come true. Just got my very dead ends cut with some layers and framed my face by Julie! She definitely asks all the right questions and paid attention to what my preferences are with my hair. I love it!! I called super last minute and she was able to fit me in within ten minutes. She's super sweet and recommended me products to help with my hair but was not pushy at all about it, which I respect a lot since I've been to plenty of hair salons that makes sure you walk about with products! Got a yelp account just to rave about my girl LUCY! Where do I start? I'm one of those customers that is very picky & very afraid of getting my hair done by people I don't know. I started going to her about two years ago and since we have been working on bleaching my hair. Before hand, I went to an as amazing stylist Brittney(manager at Lincoln Supercuts location I believe) but I went away for school and when I come back to town it's way to far for me to drive all the way out there:/. Anyway, I went away for school and every time I come back I go and see Lucy for my touch ups . She always does a fantastic job and we get fantastic results, I trust her with the bleaching and my haircuts (By now I don't even tell her how I want it she basically knows what I like and how I want it to look). She takes her time, tells you exactly what she's doing and makes sure you feel comfortable with how everything is turning out. I have never been disappointed or had damaged hair after an appointment with her. If you're planning to go blonde I definitely recommend coming to see her.
