Ok, this place is okay for men's hair...but not for women's. One quick decision later, I walk out with hair that is 1.5 inches on one side than the other. Really, think about that!!! This was the worst haircut I ever got. Lynda only talks and if there are already two ways to mess things up then she won't choose either of them, instead she will find a third one. She has N number of excuses, for example, your hair is thick, you have dandruff, it is shampoo problem, Indians have thick hair from side, totally a waste of time and money. She spent 350 seconds on my hair and that is it. WTF They just lost one customer and trust me an $8 barber cut is way better than what they will give you. Complete cheap in quality. If you are male, aged 2 or older, this place is going to give you want you want, a haircut just like a pic or as you describe. I sat there for 90 minutes on a busy sunday afternoon and all the clients were male, babies on up and they all looked fabulous, like they had just stepped out of a magazine. Now silly me, I figure that's a good sign. Not so. Now I'm no disillusioned female, what can I really for $15? Well, shorter, just shorter. I asked for a trim, figuring it was the safe thing to do. Really, that's all I said, "a trim." And the stylist still insisted on giving me a "style" anyway. Hee hee, she cut my shoulder length hair into the exact same style as hers! Thank goodness I loving a pony tail right now :-) If you're a guy, this place spends a lot of time getting it right. My 2 year old got the royal treatment, I got the opposite. read more

Suzanne is by far the worst barber I've ever seen. So I take my kid there and I say "it is his graduation, would you please just give him a boy's hair cut nothing crazy" I go to get a hair cut with Vivian?? An older lady. The older lady did and OK job with me. I finish and I look at my kid when I was about to pay and his damn hair looks like ^^^ from the back and the same in the front. I go WTH is this, can you fix him? She goes and trys but it was to damn late. His whole hair is so bad looking that now (10 days after the hair cut) I looked at him and I was like "this is an ugly hair cut and I should give a bad review here" I go to pay and my total was 32$ and she askes me if I want to round it up to 35?? Use to go to another place similar to Supercuts, but started to go here a few years ago when my regular hairstylist moved to this location. Robert has been my go-to hairstylist for over 15 years and he has always given me great haircuts and has listened to my needs over all those years. Always personable and positive, it is nice to get more than just a haircut with Robert. As for this location of Supercuts, it is clear that there has been issues with other hairstylist. Apparently, there is new management and some have been let go and some have been retrained. If you go to Robert, pretty much a given that you will get a great cut. But, if you get another hairstylist...it may turn out to be an improvement of past experiences and worth a try if the location is convenient. read more

Supercuts usually hires people who just recently graduated from hair salon training/schoool. I have a bad impression of Supercuts but this one is good. I am very picky about my hair, but I am glad that they are very consistent no matter who I get my hair cut from. I show them a picture that I saved on my phone. I explain a little bit about the hairstyle and they all understand what I want and execute it very well. It is a place I will keep going until I am recommended to another place by a trusted friend. Haircuts: $15 Maybe because I just moved up from LA, but this is kind of a lot for a simple men hair cut. LA has many good cheap places to get your hair cut for $8 to $10. WATCH OUT! There is a middle eastern middle-aged women who works there with massive body odor. I believe she has the second seat on the left. She called me up for my cut, I went up and I can immediately smell the b.o. I was trying to be nice and did not say anything. The garment they put over you to shield you from the falling hair also smelled as bad. As I was driving home, I could smell the b.o. coming off my clothes. If you want a specific hair stylist, you have to pay $2 extra. I usually go in and wait. If I know I will be next for the smelly lady, I will walk outside and act like I'm busy on my phone for about 5 minutes. Occasionally I will look through the window to check if the smelly lady has gotten another client, then I will go back inside, act like I missed my turn and wait for the next available stylist. That saved $2 can be used as tip. There is a receptionist there currently working. She never has any facial express other than bored or annoyed. I kind of wish she made an effort to please the clients. read more

Terrible. I know it's a Supercuts and you get what you pay for, but I was expecting at least a basic level of competency. All I wanted was some layers added into my wavy/curly hair so that I can keep growing it out. It should have been the easiest request this lady handled all day. I have a side part, and when she started cutting the layers in she parted my hair down the middle. When I mentioned I'd prefer it cut from the side part so I'd know what I was getting, she waved me away and said it would be fine. It isn't. I have awkwardly short layers on one side and almost none on the other, and on top of that, she somehow managed to cut my hair so badly that my natural curl pattern actually WENT INTO SHOCK, and now not only will it not curl by itself, I can't even get it to look normal with an iron. I'm going to Tangerine tomorrow to get it fixed. Thanks for nothing, Supercuts. read more

Horrible place to get a haircut. Based on my last 3 experiences here, I got the same treatment everytime. Hair cutters (using stylist word here would be wrong) here are taught to do only 2 things. 1. Give the haircut in as less time as possbile, which means crappy hair cut, no personal attention. You are not valued. 2. Sell, Sell, Sell all the stacked products - Shampoo's, conditioners, etc. Only personal attention you get is when they try to sell you one of those products. I found 2 nice places nearby (Casual cuts salon, just across the street from Supercuts and Kittz hair cut just a block down). Each of these places charge the same with 10X better service. If you have respect for your money, want decent hair cut and want treated right. AVOID this place !!! read more

I went there today with my sister and we both felt that we were cheated big time! Grace charged us twice that of the amount promised. Very sloppy job of shampoo and quick less than 2 mins massage. I pop into this place occasionally. They are OK. The upside is that it is an inexpensive hair cut, the down side is that the staff really don't care that much. Having low prices means that you will draw more people, but you do have to take care of them and not act like you are trimming a wig on a mannequin. My boyfriend came here on a Saturday afternoon and was greeted and serviced right away. Cons: -The guy who cut my boyfriend's hair was definitely trying to sell the hair products they carried which I found annoying. -The receptionist had a very robotic face and did not have much reaction to anything. Overall quick service for mediocre haircut. UPDATE: After my boyfriend washed his car we realized the cut was very uneven. I don't care how cheap it is, it's not that hard to cut hair. I've used Supercuts all over the US and was in a spot where I needed a haircut while on this trip. Called up Yelp, found the nearest Supercuts and was surprised to find them open until 9 pm. Plus number one! Arrived about 7:30 pm, had a 10 min wait and things were going. My stylist handled things great and did the "usual" excellent job I've come to expect from Supercuts. Yes, they will try to sell you some hair care products, because obviously they aren't there for just cuts/styling. Parking was plentiful, but could get tight if the strip mall was packed for any special dates/events. read more

I am not sure this constitutes as a Men's Salon. Anyways, I was yelping places to get a haircut during work and came across Supercuts because it's literally right down the street. I gave them a call to see if they were busy. I have never been to a Supercuts before. When I walked in I was prompted to check in on the computer screen. Waited about 3mins and was immediately called. I explained to them my hair situation. I recently had it bleached to even or my hair color so I could go red but it became a nightmare! My hair turned orange then finally settled for a copper color. I became a ginger!! *cries I asked my hairstylist, Farzaneh to please take off two inches and relayer my hair. She felt so bad for me because the bleach had burned my scalp. She recommended a keratin deep condition before the haircut and I accepted. It smelled so good and my scalp didn't sting as she was working. She put me under the dryer for about ten minutes as she assisted another client. After ten minutes, she washed me and began my haircut carefully explaining what I needed to do to take care of my hair to let my scalp heal. I am going back to her to fix the color on my head Friday! I could not have asked for a better hairstylist. She was sympathetic and very gentle. read more

Today I went in for the hair color and the hair cut. Jacky helped me with everything and she did a great job. All the staff are super friendly and nice! It's so funny cause I was at the store when those two ladies came inside and got their hair blow dried! They both had tick hair and took so much time of grace's and she already gave them discounts. This is the only place I will come to get my haircut. Jacky is the best!!! I followed her here from another location because she is so great! Jacky remembers things about me even though I am not so good about coming to see her as often as I should. She is always happy to see me and makes me feel like an old friend or even a member of the family. When I first saw her a few years ago I told her that I need to wash and go because I am what I call blowdryer illiterate. I have said this to stylists in the past and before I met Jacky thought I liked my haircuts. She gave me the BEST cut I have ever had in my life!!!
