I've been to many locations. Including the actual dealership and no one comes close to the attention, dedication, knowledge and patience like ADRIAN. I have a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe sport that has started to have issues. Engine and catalytic converter have been replaced by the dealership and the issues with the car just went downhill with it. I brought it to Adrian. Addressed all my concerns. Not one did he cut me off. Or said it's normal wear and tear. He turned on my car. Turned it off came to get me and asked me if that was the noise (once we were both in the car) something that no one else has had the courtesy to do. He spent time looking at my car. Lifting it...moving stuff around to check if something was loose (inspecting it). If you want your car to be taken care of the proper way. ADRIAN AND HIS TEAM ARE THE PEOPLE TO TRUST. I went there based on a recommendation. They charge $100 for a diagnostic that will not be taken off when the car is repaired. Had to leave my car (check engine light on) and am waiting to hear back what the repair might be. Will give another review later. Just wanted to mention the additional $100 for the repair So I waited 6 hour for the diagnostic by email. Called 3 times and was told I would get it soon. Now I called since they are closing in half an hour and they said I only get the diagnostic and the car won't be fixed. What a rip off. I brought the car at 8 am so they had time to fix it today. I have a 1988 corvette which had numerous minor issues. I took it to specialty corvette shop in topanga. They informed that I had a gasket leak on cylinder head and valve covers. To make the long story short, estimate was around 3k. I took the car the same day at superior auto services inc. On topanga and saticoy. I met a gentlemen named Adrian. He told me that he has to do several diagnostic and if I can leave it till the following day. I saw Adrian the following day and wow to my surprise. Nothing was wrong with any gaskets. Showed me a diagnostic tests sheet informed me no gasket leaks anywhere. This guy Adrian is an honest mechanic. Definitely coming back to have him service all.my cars. Charged almost 800.00 for a radiator and it started leaking 2 days later. Also a censor was so called changed (I don't think it was) without my permission. And my alarm started going off same day for no reason all night, couldn't lock door until I had it temporarily fixed. Then wanted 900.00 more when I called about antifreeze leaking all out, for a new water pump! Which was already change a year and a half earlier by someone else?!? And also did a oil change that was pointless. BBB of Santa Clarita didn't help, told me to sue. Must been a kickback paid!!! read more

If I could do ZERO stars I would. Absolute worst place I've been to. I dropped off my BMW, to get the thermostat fixed- instead, when they got into my car they realized that it was in fact not the thermostat that was causing my car to heat up, but the fan was missing a blade & instead of CALLING & asking us if they still wanted us to touch the thermostat, which the clearly specified was completely fine, they STILL replaced the part AND charged us & then also did the other part. Also- when I walked in & asked for the keys to me car is received EXTREME sexism about the car I drove, as well as a snide remark, stating " good luck with that car... however long it lasts" I have never felt so disrespected, angered & taken advantage of. I am genuinely telling everyone what horrible service this company gives, how they take money from an innocent women & how they do work on cars, that don't need the work done. 0/5 stars for sure!!! read more

I have serviced both my Girlfriend's SUV and my car with Superior Auto for the last 5 years. There has never been a time that i walked out feeling that i overpaid on repairs or the the job wasn't done correct. Adrian will always show you the old parts that were replace with the new ones. The prices are extremely competitive. There has been times that he wont charge you an hour of repair if the job took less, unlike other shops that even if the job took 15 minutes they will charge you 1 hour of labor. Give Superior Auto a shot and build a relationship and stop going around different shops. I don't often write reviews. But this one is well warranted. Original I needed a garage to remove a 02 censor that I tried to remove for days. Adrian the manager accomplished that within 30 min but told me that won't solve the problem. I originally didn't have any plans of leaving the vehicle thr but went home re adjusted my schedule and returned the vehicle for a engine diagnostic. I received a call from Adrian explaining the diagnosis and I agreed. I received a call close to closing time being asked do you need your vehicle today and should he keep his guys working. Which was really courteous considering I have had shops not even call or offer to work. I advised him the vehicle wasn't needed till the next day which is was ready first thing in the morning. It's hard to find good mechanics and trust. Worthy shops now a days but this place . Definitely. Worth the price. And 5 stars ! read more

Some ridiculous reviews for this shop which at least in my opinion is great. People can always exaggerate a story to the point it makes no sense. From my experience this is a nice shop with a very friendly staff who helped me in a timely manner for how busy it was. I had Marcos work on my truck and we did an oil change and A/C work I paid a very fair amount and I know prices. I do my own work on my vehicles and I have been to plenty of shops, best of both worlds. I am leaving a review because this shop is honestly great and I would recommend it to anyone. read more
