I called the service department and told them I needed a new battery. I got to the service department and told two of the employees that I needed a battery. An hour and a half later, I was asked if I wanted anything other than an oil change. I WAS ONLY THERE FOR A BATTERY. I was told they did a full inspection and a wash. I waited on my new car search until 2022 due to Covid-19 and chip/supply shortage. To say the least, it was a challenging experience. After working with many dealerships in the Phoenix Metro area, I had just about given up on my search for a Toyota or Lexus. Either the waitlist was 1+ years or there was limited inventory. Unbelievable! You'd think if you pay hundreds of dollars for services that you'd actually receive them. July 25, 2019... paid for, amongst other services, "battery terminal cleaning." My service advisor adamantly advised doing this because it's Arizona and "it ensures your battery will perform." I picked up my car the next day; vehicle report provided everything was in tip-top shape. Fast forward to August 4, 2019. Battery died and my car wouldn't start, "zero power on the battery" according to AAA (the tech showed me the test results). Out of sheer curiosity (sarcasm) I asked the AAA tech how/why this happened. Of course with preventative maintenance the battery could still die but not that fast. Well... guess what, the service was clearly NOT performed. See attached pictures. Who knows what else in my $300+ service wasn't done. I'm taking the car somewhere else to get it inspected. Oh, and as you can see in the pics, the battery is still under the 84-month warranty (my vehicle is 48-60 months old with less-than-average miles). read more

Walked in today to ask about a IS500. Sales person Jon Tellez claims it's well over MSRP to get one. I explained Arrowhead Lexus would do MSRP plus added accessories to help with lack of inventory. He rudely asked me why I didn't buy it there then. I explained when the chip shortage is over supply will meet up with demand. Sales person claims there's no chip shortage and there's no lack of inventory. They also seem to move the same amount of cars they did last year. I don't know if they can't find people to work now but I remember last year there was over 100 cars on the lot so if his statement were true then clearly he doesn't do his job very well if he's selling same amount of cars regardless of supply. Don't bother with this place. Plenty of good and honest Lexus dealerships around the valley. read more

I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews, although, the experience that I had at Lexus Superstition Springs was outright awful. A few days ago I called in inquiring about a 2021 Lexus IS350 F Sport and was informed it was available. Shortly after, I received a call back from Theo stating that the car had been sold. Not too surprised about that based on other reviews I had seen. However, today I received a call from Douglas Hill stating that they still had the 2021 Lexus IS350 F Sport for sale. On the call, I made sure to confirm with Douglas the mileage, the exterior color, and the interior color to make sure it was the same car I had previously been looking at. After Douglas confirmed those traits on the car and stated it was still available, I arrived within the next hour to look at the car. Douglas set me up with AJ who was going to show me the car on the lot. AJ was very kind and helpful which I appreciated highly. When AJ and I got to the lot, we were attempting to locate the car. Long story short, the car was no where to be seen at the dealership. If I'm going to receive a call from a salesperson, and have them inform me the specific car I was previously trying to look at was available, I expect the exact car to be at the dealership, obviously. The car was still listed within inventory on the site, and Douglas confirmed that it was the 'same' car I was wanting to look at. A dealership that disrespects my time and provides me with false information is not a dealership I'd buy a car from or recommend. After being told one thing, and shown another, I don't plan on taking my business back to Superstition Springs Lexus as this is the polar opposite of what I'd expect from a Lexus dealership. read more

Today I went to this Lexus dealership because I had an appointment at 2:30pm with a guy named John Giatropoulos to sell my car at this dealership. They reached out to me inquiring about my car saying " I think you're going to love our offer." So I drove down there for my appointment, to find out that the guy that scheduled my appointment scheduled it on his off day. So I had this older African-American salesman help me, don't remember his name, look at the car. He went to go look at the car came back in to grab somebody else to go look at the car with him. Then came back to me and disrespectfully started antagonizing me about the things that were done to my car. Then proceeded to be rude and said we're not interested in your car at all. Then kept antagonizing me after that statement which brought tears of discouragement. After seeing me break down, instead of apologizing or remedy the situation he then continued to proceed in trying to sell me a brand new Lexus coupe while continuing to insult the way I like to have my cars look. So from my experience overall today explains why there was not anyone at this particular dealership except for the people that work there and why there are multiple one star reviews for this dealership. read more

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle last year from this dealership, I also purchased an extended warranty. I took my car to have the transmission replaced last month since it started having problems shortly after buying the car. I took the car to have the repairs completed, it was supposed to go to the dealership of the make of car, however, Lexus techs worked on the car... Upon receiving my car I noticed pieces of my dashboard missing, I was told by service dept. employee Randy that the shop was not responsible for the missing pieces... Lexus advised the car is in need of brakes after the dealership did an inspection. In effort to get the brakes replaced, I learned that nearly all lug nuts are damaged, they are rounded out, the only people that have touched those lug nuts was Lexus techs... My front bumper is also out of alignment after the repair... The transmission is not repaired correctly, its doing the same thing it was doing when I took it to Lexus and now I have to take it to another dealership for repair... I contacted Randy, Lexus employee, to address my concerns and the customer service was unprofessional, I was blamed for the missing pieces of my dash, I was told I would receive them in the mail, I am yet to receive them... When I had to call them about the lug nuts I was treated the same way except I was given excuse after excuse as to how my lug nuts got this way, I was blamed for it too... I also called the service manager and left several voicemails about these issues and he is yet to return my call... Randy advised they would not be replacing or reimbursing me for the replacement of lug nuts and cost of the repair for the lug nuts... Additionally, my bumper came back out of alignment and I also addressed Randy about it and I was told they are taking no responsibility for it, again stating Lexus techs did not do it... Now I have to take additional time out of my life and take care of the problems my car came back to me with, after I took it to this dealership for transmission repair, which it is in need of repair again Although, Randy did agree to pay for the deductible of my warranty when I take my car to be serviced by another dealership It's unfortunate this is the case, I have given them over a month to resolve these issues I did not take my car there to come back with more problems than it went in with. In addition, I now have to incur costs for some of the repairs like my dash pieces, lug nut repair and bumper repair. I cannot recommend this dealership. read more

I turned in a lease and decided to purchase an LC500. I absolutley love the car however my complaints are: 1. I was sold a security device by finance that I didnt need, they stated it would reduce my car insurance however the vehicle already has enform security system so i didnt need to spend the additional $1,600. I attempted to cancel and get my money back but nope! 2. I was told my lease would be paid off, but then a few months later i am told I owe $365. I brought it to my sales rep and finance and i ended up having to pay it. when you spend over $100k you would think they could eat $365. 3. I got a flat tire Saturday and it's now Thursday and I still dont have my car back! 4. the "Free" car wash....they do a horrible job. I have been trying to be positive but I have only had the car 8 months so I'm not really sure I would buy another car from them again. read more

Purchased vehicle from this business 4/2/24. Oil drain plug was not installed properly after pre-delivery service causing an oil leak on my driveway which is covered with extremely porous paver bricks. It took 4 hours of labor and over 3 containers of propane to burn the oil residue out and it is still not completely clean. Battery fluid level was low enough that the top of the plates inside the battery were dry which causes a gradual, non-reversible destruction of the battery. It will need to be replaced. General Sales manager offered a free oil change and a replacement battery which will not be necessary thru SS Lexus because it is a covered Mazda warranty item. I requested $100 for my time in the sun and three propane cartridges used to clean up the driveway. GSM said he would authorize a check to be sent to me, supposedly put in the mail last Friday. This dealership is prox 70 miles from my home...seven days have gone by, no check. So, the "check in the mail" is averaging 10 miles a day getting here. In summation, the salespeople Bob and Lorenzo are top notch. Do not take your car in for service here and do not rely on sales management to solve any problems you might have if you do. read more

I had terrible customer service at this location!! I was in negotiations with the Internet Director, Rashad Creagh, via email as I live in CA. We went back-and-forth in negotiations, and ultimately agreed on a price. As soon as I agreed on a price which included a Costco deal, I never heard back. I waited for the paperwork to buy the car but got no response from Rashad. I finally called the dealership. I was told he had left for the evening, though he never told me that in email. He literally just stopped emailing & never let me know!! I asked the other person if I could complete the sale and was told i should complete it with Rashad in the morning. I waited to the next morning and never received a call or email from him. I called the dealership and emailed him as well. I finally got him on the phone and he informed me that they promised the car to another dealership and it was now unavailable. I am certain this is because I was an out-of-state purchaser, and they had decided not to sell it to me. Even if it was true that they were selling it to another dealership, he and I had an agreement and essentially he sold the car out from under me. It is the end of the year, and that only gave me one day to buy a car for a tax deduction. I said that was unacceptable & he said he'd check to see what they could do & would call me back....I waited 30 minutes & got no call back. I called again & spoke to a sales manager, Jon Tellez, who said he wanted to help and "we will do whatever to help you" but also said "there's nothing we can do" and "it's too late". Ultimately, I am telling my family in AZ and all of the businesses that I work with in Arizona, that I do not recommend this business. It was unscrupulous for them to save the car for another dealer after agreeing to sell it to me, especially without letting me know in advance. It was unprofessional that Rashad simply stopped communicating with me as internet director. I was ready to buy a $50+k car outright & I have a business that will need more cars in the future. I will never purchase from this dealer & I hope others avoid them as well. read more

She emanates such confidence, passion, and knowledge with regard to her representation of SS Lexus and the Lexus products she sells. All of these qualities were significant attributes in my decision to purchase a Lexus from Tracy. I have always been a Toyota gal and in all honesty, have not appreciated some of the sales representatives I have encountered while shopping for a new Toyota. I had previously viewed Lexus on-line but had never thought to view or test drive this luxury vehicle. Upon making an inquiry about a 2018 ES350 Tracy was in touch with me within minutes and we scheduled a noon appointment. During our phone conversation she asked very important and pertinent questions that other dealerships did not...very unexpected. She clearly represented herself and this establishment in good form. I knew I would be working with a service-oriented professional however, I also knew I was not ready to make a purchase that day. Tracy however, changed my mind...without pressure. This is an update to a review I completed earlier today. The G.M. (Brett) contacted me within 15 minutes of my post. He sincerely cares about his customers!! He has corrected the issues I had commented about, and it is easy to see why he is the General Manager. He is very personable and eager to please his customers. Also, he was not aware that when people ask for his name and email on the "CHAT" link, they do not offer it. He stated he was unaware that their answering service for the "CHAT" link did not properly handle requests for his direct contact information, and will have this corrected IMMEDIATELY!! He wants his customers to be able to contact him anytime for any issues they may have. I also want to thank the Sales Manager (Karl) for his follow-up,, I will definitely use this dealership for future purchases as well as recommend them to others looking to purchase a car. Service department is horrible. Poor communication and a complete waste of time, energy and money. Every experience I have had with the service department gets worse and worse and ends of being trash. They leave garbage behind in the car, they don't turn off the, " maintenance light" and messes with settings inside the vehicle. When asked they theses things aren't being done, Dans response is, "you can bring car back in and we will fix it!" Ohh sure, I'll waste my time and gas to come back in for things you should've done in the first place. Gets better, next time I went in, first issue fixed now it's another problem I leave with and asked to come back in to fix that issue. For as much as Lexus charges clients, I expect nothing but a superior, top of the line job done!! The straw that broke the camels back and the reason I will never give superstitions Lexus business is when I called to schedule 30k maintenance. I spoke with Phil, he ok'd for me to come in at 3 and said he would communicate with Dan. I get there at 3 , drove 45 mins from San Tan and Dan said I can't have a rental and I need to come back. I texted this man about this appt. Never once did he say, that 3 is too late. I get there and he said I've been busy all day, I couldn't text back and tell you and proceeds to raise his voice at me. And to whom this may concern: when I get there, he is sitting inside his office with 2 other service people in red shirts chatting away. Busy where, my friend??
