    Happy with our GX 550 - the Incredible Hulk.

    This July, we decided to trade in our Lexus sedan for a GX 550 to potentially pull a trailer in the new future. Our terrific Lexus service provider, Jason, gave us a couple of contact recommendations and we ended up working with Marc Dent. He's an easy going guy who was great to work with over the three days that it took to secure our new GX 550. These are not easy to come by so we appreciate his experience to work things out. Everyone we worked with was very friendly and professional from Marc to Ryan Scotti, the Finance Director and Karl Schoneman the Sales Manager. Even Jason stopped by to say "hi" and see how things were going. The process of buying the car was relative quick and painless. We highly recommend Superstition Springs Lexus.

    Super Springs Lexus in Mesa, give me a great deal to detail my 2023 IS 350F so I met with my regular guy there in Service department Darrell. [[HIGHLIGHT]]He is an amazing service manager all about Customer Service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] But I am writing this because my car came back and it was in great shape before but when I came to pick it up, it was better than new. OK you think you don't believe me. Look at the pictures. I'm gonna leave pictures here for proof. #Superstition Springs Lexus. They Rock and just before I left one of the guys who works in the drive up area walked up to me as I was getting in my car and handed me my wallet. Had $600 in it. And said you left this in the rental. I thought you might want it. Honest employees I'm sorry I didn't catch his name.

    This is my fifth vehicle, and the first exceptional experience I have ever had at a car dealership. The staff here is welcoming and knowledgeable. Lorenzo made the trade in and buying process simple, he answered all of my questions and took the time to explain all the newer technology which is a lot... and got me set up with all the little details I would have overlooked and in the app. Thank you especially in this heat I never once felt rushed. Ryan made the paperwork and financing a breeze. Honestly, it was so simple when we were done I was like are you sure this seems too easy?? I did add on a couple of extra warranties like the tire and wheel package, especially with all the construction going on around the valley. I have peace of mind with car and it's a nice feeling from the constant stress I had from my previous one. I actually had a couple follow up questions after buying the vehicle and another gentleman named Adam answered all my questions about the warranty refund and explained how the plates work with a trade in and even checked to see if I had another other questions about the car or technology and I could stop in and they are happy to help. Truly just feel great about everything, my car, the deal and financing and I am looking forward to maintaining a relationship with this dealership which is a first for me.     Mirror peeling, 2025 Lexus ES 300 h

    First of all, I would like to say that I've been a member of the Toyota family for 25 years. I just purchased a 2025 Lexus ES 300 h at this dealership. After one month of ownership, I brought my Lexus into the dealership in order to have a clear protective bra placed on the front bumper and the mirrors. After 5 attempts, they failed to complete the job correctly. I had to devote six hours of my own time driving back-and-forth to the dealership . The film was peeling back on my mirrors. In addition, when I picked up my car after the 5th attempt, there were deep scratches on the paint surrounding my mirror. Hence, the dealership also damaged my car. Karl, the sales manager attempted to utilize intimidation tactics to convince me to accept the poor work and not point out any further problems in the future. The situation is that I paid over $700 to have the film placed on the mirrors and bumper which was not done properly. I also have deep scratches on my mirror, which will need repainted. As a beloved Lexus owner, I would not allow this dealership to touch your car when it comes to bodywork. They hire subcontractors to do their body work and then try to pass it off as Lexus quality in a manipulative manner. The new car sales management and the service department gave my new Lexus back to me with the conditions presented in the photos. As a Christian, I should have known better than to do business in a dealership with " superstitious" in its title. I professionalism to be based on apathy, dismissiveness, and intimidation. I will be taking my Lexus to another dealership for my service needs and also when I purchase another Lexus in the future.

Unbeknownst to him I had gotten there to help my wife get the new hitch but instead I got to witness his lack of customer service, poor judgment and from the way he treated the employee who was at the counter I would say he has no leadership skills to speak of. All they had to do was ASK that's all Just ask how can we help you? Instead what we got was Christopher V. Comments "I didn't know we were in the tool rental business" funny thing is he should know they do rent tools and worst case scenario he should learn his returns policy. And lastly if he doesn't like his job he should find another, life is too short to be unhappy.

    Service Dept recommended the replacement of front motor mount on 2023 Pathfinder. Said its leaking…read moreand collapsed. $900 please. Only 27,000 miles on the vehicle. The motor mount, as it turns out, still looks brand new. Other mechanics I checked with were floored that someone suggested changing it out. A lie! Salesman wrote up an offer I countered with an offer of $2000 less Salesman went to the Manager they came back agreeing to the discount. I looked the order over and signed it. I noticed on the dollar amount for the sales tax was what appeared to be high. The salesman said it would be corrected in the finance office. Sales tax was adjusted to the correct amount, I was given a final number that we thought was correct. They let me take the car to return the next day to pay. Thinking the about was possibly wrong I refigured out the amount and realized it was $2230.09 too high. I approached the credit manager explained the situation, he went to a manager who said too bad I signed the contract and too bad. I was next approached by the general Manager Luis Becerra he also said too bad, I told them they could have the car back, he said too bad they would turn it over to the bank as a repo. BOTTOM LINE I was shortchanged by $2,230. which was $446.17 more than the original price. BEWARE, they inflated the sales tax adding the additional amount to the price then correct the price but leaving the addition in the final $.

After inspection, was sent a comprehensive evaluation AND was taken through all the points by Brian (Bryan?), and shown/told that car had a coolant leak that was likely going to result in having a $5000+ repair sooner than later. Some of the BEST $ I ever spent! I ALWAYS suggest pre-purchase inspection of ANY used car, irrespective of ANY dealership saying "we thoroughly inspect all of our vehicles."

    This has to be the most incompetent, unprofessional mechanic shop in Arizona. I brought my car in…read morefor a simple front engine mound, front struts and asked if they can check the oil level because I just had my oil changed last month and it's saying the level is low. This should've been a one day job after they got the parts but they had my car from 6/22 - 7/1 due to their complete incompetence. The day the job should've been done I started sensing they messed something up because I got a text message at 1030 stating the job was done and they were wrapping up. Cool, I'll be expecting a call in an hour or so. 1:40 comes around, no phone call so I call them. Give me some BS about they need the alignment and they only have one lift and they've been booked all day. Call back at 4:40, they tell me they are waiting for someone to test drive it. Call back at 5:40, close to closing and I'm told it's ready. Come in as I'm paying, over $2k mind you, Bryan asks if I'm aware of the light that's on. I tell him no because no one has called me about anything. I assume he meant the low oil level light that was on and it was no big deal. Walk out to my car and my check engine, engine malfunction, low oil pressure, red oil can and my console screen telling me to pull over immediately is all lit up. I go get Bryan, he comes out and looks. He says it's not a big deal and that it's safe to drive. A mechanic.....is saying it's safe to drive with all those warning lights on. I ask him if it's safe to drive and unbeknownst to him I'm recording this entire conversation on Facebook voice messenger and when he says that the shop will be liable for anything that happens if I drive off I figure okay, I'll drive it home and bring it back in the morning after I work. As I'm leaving trying to turn left on baseline I almost get tboned by a jeep because my car will not accelerate. Take it back, livid, and leave it with them because what choice do I have? Days go by and we have to practically beg them to keep us informed. I can't work without my car and because of them I'm out over $2000 in lost wages. Throughout this they try and tell me it's my fault because I wasn't keeping up on oil changes and that's causing issues. I have receipts for every oil change I've gotten and the miles put on the car between them, don't tell me I'm not keeping up on my oil changes. After a week and clearly everyone and their mother that works at this joke of a shop they found the problem: the incompetent moron who worked on my car connected the wire harness wrong and it was causing my car to go into limp mode and light up everything on my dash. Over a week it took them to figure this one out. They probably could've opened up ChatGPT, put the issues in and gotten a result faster. I'm not a mechanic but I feel like if a car was working fine when it was brought in and after we worked on it it was quite literally undriveable I would triple check every. Single. Thing. I did to said car. I would keep the customer informed multiple times a day on what was going on instead of making them feel like they were completely forgotten about. Clearly these guys didn't care enough to do so. Don't EVER take your car here, they will screw up your car and not even care enough that you are out of work and costing you your livelihood. 10 days my car was in that shop. 10 days, for something that should've taken one and that's being generous, all because of their complete incompetence. Side note: not all Christian brothers are trash, my sister took hers to the one in San Tan Valley and they were amazing. This one is just horrific and they will be getting reported to the BBB and the AG. I am honestly astounded at how awful this place is.
