Have been here twice, the first time was during the opening BOGO weekend and came again this week. I've tried their Thai milk tea and Ube drink and my sisters tried their mango and passion fruit drinks as well. We've liked everything we've tried so far. We also got their popcorn chicken and curly fries which were also very tasty. Friendly service, good drinks and food, nice boba shop in this location. Tried the new Kiwi Elixir and got the Lychee shake both with 0% sugar and they were the perfect sweetness! Also got the Salt and pepper tofu! It was by far the best milk tea shop fried tofu we tried! It was smooth and it even had a nice crunch to it! Will come back for sure! read more

So glad this spot isn't too far away from where I live I became hooked on the spicy popcorn, chicken, and now have a couple of friends hooked on it as well.. Drink wise I usually just get a Thai tea L super love, the fact that it taste amazing and they don't shake it up! BUT out of the 10 times I've ordered this drink the time. I don't leave a tip on the card because I was leaving cash tip. I noticed the worker looked at me a funny way, and as I'm walking up to get my drink that was just made she ends up, shaking it aggressively I politely asked her. Was in the area for an appointment and had some time to kill. Came across this boba tea place. It took me some time to order as I couldn't make up my mind. Ended up being basic and getting a jasmine tea (no milk) less sweet with boba. It was decent, I lowkey wish I had asked for a bit more sweetner, but it was still lovely to drink. We also ordered their savory pancake wrap. The flavors were good but it was very oily. It took quite some time to receive that, but it was because they make it upon ordering so it takes time. Mother's Day catch up review. This newly opened boba shop is small and clean! There are two self ordering screens, or you can order with a worker at the front. There are limited seats, I think I saw about 5-6 small tables that seat 2-3 people. My friend ordered the cocoube and I had the strawberry shake. I tried some of the cocoube and thought it tasted strongly of coconut, but I couldn't really taste the ube. I don't think I'd order that one in the future, but I did love my strawberry shake! I got it at 50% sweet which was perfect. Although it's called a shake I don't think ice cream is in it, and it reminded me more of a smoothie. There is dairy and tea in it. I loved it and I'd get it again! It's blended very smoothly but I think that there were real strawberries in it because I could taste the tartness of the fruit and can see a little bit of the seeds! We shared a popcorn chicken order, which I thought was just ok. There were a few small pieces that weren't super meaty at the bottom (small pieces of fried dough). I then heard there was a 20% off deal going on for Mother's Day and since I lived nearby I decided to go for a walk to get me and my mother this deal! Because the strawberry shake was so good I got it again. It felt a little sweeter this time around, even though I still asked for 50% sweet. I can't believe I haven't tried this place until now. There were so many different delicious drinks on the menu so I opted for 2 that stood out the most to me. Mango Osmanthus- I don't know whose idea it was to combine osmanthus and mango together but they are a genius and deserve a raise! Extremely fragrant osmanthus jelly in jasmine tea is then elevated by the mango flavor made this drink feel as if I was sipping on the elixir of life. It was refreshing! Grape potion- I love all things grape and this definitely confirms it! The grape flavor was heavy in a good way and the peach oolong tea paired so well together. Supertea lab had good flavors and it was really refreshing , but it is quiet a wait to get your order . I ordered 5 minutes before a large group and they all got their drinks before me . It is a small place and they day I went there was about 6-8 kids running around the ordering area playing tag so that was a little frustrating. read more

Suptea Lab is the newest boba spot in the area. This is a difficult boba spot to get to, as it is in the Grand Lake area of Oakland, so parking is street parking and they are located on a main and busy street, so it is nearly impossible. I had to park at a paid meter pretty far away and walk over. The employees (one of them may be the owner) were friendly though, as they recommended getting less sweet and less ice. I feel like the times for boba is not consistent because there was once I came and it was ready pretty early and another time in the morning when it was not and the wait was another 40 minutes for boba - not sure if they ran out or just did not have it ready yet. I tried their Jasmine Green Milk Tea with boba and Jasmine Green Tea with boba & sweet creme. I was intrigued by their 'Sweet Sweet Waffle' though, but since I already ate, I passed on it. The milk tea was just okay - it was on the sweeter side, even at less sweet. The green tea with sweet creme was the better of the two drinks, it had a good sweetness to it at less sweet, even with the sweet creme, but with less ice, the drink was not that cold. read more

There's a new boba shop in the Town! Finally Grand Ave is getting one and you don't have to go all the way to Piedmont Ave or Chinatown. (Not that it's super far but I'm lazy.) We were walking down the street when we ran into this shop that just opened earlier this month. Super cute space and I love that their food menu is just as big as their drink menu. They have a couple of grand opening promos: Spend $15 and get a choice from three sides (fries for us) or spend $20 and get a choice from larger sides (popcorn chicken for him, salt and pepper tofu for me). I have to say their house blend oolong milk tea was okay but the peach tea was really yummy and refreshing. I wish I saw the mango drink first because I heard described as mango sticky rice inspired and that's one of my favorites. Prices are on par with the area, maybe even cheaper than some places in Chinatown. Super happy to have them here and we will definitely return when in the area. read more

I had a sweet tooth but wanted something refreshing, so I was recommended with a Purple Dragon. The staffs are very sweet and helpful with the menu. The ambience is pretty chill and aesthetic. Thumbs up on the Purple Dragon! I like the mix of dragon fruit and the subtle peach oolong tea. I wish I didn't shy away from adding toppings into my drink instead of trying the drinks on its own. It would have been more fun with the lychee jelly with dragon fruit mix. I also tried my friend's Mango Coco and Strawberry Shake... both were addicting! One of the best boba places in the East Bay! My favorite so far is the mango osmanthus fruit tea (75% sweet, less ice), but all their other drinks are just as delicious. The place is very bright and lively. Got greeted on the way inside, which is a great start before ordering. I asked for what is most popular and favorites. The Mango Coco and Overly Peach were recommended! Both are great drinks and I enjoyed both equally. The Overly peach comes 0% sugar, I had a small concern of it being bitter because of the tea but, the sweetness from the peach itself was enough and not "overly" sweet. The right amount to taste the tea and the peach. Best part I didn't know it came with actual peach pieces inside! The Mangococo you will exactly taste what is described. It came with a coconut jelly which is similar to find in vietnamese dessert which was great combination to have with each other.
